Clean and Professional

Not the best first experience.1. Bought car from Alexandria. Drove home to DE and brakes are immediately failing. Had to make appt with New Castle Genesis.2. Appointment with new castle at 9am. Showed up 9:06. Paperwork ready but loaner car is not. Confirmed loaner was correctly reserved at the time of making appointment. Said car was dirty so had to "wash it".... Loaner didnt come out until 945 am !!! Seriously? You knew I was coming and requested a loaner. Please be prepared next time.Lets hope they better prepare for my next visit.

I had a great experience at Hertrich Genesis. I worked with Luis Ortis (my salespersonand Joe Chelhowski (the finance manager). Both were extremely professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend this dealership!
