Get Fruity Cafe in Fulton County

Very nice place. The staff is friendly and helpful. I ordered the jerk salmon wrap. I choose spinach for the wrap. Very tasty full of flavor and surprisingly filling. If you are in the college park area, driving walking etc. Stop in youll be surprised by the great experience and delicious wraps they have.

Hire some help! The wait time is a bit much. It’s always only one person and food moves slow.

I come here on my lunch break almost everyday. The smoothies are amazing!! Thats Incredible is my favorite. Greek salad, add the chicken, its worth it. Workspaces are located in the back and the staff if always friendly and on top of the orders. I didnt even realize I had $10 in rewards points until today. This is my favorite spot on Main Street for sure.

Pictures are worth a thousand words; DON’T waste your time coming to a close location(10 am—Sunday, which store should have open)! The food left on the counter, which the store is close with food left on the counter, is completely Unsanitary and quite frankly disgusting. This black establishment store is a bad name and should be inspected by the health department! Eat at your own risk; the closest ER is Grady Memorial Hospital if you get a foodborne illness.

Kay handled herself very well being the only one working today… there was about 10 to 15 people in here… shes knock out them orders like it was nothing.. She greeting us and still came from behind the counter and helped us with our order on the screen.. Thanks Kay

Its Sept 11th, 2022 12pm. Ive been in here for 20 mins and ive been the only customer the whole time. The young lady working here still hasnt said a word to me. I put my order in at the kiosk and im just standing here waiting on a smoothie. She aint said not one word to me lol

One of my favs CP, Main st spots. They have become a little pricey but who hasnt. Fresh Smoothies up & a good salmon rap. Cant beat it

Omggg y’all! They got it together! The new manager is phenomenal and he has this place running like a well oiled machine. When I say he literally turned this store around, I’m now stopping in 2/3 times a week. I can finally treat it like my neighborhood deli or bodega (back when I lived in NY). Anyway y’all it’s literally perfect there now! Please give my guy a raise (nose ring and facial hair).

I was getting my hair done at Julees Braiding Salon. At the time I was dying of thirst so I was more than excited when I seen a guy walk-in selling fresh smoothies, wraps and fruit bowls. I tried a strawberry, pineapple and mango smoothie. It was absolutely delicious. will be visiting their shop.

My friends and I stopped in here while visiting Atlanta because the pictures looked amazing! We were all very disappointed with the service, they were kind of busy so we were very understanding of the wait time on our food. We were super polite to the staff we could see there were only 2 of them and they were trying their best. All of our orders were incorrect, my friend got a smoothie and I guess they were out of the regular cookie that goes in it so they used a cookie containing nuts without asking if she was allergic. They added shrimp to my Wrap which I did not order and am highly allergic so I couldn’t eat my food. The staff was not friendly at all, and the service was mediocre.

On Friday, I ordered my usual “Avacado chicken wrap” and a bag of Miss Vickies jalapeño chips. I took my first but into my sandwich. Then when I took my second bite I felt something sharp scratch my tongue. I immediately felt blood. I saw this in my wrap. I immediately called the location and told them what happened. A lady answered and told me she would take my information down to give to the owner. There was no questions asked or no apology. I went back to the location the lady told me that she did not know where that could have came from. There was still no apology or anything. I let her take my information down and left. This is the worst experience I have ever received here or at any restaurant ever. Today is Tuesday and I have still not received a call from the owner.

Just ate there today. The outside deck is so much cleaner. The guy who made my sandwich was professional has the best customer service. And my sandwich was the truth!

Fredrick went above an beyond...food and service was excellent! 10 out or 10!!! My spot when Im in the area.

Get Fruity is my new favorite smoothie shop!!! I love the That’s Incredible smoothie, so yummy and refreshing. Stephen is who usually makes my smoothies and always delivers excellent smoothies with a smile 🙂 I can’t wait to try more recipes in the future!

