Dont buy products from them. They are so mismanaged. Liars will take order for something and then not deliver what they commit. Beware of fraud. Always short of stock and quality is so bad. For samples you can check the magnet pots which do not have magnets even.

Very bad service..I placedorder on there website.i have been calling them regularly.they keep giving me different contact number.i have absolutely no clue abt my order.after so mch of hunting there customer service lady tells me there online orders are fraud ,system error is there.its pathetic experience.wasted my time

Im satisfied with all products from Garden needs. But response from gardens need team is not as expected.I not receive any reply regarding new products details. Even I message personally! If they fill all communication gap between customer & any team member of Garden needs. Then its Good for us as well as good for any deal.

prices are too high for 90% of the items available there, rest 10% are on moderate price,for small pots there was condition to buy in bulk quantities (min. 36, min. 240, min. 360 etcfor different different small potstook too time to even tell the prices, and too much time to get bill 1hour aroundbad experience
