As other commenters have said, Dr "Guy" will give you the most thorough dental exam youve ever had in your life. He is meticulous about providing the highest level of care and will spend extra time with you to make sure everything is up to his standards. I was referred to this office because Dr. Gialanella treats some of the most complex dental issues in the Capital District. Although my dental experiences prior to coming to this office were horrid, since becoming a patient of Dr Gialanella I have made significant, positive progress - proving he lives up to his reputation. Additionally, his assistants and office staff are insanely friendly, knowledgable, and helpful whenever needed.

So glad we made the switch to Gialanella Family Dentistry. Both doctors are exceptional and the staff is second to none. Superb team!
