I’ve rented a storage unit from here for the last two years and things have just gotten progressively worse but as a college student without a vehicle, I haven’t been able to change where I’m renting from. It started off nice but after six months or so, there were constant bug infestations of stink bugs, ants, spiders and roaches and since visiting today, there are mice droppings EVERYWHERE in my unit despite there being no food or beverage or anything that would attract mice. Stay away from this place if you actually care about your things because I’m throwing away most of what I own.

Easy on line reservation. Locks are provided. All have pull up access. Some are simple metal sheds. My unit was very clean
Really surprised at all the positive reviews. Maybe things have changed, because they rented us a unit, and when we came back a few months later a lot of boxes, including those toward the middle and back of the unit, were damp and moldy. Lost a lot of stuff.You might be wondering... did they offer us a reimbursement, or a refund, when we pointed this problem out? The answer is no. Not only did they not offer a reimbursement, they falsely claimed to have no responsibility at all.. which is weird because waterproof storage is literally all they have to offer. Unusually bad customer service, very unusual for this area. Probably some distant or non-local owners who want to make a buck and dont care about offering a good service. Waterproof isnt a lot to ask in a storage unit. In fact, thats the bare minimum.

I was looking for a place to park a 40’ trailer. They had it and it was easy to sign all the paperwork, the problem was that they have 2 locations and my unit was in the other location they never sent me that address, I went there with my husband and the trailer looking for my unit and never found it. We had to come back home with that trailer we parked in the street I contacted them and they apologized for not sending me the address. I went again and the number they gave me was G209 and I couldn’t find it again and the number was 9 I wasn’t happy about that I told them they never did anything about it.
I have rented a space for my RV with Gettysburg Storage for over 2.5 years. They have been great from the start. I highly recommend them for your storage needs.
Spoke with a very nice person who helped me rent a unit. Then I believe the corporate office started sending me emails, a text and supposedly called to say that I needed to give them my driver’s license. I responded to make sure they need my DL, not my sons who would be using it and they didn’t reply. Then I got an email that they locked the unit and would be charging additional fees if someone didnt put the personal lock (providedon it. Both of these communications had a threatening and ugly tone that seemed unnecessary given that I wasn’t even planning to use the unit for another month and dont recall being told I needed to provide a DL or have my son immediately go out and deal with the lock.
Great customer service! Provided same day service and access to unit. Easy process and set up and will highly recommend !
I signed up online it was very easy. got a call from the manager just to verify information, very nice very polite. I havent been to the facility yet but so far so good.
If I could give six stars, I would Great company and pricing. The units are well maintained and in a great location. Any time I had a question or concern, I always received a very prompt response from the staff. This place is top notch in every aspect.

The people are wonderful! Very helpful and made the process of getting set up work. The on-line system is a bit complicated but they walked me through it and kept me straight. Would like to see more security on site, a pin lock on the gate is really needed.
This is a great and secure storage place, the prices are reasonable and lower than other places in the area that I contacted, the unit was clean, accessable and the management company is easy to work with, they gave us the first month free, no long term contact and they do automatic billing which is a plus. If you need a storage unit, give them a call, they also have spots for campers/boats/vehicles on site so it can be one stop for everything
