As a new patient, I didnt have to wait months for a cleaning appointment! The staff was as friendly, informative, and thorough.

My son has broken several brackets off and they have been very understanding and just put new ones on. Treatment has gone according to plan. Everyone there is very friendly.

Lady at the front desk is always very kind. Hygienist was kind, gentle, and knowledgeable! Dentist was gentle as well. They were all super understanding of my payment and scheduling a new appointment. Been going to Dr. Jensen for a few years now and he’s great! Today was my first time with Teisha and Angel since my regular girl just had a baby but they did a great job taking care of me as well! I always recommend this place when someone is looking for a new dentist!

Dr. Boyack was very nice and super gentle with everything he had to do for my root canal. I cant say that I look forward to going to the dentist for any kind of dental work but when I have a pleasant experience then I dont mind. Thank you Dr Boyack and Amy!

The staff at Genesis is so great, kind and friendly and understanding of anxiety. They are great at cleanings, fillings, crowns, etc., and they don’t scream even a tiny bit when they look in my gross teenage boys’ mouths! That’s impressive. I really enjoyed my first visit. The staff was very accommodating and my comfort level was very high. They gave me all of the information that I needed including insurance, to be able go forward with my treatment. I think I have found the right place for me For my future dental needs.

Teisha was amazing, very soft, efficient and informative. She always remembers what we talked about at our last cleaning appointment. she gives great home care tips as well and makes it a pain less experience

My hygenist, Teisha (not sure if thatsthe right way to spell it), was awesome! I could tell she was being 100% thorough with her work and she was also very personable, asking me follow up questions about my life from my last cleaning, with which I was very impressed :)

STAY AWAY FROM SOUTH JORDAN LOCATION! I was billed for services not rendered and they are keeping the money for the bridge which needs to be replaced. Never had any issues with downtown location. Here always showing one amount on the paper then billing for more. I have been Dr. Boyacks patient with my family for 8 years, loved working with him, had a great relationship. Recently got a bridge, was not done correct, the doctor was in the process of re-doing it with a different lab. Had a scheduled appointment and during the appointment the doctor advised pulling out the tooth and getting an implant instead of replacing the crown. He printed up the paper form and showed the price $300 for bone graft(not covered by insuranceand $12 for extraction(insurance pays 90%). There were 2 witnesses -his assistant and Amy2 at the front desk. 2 weeks later I was billed for $427 while insurance paid 90% of extraction. I never refused to pay for the services received I just questioned the bill amount difference. I was told by the office manager Amy that there was an emergency visit. I explained there was no emergency at all, it was a scheduled appointment and asked to talk to the doctor. She didnt let me talk to the doctor and said that "the doctor does not want to talk to you". Unprofessional behavior. If a licensed doctor in the middle of treatment refuses to talk to his patient of 8 years then I need a refund for the bridge so I can replace it elsewhere. Amy called and said: "We are not going to refund for the bridge, well not replace the bridge, the doctor will not talk to you, we are taking off $427 and its not up to you its up to us and Im going to disconnect the call". HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE experience.They are keeping the money for the bridge which needs to be replaced (the amount is 5 times more than $427and I still have the alternative wax bridge with me as I was supposed to go to the lab.For $115 extra fee Amy damaged doctors image, clinics rating, got reported to proper parties and lost a family of loyal patients with a lot of business.

Always an enjoyable visit, from the cleanliness of the waiting room, to the smiles from Madeline and Amy 1, to the chair where Teisha makes you feel at home, and she is THE BEST HYGENIST!Doc J is kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. I recommend Genesis Dental in South Jordan.

Dr. Jensen and staff are always pleasant and helpful. He takes all the time needed to make sure you know what is going on and that you are comfortable. I always feel like Im his only patient. Thank you Dr. Jensen!

The staff is so friendly! Kao Ly is very personable and you can tell she truly cares about her clients. I have a few sensitive pockets that usually make cleanings a little stressful, but she was so good at keeping me comfortable while also doing a thorough job. I usually feel on edge during cleanings, but with her work she built trust helping me feel at ease. She answered all my questions and gave me amazing advice/tools to improve my oral health moving forward. Definitely check Genesis out for all your dental needs!

UPDATE; second cleaning here and again, great choice. Very impressed. I’ve had some pretty bad luck with dentists in my short 28 years, but not now! A well deserved 5 stars for my girl Teisha and Genesis Dental!!Second visit this morning, and um, color me IMPRESSED. Teisha and the rest of the staff I interacted with are all SO friendly! I felt informed, taken care of, and genuinely cared for. Ive never written a review for a dentist before, but Teisha and Doc J earned it! Cant wait to come back later this summer. Thanks again! :)

Dr. Jensen came in after my cleaning to check on everything and discuss any possible issues. He asked me how the cleaning went, and I told him Teisha was a Rock Star! Started going here after 30 plus years of visiting another dentist. Love the modern methods and tech they use. Always a good experience.

Doc J is the best dentist around! He has taken excellent care of my family’s teeth for over 20 years! When he moved his office 30 min from my home, I followed him. I don’t mind the drive because I wouldn’t go to anyone else. He has an amazing team. Teisha does a great cleaning!

The staff was very friendly and my hygienist, Kao Ly was very thorough and caring. Dr. Jensen found some things, my old dentist had missed (which is why I left him to find a new dentist). No pain at all!