I ordered weeks ago but I felt a way about posting this review. I first came across this place when I worked downtown Atlanta and they opened across the street from my job. They lady and man that worked there (I believe the ownerswere very nice and cared about the food they put out. This experience was extremely the opposite . The lady in the store constantly complained about being short staffed. I witnessed a worker come in from outside, not wash her hands, and start working with food. Just the whole experience was bad. It took 3 hours for me to get 2 wraps and had the audacity to get irritated with me because I’ve already paid online and I want my order. Customer service skills were nonexistent. I’m going to try again, hopefully I’ll get a better outcome. 🤦🏾‍♀️

Honestly, I never leave negative reviews for Black businesses because #supportBlackbusinessss, but Ive HAD IT with Get Fruity. Just now was the last straw. Id leave them 0 stars if I could.I placed a $65 order with them at 2pm today. I gave them some time to prepare it because they havent had it together lately and took 2 HOURS to prepare my last order a few weeks ago.I arrive around 3pm, and they tell me they never prepared my order, are closing (3 hours earlier than their hours display online), and Ill just have to dispute the charge online. NO APOLOGY, no offer to rectify the situation in any way. I also cant dispute it online because the order was made through Google "Direct Order."Im very understanding of off days and unexpected issues, but none of that has anything to do with trash customer service. Thats ALWAYS under a business control. It doesnt matter how good your food is if you treat your customers like were doing YOU a disservice!

I used to love Get Fruity Cafe, I ordered online pickup 30 mins before they closed yesterday evening. I got there about 5 mins before close. They decided not to fix my order. They told me I would have to dispute the charge with my bank....Ok. I decided to order door dash with them today. Placed my order for a wrap and smoothie. I only got the wrap. No smoothie. At this point I am done. Even though the food is good. The service is not worth the hassle.

Caution!!!! They only serve certain people! I walked in to get a smoothie to drink while I waited for family to come for a Sunday morning brunch in the area. The greeting was not pleasant! The owner told they only took orders from Uber or Door Dash, but I had just witnessed another customer walk in and out with a smoothie. He told me he did not order from either place and he had just walked in!

SO I work on Main Street and I eat at this place very often ! So this morning I walked to get fruity to grab me some breakfast ! I only had cash on me , I was told to make a order on the little kiosk that’s inside the restaurant since they where so buzy ! Well you have to use a bank card to use the kiosk ! So I tell them I am paying with cash ! He says well we really buzy so to better serve you I need you to use the kiosk ! BUT I ONLY HAVE CASH ! So basically you are telling me I EAT HERE maybe 3 /more times a week I send my clients here as well ! Wow I GUESS MY CASH IS NO GOOD !! You all just lost a good tipping customer !! WE NEED MORE HEALTHY RESTAURANTS ON MAIN STREET

Closed when google says they are open. Board out front and lights on but no one there. Best to call before coming. Watch at least 5 other people try the door and look in. Sorry if it’s a crisis.

If you are a delivery driver, avoid at all costs! After several hundred trips, the only down rating I received was because of delivering from here... I waited about 45 minutes for them to make a salad, which made my delivery take well over an hour to get to the customer, during a time when barely anyone was in the cafe ordering food...100% unacceptable!

No parking, super long wait mostly because the guys making the food spend more time arguing with each other instead of working together and making the food. Very unprofessional. While arguing with each other the food is not being made. Horrible.

You can only place offers online, online ordering doesn’t work, so you have to go in and wait…. Customer service is sometimey…

Tried it for the first time today. 3 stars bc the service is slowwww. If you have anywhere to be or don’t have time to kill DO NOT order here. Well on a Saturday at least. I worked in CS so Ik how it can be when you get orders out the out of absolutely nowhere and/or for long periods of time. What it boils down to is a staffing issue. There were only two men with an extensive menu but they were moving! The tall one was cool! Really nice customer service, apologized to the everyone for how slow it was. Nice man but the other one? Not a fan and that’s all imma say bout him.However i say all that to say…. The food is good I can’t even lie. Like all my items was 5/5 so i can’t say i wont be back lol. Buut i don’t want to wait all day.there are ways to get this together tho1.put a sign out alluding to a long wait time. I thought it’d be an in and out situation but i was there an hour. Mind you i had time to kill but most people don’t. You should give the option to wait , helps bring complaints down2. Hire more folks pls if it’s in the budget of course or keep it on the family but more bodies are necessary3. Get rid of Uber , grub hub allat ,on Saturdays at least or limit the orders . Y’all ticket machine was flyinggggg & that’s overwhelming Ik from experienceY’all a great business with great food and smoothies in a black area serving a community ready to pay you. They are pretty good as far as smoothies and food but inconsistent on hours! Drove about 30 min to get here today and they were closed! Even though within their business hours and open sign on. Disappointing

