Initially came just to browse, ended up leaving with 4 PS4 games for cheaper prices than any Black Friday sale could ever offer! The workers there were extremely nice and helpful with my questions. Easily one of the best GameStops I have ever been to!

Place is unprofessional. Especially when the STORE MANAGER TROY, has his girlfriend with him behind the counter hanging out and he isnt helping customers in store. Would never stop by this store again

While they didnt (as suspected in advan cc ehave many Wii games, they did have a large selection of Switch games. Clerk was welcoming and guided us to the tight section(sof the store for each respectfully.

Stopped by this store to checkout the games and PS4 pro. Talked to TROY and it’s refreshing that people like him exists.He navigated me through the entire process gave me couple of options and gave advice which consumers never finds out about.This location is blessed to have good employees like Troy. Will be coming back soon.

The staff member that was there was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to recommend games based on what I was looking for and I loved the games he suggested after getting home and playing them. They have a good selection of games, accessories, and apparel.

Zac was probably the friendliest employee I have met. He was very informative and had an exceptional personality. It came up in conversation that I had recently moved, and he welcomed me to town as I left. Outstanding customer service!

Jodi, Zack, Corey and Nicola were all awesome. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Nicola greeted my girlfriend and I with positive energy and helped me find what I was looking for, Jodi assisted my girlfriend and she also liked my hair pick lol! Corey was the main man who rang me up and got me resubcribed to my Power Rewards membership. He also made it so I could save a few dollars on my purchase. Zack didnt help is directly but I noticed he did a stellar job with the other customers. All in all, I want to thank the entire team today for their amazing customer service. I live in Maryland but here in North Carolina, they do what they do well.

I went in to pick up a game, which should have taken me less than 5 minutes. Instead it took me almost 20 minutes, but there was only one person in front of me. The sales person was attempting to sell all kinds of warranties and accessories to the girl in front of me who was obviously uncomfortable and just wanted to take her switch and leave. Meanwhile, the manager was standing there and another employee came up to the front but apparently neither could be bothered to check me out. When I finally get to checkout, the sales person put a warranty on my game without telling me and when I looked at the price I had to tell him to take it off. That is deceptive. They should always ask before just including it. Also, one of the employees was sitting in front of the store smoking when I entered the store. That is gross. Have your employees stand out back and smoke if they want to there, not out front where customers have to breathe it in to get into the store.

Incompetent staff. 10/10 would not recommend going to this location. Refused to price match their own website, despite having various other locations do so in the past. Continuously helped other customers who had just walked in, ignoring those in line and at the counter. Manager was also absent and unhelpful. Dont waste you time here, its worth the drive to any other location. Only giving one star because it is the minimum rating to leave a review.

Would not offer a full refund because the cellophane wrapper was missing on a game that had never even come out of the box. Bought as a gift and the kid that got it tore off the plastic immediately as children do, then said Id gotten the wrong game. When I tried to take it back, they docked my refund, claiming there was no way to prove that the game had never been played and wouldnt give a full refund as a result. BS policy if you ask me. I understand it for people who use GS as a glorified game rental service, but that wasnt at all my situation.

I usually dont leave a review because of laziness, but I really appreciate Roberts help for my trade-in process. He gave me more trade-in value to my ps4 slim than I expected. In addition, he kindly helped me to correct my mistake. I forgot to tell my apartment unit number when Robert asked me about it for my new ps4 pro shipment. He patiently took a long time to make a phone call and corrected my mistake. It was Cyber Monday and the line was very busy. I also love fun and vibrant vibe of this store. Robert and his employee are great.

Very nice staff. Cluttered store. Did you know they dont want to take back unopened games? Just used ones. Didnt know that. But, very nice and big selection for my kids to choose from. Definitely a young persons store!

Went by GameStop at Centrum @Crossroads, bought a used Switch and pre-ordered the upcoming Links Awakening game, the clerk Alex was a huge help, got me set up right away and was very helpful. Staff here is always quick and attentive, definitely a good experience, worth stoping by.

Alex was amazing. Helped me decided between purchasing Xbox One and PS4 with unbias opinion and able to compare and contrast the console. Ultimately I did not buy a preowned console at this store purly because I was looking for a specific PS4 model number once I decided I was going with the PS4. Ended up buying the console just around corner at a different GameStop. 10/10 will go out of my way to talk to Alex in the future.

Worst customer service ever! First time I came to this Gamestop, they "accidentally" misplaced my online order which required me to wait almost an hour for them to figure out what happened to the order. Second time (and last timeI walked in today at 0950 after dropping off a package at the UPS Store and the guy screams from the back "were closed" as if I was suppose to realize that with the door being unlocked and appearing that they were open for business. Save time and just go to the Gamestop in the mall.

I do not agree with Game Stop Corporates business structure, however this is the best place to do pre orders on games you truly care about. The people at this particular location are friendly and knowledgeable.

A mixed bag when I visited this store today. Got a great deal on games with friendly customer service and helpful employees. However, when it came time to check the employee said after the transaction was completed "that will be 40.11 with the three games and disc protection." I never mentioned I wanted the protection, nor did he ever ask if I wanted the disk protection ... the extra $6.00 was just added to my total! 20% of my purchase! This led to me awkwardly asking the employee to remove the protection, leading to a twice as long transaction and a frustrated line behind me.I dont know if this is a GameStop policy or a store policy but on the off chance that it is a store policy, seriously stop making your employees sneak unwarranted insurance on your products... seriously. This is slimy and honestly a crappy bow that was thrown on top of what was otherwise a great experience at your store. You have a great staff, dont make them do shady stuff like this.

The employees are great. Got Pokemon Sun and Moon (both of themwith my girlfriend here at the midnight release, and it was a real blast. Otherwise, theyre part of the reason I keep coming back-Theyre quite friendly, and make me feel welcome.

I should say I liked it, because we went for my daughter and she definitely was, but I find the stores too small and too cramped with merchandise. This one was a WRECK with stuff strewn everywhere and not enough staff to deal with the line. We waited at least 20 minutes to check out because the two guys on staff were helping people with trade ins and such. Suggest when they have only two people on staff that only one of them dedicates their time to trade ins and the other dedicate their time to checking out paying customers.
