They NEVER ANSWER NOR RETURN CALLS...JUST RIDICULOUS!!!!!

Ive called multiple multiple multiple times ihave left messages over and over again. I even called from three different numbers and left a different number three times and not once have I gotten a call back on any one of those three numbers I left. So sad that they expect you to jump thru so many hoops but cant get a solid answer from anyone when you have a question. However if they have a question for you and you not answer they just cut off your unemployment. This group is a perfect example of what our country has come to. Some people need this others are lazy but this group just dont give a damn.

The office is closed. They wont answer phone calls if you can get through at all. Mostly a busy signal on every phone number I have tried, including 877#. No one answers emails at all. Website wont let me check the status because it keeps saying wrong pin #. Every time I change it, it repeats the same notice. This is absolutely ridiculous. Cant eat, pay rent, do anything while looking for a job. Id like to see them live on the streets where Ill be very soon! So much for paying into it all these years so I can be ignored.

I have been trying to contact them for 2 weeks and left voice mails but no response!

Filed for unemployment first week of August and almost 4 months later, no response to my phone calls after calling every single day. No response to emails. No one has ever answered the phone. I know theyre busy but 4 months with no communication is absurd.

Lazy pieces of trash.

I sent an email two days ago and someone responded immediately in 25 minutes but they were of no help at all and lied but still better than College Park office because ive email them frequently since March and never got a response. If you live in this county email them they are actually working on not helping you.

Been trying to get answers on my unemployment for like 3 weeks now and nobody will give me a call back. I could really use the money at the moment.
