I have found Gerringong Medical Practice office staff to be efficient and friendly. I tend to request to see either Mark Burgess or Robyn Dalley as I find them both to be approachable and good listeners. With both these doctors,when they are unsure, they do not hesitate to get ask for a second opinion.

Saw Dr Pearson today. It was a very positive experience, and the receptionist was nice.

The medical centre was large modern and spacious. The clerical staff were warm and friendly and I didn’t have to wait long.Once I saw the doctor, he was extremely easy to talk to, warm and reassuring. I felt like I was in good hands and was extremely pleased with the outcome. He assured me he would follow up and ring me in a week and I felt like I had a lot of confidence in his consultation.

Dr Sloan has been my GP since moving to GERRINGONG . I can’t speak highly enough of the umbrella of care she has given me whether it be my mental health needs or any other issue. We just went to Gerringong Medical for the first time today from a referral from our current doctor. Wow, what a great place. Everyone was so nice, from the receptionist to the doctor. My son really liked the doctor we saw and she was so great at explaining what she was doing to him.

The doctor was friendly and knowledgeable. Very happy with her service. The centre itself is clean and very professional. This will now be our regular medical centre.

What a wonderful surgery! They got me in very quickly and I was not a regular client. The front t receptionists were efficient, friendly and fast. The surgery was very COVID safe and clean. The doctor was terrific.

New to the area & just had my first consult with Dr Robyn Dalley & felt so comfortable immediately. She listened intently & seemed to really care. Was impressed by her willingness to get to the bottom of the problem & not just ignore & medicate. So pleased to have her as my Doctor.

To whom it may concern,I never leave reviews but Gerringong Medical Practice is the best doctors surgery in the Illawarra/South Coast region by far! In my opinion.......long story short.......Im 37 years of age and I suffered a bad motorcycle accident 2 and a half years ago and this medical practice has been the most professional, compassionate, thorough, trustworthy team of GPs I have ever had take care of me in my life.......Ive had roughly 16 surgeries since the accident and this team of doctors have been there every step of the way to help me get through my recoveries.......in particular Dr Pearson and Dr Daley.All the doctors are good but those 2 are about as caring, gentle and competent as you will find in this region.I hope this helps someone else out there who is in need of a great medical team......from the secretaries, nurses, doctors to the blood work technician you wont find better care in my opinion.

First time going to this practice.. Very modern facilities, plenty of parking available to.Staff were prompt and very friendly. I visited Dr. David Collett. Brilliant as always (skin check specialist). He always does a thorough check and removes or assesses areas of concern for all skin cancer type scenarios.. Keep up the great work.

The carpark is easily accessible and convenient. The staff are friendly and professional and Dr McApline was excellent....friendly and skilled. I was in and out in 15mins. Great service and an excellent experience. (No long waiting period).

Dr Alison Sloan is absolutely wonderful fantastic with my six year old son today cannot thank her enough for clearing his ears she is amazing best experience I have ever had in my 19 years of being a mother .

I arrived at the practice at 4.50 pm my appointment was for 3 pm we eventually saw the doctor at 3.45 pm totally disgusted in the wait time . My wife has early onset Alzheimer’s and it was getting very difficult to keep her calm during this wait time , not once did staff let me know that the doctor was running behind . If they had let me know I would have been okay with that . I would like to add though that the doctor we see all the time is the best most caring doctor we have ever seen in our life and I would love to thank him for his support during our difficult time in our life .

1st time visit to see Dr John McAlpine for a skin check. Had several excisions and some freezings.Back in a week for work-in-progress.Very happy with the service and the great facilities.

I visited Gerringong Medical Practice today (10th May 2021for my Covid jab. The procedure occurred on time and was done in a very professional manner. A little consult with the doctor to check if everything ok before getting the jab (which was done before I knew it), then a short precautionary wait to check if no immediate side effects.Thanks to Allison and Rachel.

My first visit to Gerringong Medical Practice has been great. From my phone call to arrange an appointment, though to filling in forms sent by text which was seamless and efficient. The receptionist who took my call was friendly, professional and helpful. Dr McAlpine carried out a "mole patrol" on my skin. He was professional, showed interest and is a good communicator. I will certainly return to this practice.as required. He referred me to Janet who took a blood sample, she too was professional, efficient and friendly. Overall it was an excellent experience. Nice clean new facility. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and the doctor I saw was very thorough explaining every step of the procedure and she too had a friendly manner and was very professional.

In the beginning I experienced excellent care from Dr. Dalley, then I experienced a nightmare of uncared from Dr. Schippers, who said that Dr. Dalleys books where full and I had to see her. She tried her best to kill me and my soul, and then did the same thing to my suicidle son, especially when he was getting calls at school from psychiatrists and psychologists demanding payment from people who we had never signed up to after being told that there where no spaces available in headspace.Im now fine in the hands of Dr.Pearson and Dr. Dalley. Im safe now, and Im in a good place.I urge people to check on the Doctors profile and go from there. I wouldnt be alive today if I hadnt reacted when I did.I found out the hard way when she (Dr.? Schipperswas writing that I was an introvenious drug user and an alcoholic on my referrals. No one should be able to play god without proof. She never thought to look at my medical history, she just took it upon herself to judge without proof. Please, be careful when choosing a Doctor.

I bit the bullet and had a skin cancer scan finally after 50 odd years. Dr Burgess was very thorough, knowledgeable & helpful. Made it a comfortable process and came away relieved. Would highly recommend a check up.

Gerringong Medical Practice has been my primary health care provider for the past 16 years, during which time I have experienced much ill health.