IF YOU ARE A DELIVERY DRIVER BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!The cashier with blonde braids seems as if she is scared to greet you. The staff didn’t know if the order was made or had already been picked up( This is after waiting 10 minutes for the orderI had planned on speaking with management regarding the issue and offer some advice on how to hold everyone accountable when it comes to mobile orders but judging by the reviews it seems everyone has checked out of this business smh. This restaurant has an amazing concept, I hope you’re able to fix the issues. Good luck

Okay so this place has some of the best food Ive had. Love, love, love the Jamaican patties for a quick snack. Tons of healthy food and smoothie options AND the nicest people ever!! Highly recommend!

HONESTLY!!!! The food be busssin when it’s bussin. Hands down. I love to order the Black Bean Burger Wrap. So good...BUT!!!!!!!! I don’t support the consistent INCONVENIENCE this place gives. I’ve experienced too many experiences where my order took ridiculously too long. I ordered well in advance, waited even longer before going to pickup my order and it STILL was not ready. It had already been an exhausting day and all I wanted was something good to eat that was gonna hit the spot. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my order in it’s entirety. This business has so much potential but it starts with management. I’m taking a pause from this place. I pray if and/or when I return, service and punctuality would have improved.🙏🏼✨

Friendly staff when I walked in... Smoothie was good and I like how I could substitute the milk for Almond milk and honey.... The wrap I had was good and will go back to try a different one... You order on a computer screen that gives you options for taking things out and adding things.. Nothing bad to say about this experience.

I’ve been to this location twice and both times there was an issue with receiving my online order. The first time I placed an online order and I went to pick it up they stated they didn’t receive it so I had to place another one. The second time I placed an online order and I called to confirm, someone answered and stated they were closed and this was on a Saturday but business hours states other wise on the website. The business hours do not reflect their hours or operation so I would advise anyone to call ahead before placing an order.

Clean establishment, only two servers were behind the counter & one of them was the cashier. Very friendly atmosphere & food was prepared quickly. The wraps were very tasty & juicy. My only complaint is I asked them to make my buffalo chicken spinach wrap without ONIONS! You guessed it, it was in my wrap anyways. I specifically said it 2x for a reason b/c I know red onions are a big part of their flavoring for the wraps that they make. HOWEVER what if I had an allergy to red onions, this would be a huge problem. Needless to say I just picked them out & enjoyed my wrap. In the future I would appreciate ATTENTION paid to my order request instead of looking over what was asked for.

They don’t answer the phone, they leave you on hold forever if they do, and if you still decide to order it will take forever for you to get your food! On top of all that you have a staff that could care less about how long you’ve been waiting to get service they are extremely nonchalant. No Thanks I’m good!

Owner/manager and employee were so nice! Helped me make decisions, let me try things, and the food - OMG, so good! Highly recommend! The Jamaican Jerk wrap was delicious and the Strawberry, Mango Pineapple smoothie was as well. (Pic is only half of the sandwich!)

My Dad and I decided to stop by this cafe for brunch and the place was really nice. It was clean and the food was good. The customer service was great everyone was very professional an we were greeted as soon as we walked in the door..... However it would be greatly appreciated if team members would notify management when items on the menu are not in stock. I really wanted to try the food so I did not mind waiting for the items to be purchased so my order could be made. I would have been highly disappointed if I was in a rush and could not wait when I finally got the time to stop by and try the restaurant out. Other than that I highly recommend Get Fruity Cafe and will return.

Ive had this place many times and had good experiences and food was delicious from the wraps to the smoothies and salads but this last time was enough to make boycott the business. There was a fly in my food and the way the cashier and manager handled put a bad taste in my mouth. I didnt feel like the cashier was bring truthful and told me to come back tomorrow for a new salad because the manager was out. But then was able to put the manager on the phone so.... that was a lie. I was told the door was open so they couldnt control that. I ended up getting my refund after putting my husband on the phone. But Im chilling on them for a while.

Great experience. Good prices. Had a chicken sausage egg and cheese croissant. Comfy cafe with good service and a quick bite to eat.
