Horrible products. The forge your signature on contracts to make you pay more. And they take your down payments in cash only just to steal it.

I dumped a trailer for a friend and had to purchase a new battery $200 because the repo company they use robbed the trailer of the battery the spare tire and the ramps . I wouldnt recommend using financing. It been weeks and still havent returned anything. They use a 3rd party company who obviously cant return the property or dont care to. Cash only buyer recommended here

I have not been able to use the trailer took over 30 days to get the title for it to be able to go get it license plate due to not being able to get it license pleated lost money on the deal to begin with I’m not being able to haul over state lines with it so I am giving it back to them and do whatever with it they want will never recommend them will never use them again, cost me to lose money .

I bought a 14 foot tandem utility trailer with brakes on all 4 wheels. I have used it for a few tasks but mainly to carry my Mule UTV. I couldnt believe the channel steel used to build it. Not the usual c-channel but more like g-channel.Staff got me in and out quickly and put the spare tire on the trailer for me. I would definitely buy from them again.

I called this salesman at 7:00 am he called me right back told me what all I needed and what to bring he sent me the address I told him I was 2:30 minutes away he said that’s not a problem got running behind with honey to do list texted him I won’t be there till 12:00 and he said this was not a problem when I finally arrived he sent me out to look at the trailer and when I got back to the office paperwork was already and was ready to leave couldn’t change out the ball due to plates and pins in hand and arms he helped with it spent 15 minutes there and got to play with the little dog if you need a trailer please just give these two a call you are in good hands thanks Paul and family

Overall the utility trailer seems to be well made. It tows perfectly. Two reasons this is four stars and not five. First, one of the pins that are used to keep the load gate up when driving is stuck. It requires a hammer to get it out. Close inspection showed that the welded bracket is a bit in the way and will need to be ground down to remove the interference. How did this leave the factory like this? It had to be hammered in. Instead it gets sold to customer to resolve. Second, if you have a pickup and want to lower the tailgate you won’t be able to. The dolly Handle is too high, it will smash into the tailgate. That isn’t a manufacturing issue - I just didn’t catch that. My previous utility trailer had a swing dolly.One last comment - haven’t been able to find a number for service; seems everything is handled by email.

Great place easy to shop for the trailer I need.

This is a review on the dealer and not on the trailer. I purchased a 5x10 utility which i find to be well made. I purchased the spare tire for it but they did not have the mounting u bolt in stock. I live about an hour away so I asked them if they would mail it to me and was told sure it was not a problem. 2 weeks went by and I called them and they said yeah we have them in stock and will put it in the mail. 2 weeks later i still didnt have it so i called again and was again told it would ship out. 2 more weeks went by and no bolt so i called their HQ and spoke to parts and they looked my order up and agreed to ship it out. I gave up and bought one online and had it shipped to me.

Went directly to the factory in Somerset, KY to pick up my 16k 25+5 flatbed gooseneck. Smooth transaction handled by Sid Moseley. Excellent fit and finish, and a very well thought out trailer. The wide ramps and front step ups are amazing! However, all 4 tires were grossly under inflated. All were between 30 and 50 psi. They put 80 psi in them before I left. Also, I brought an infrared thermometer and checked the hubs about 50 miles out. They varied by as much as 30 degrees. After getting home and lubing the bearings, they all took at least 50 pumps and one took 94!! I think they should have someone pre-delivery check these things. If you’re coming from a long distance to get your trailer, you might want to bring a tire pressure qauge and a grease gun with an extra cartridge! I also looked at BigTex and PJ......Gatormade hands down! (This is my 3rd gooseneck flatbed in the past 30 years)

Seriously love my little Gatormade trailer, its perfect for our business and personal needs, and at such a great price. Well worth it! Cant wait to wrap it with fun graphics. When our business grows, we expect to buy several more. Quality product, affordable price.

DO NOT BUY A GATORMADE TRAILER. In my opinion, not only are they built with very poor quality and are unsafe to haul with. We have had our trailer for 3 months and the frame is bending. We have very politely emailed and contacted dealers of Gatormade to express my concern for them selling what, in my opinion, are unsafe trailer. you can’t get a returned call now having to hire an attorney to get a 20,000 Trailer fixed!! The warranty department doesn’t exist. Purchase from someone other than Gatorade please!! The entire trailer is bowed it’s not sturdy enough for a tractor or a bulldozer.

Went there to look at enclosed trailers, with the hopes of buying one. 3:10 in the afternoon gates locked up with the sign saying closes at 4:00. Oh well going elsewhere to buy our trailer now.

Happy with the product, but they dont give temp tags when leaving their facility

The air ride is the only way to go, because i cant even tell the trailer is behind me. Pulls wonderfully, detail is amazing, and the Gator Made team is second to none. I absolutely recommend to anyone and the Elite package is what I got. The light bar is super bright. As far as the winch goes, It took me 10 minutes to put quick connects on the wires for the winch, hopefully my next trailers will already have this done. Its cost efficiency is worth doing it. AMAZING TRAILER, LOVE IT.

Own a landscape company in Atlanta Georgia and this was the easiest purchase of the trailer I have ever had.Great response and the technician that we pick the trailer up from walked us through all the items on the trailer and explained the service items that are needed for the care of the trailer.

To begin I called Gator Made trailers to purchase a trailer, the salesman sent me to Mt. Orb to get it after a put down a deposit, on the day driving down to pick it up I get a call from this top salesman and he tells me when I get to Mt. Orb only talk to a certain person there when I get the trailer because he does not want the man running the place know I was sent by this salesman, now Im still not sure why he did that but that should have thrown up flags something is shady with this business. So I went on and purchase a 20 equipment trailer from Gator Made, had it less then three months noticed deck on trailer from out side boards were bowed in. I then looked underneath and seen where the frame had bent down on top of u-bolts. Sent the warranty claim in and explained I only hauled 6000lbs on a trailer with a GVW of 10,000 lbs, sent pictures of underneath. There response was I had too much weight on it warranty will not cover it. Also the fender panels was bowed from bent fram, he did state I can drive the trailer down to Ky. And they would re wield the panels, now why would you re weld panels on a bent frame. I sent a reply of how is 6000 lbs. too much weight on a 10,000 lbs. trailer. Never received a reply in other words there not going to fix this problem. The trailers seem to be built cheap with a pretty paint job, so if your looking at these trailers, I would think again about buying. I have pics of trailer if anyone wants to reply to see the damage, also pics of statement sent to Gator Made and there response, to help you make a decision where you really want to take a chance and purchase one of there trailers.

My experience with Gator Made was awesome. Our salesman was Rodney, and he went above and beyond to make our experience great. I would definitely buy another Gator Made trailer. The quality is excellent, and they are very affordably priced. If you are looking for a great trailer then look no further, Gator Made is the way to go.

Do not recommend this place drove 40 miles to buy a trailer to find out that they close when ever they want to tell you they will call you back never do. I highly recommend you go somewhere else and buy a trailer
