I have been going to Giorgio Conti Jewelers for over 35 years. They are the best. They will not rest until you are totally satisfied with your purchase. Special orders are never a problem. Since Covid getting special jewels can take extra time. They always call to give you updates. My wife and I may look at other stores but we only buy from Giorgio Conti. Both of my boys and all of their friends shop here as well

My brother referred us to Lindsay Anderson at Giorgio Conte store, she was our salesperson. Ms. Anderson explained the value of the diamonds we were looking at. Ms Anderson was very personable and the staff was very friendly. It became an engagement at Giorgio Conti store the day my ring was purchased. We were offered Champagne or Wine, however we had water. Be careful with what you are buying there. Lots of mistakes and the quality of diamonds is not what you think. I went in to purchase a diamond ring for my girlfriend. After looking at a few different styles I decided to purchase natural 2.01CT G color, SI1 clarity round diamond with GIA certificate. We agreed on a price and I paid the deposit to place an order for the ring. I was informed that the ring will be ready within one week with Gia Certificate. I received a call from the sales lady Her name was Renee and she stated that the ring was ready. I went to pick it up and pay for it. When I walked in she welcomed me and brought the ring. When I asked her for the GIA certificate she said she only had a copy of it and not an original one. Something unheard of how can I pay 26K with no original certificate. After checking the copy she had printed I noticed that the Diamond had Medium blue Fluorescence and the cut it’s Good need to be excellent or triple XXX, which is not good the value of the diamond is cheaper, I took the copy certificate somewhere else they told me The diamond only worth 18K, I asked her for a refund because first they did not have the original copy and second diamond had Fluorescence. I asked her to refund me the deposit or even use it towards something else but they refused and they kept the deposit, Do not trust them very dishonest people.

I struggled to find any value when I was at Giorgio conti jewelers. The customer service ranged from underwhelming to bizarre and uncomfortable. The selection was limited and very low quality and the price was far too high for what they were offering. The salesperson was so pushy and trying to sell. We ordered a diamond from her and the final option we looked at was a 2.00ct G color, SI1 clarity round diamond with a GIA certificate in a 14kt white gold solitaire setting for $25000. The certificate wasnt ready when we went to pick up the ring, which is odd.  Also, had blue Fluorescence that was never mentioned when we paid the deposit. The deposit was $1700. When we went to pick it up and we were not satisfied, we changed our mind about the diamond because it wasnt the right diamond. The owner refused to give us the deposit back after trying with him. We asked him to exchange it with something else to not lose our deposit. He refused to exchange it for us even though they have a sign that says they exchange.  Will never order from them again. They will really mess you over. Be careful.

Gorgio Conti is the absolute best. This is my second piece from them. My most recent piece was an upgrade to my wedding set. I had a vision and they made it happen. They replicated what I wanted to a T. I worked with Renee and she was extremely knowledgeable, she answered all of my questions - I could call or text her anytime and she was very patient. My fiance and I came here Looking for a wedding band for him we told the sales lady we wanted platinum ring but she was only interested in selling us a titanium ring, which she was trying to rush us in to buying. and wasnt listening to what we were looking for So we decided to go somewhere else and the lady started being really rude and rolling her eyes at us. She started talking about my engagement ring he got me somewhere else. I never had a sales person be this rude to me. I wouldnt buy a ring from here even if you gave it to my half off. I dont see how the other reviews are 5 star. Spend your money somewhere else. Dont waste your time here please.

The first time My husband and I went to Giorgio Conti it was to upgrade my wedding ring for our 30th anniversary. We have been back two more times for other purchases. Renee and the other sales people were great. If youre looking for quality jewelry, reasonable prices and courteous professional customer service, this is the jeweler for you!

Worst service ever, if you were to ask for a discount because their prices a rip off. I tried to get to a price with Renee the sales person helping me at the time , the manger buts in and says your price you are offering is a clearance price. I felt like I got disrespected as a buying customer. I ended up spending 1300 with them and I bought all my wives jewelry from there in 2010 and they still treated me so raw . I would go to farah jewelry they are way better.

They did not honor their warranty for my wedding ring. Do not believe them if they tell you that there is a lifetime warranty on your wedding ring if you bring it in every 6 months for check up. They will not keep their word. I brought my wedding ring for check up, it was completely fine, and they told me that they will not honor their warranty anymore even if I bring it after six months from today’s date.

Purchased a set of beautiful ruby earrings for my mother from this business on their Etsy page. I don’t know who I interacted with, but let’s just say that their customer service and expertise made me feel comfortable enough to step beyond my initial spending limit—and I have ZERO regrets! I HOPE everyone who is anxious about ordering valuable jewelry online takes time to read this review.I’ve wanted a nice Franco 10k gold chain for a long time. They are hard to find in-person, so I started to search online. Finding someone with quality pieces at reasonable prices seemed like a tall order.I found Giorgio Conti jewelers late one night, called the next day, and by the end of that very same day- I had already ordered a beautiful piece. This is because Daniel was willing to text and work with me all day long. He sent me photos, compared different sizes, and professionally answered every single question I had. Even the dumb questions lol. His caring service was the ONE thing that gave me enough confidence to make a big online purchase like this one.The necklace was delivered in exactly two days. It was very nice, but I was not happy with the size or how it fit. NO PROBLEM. I texted Daniel and he immediately got to work, searching for another one that would make me happy with the purchase. He made the exchange process SO easy, and did it all with such an empathetic attitude. I recently went and got my engagement ring and I was beyond happy with the experience and quality of the ring. Rita was amazing with helping customize my ring. She even went above and beyond letting me text her ideas and updates! Joe was so helpful too and is a diamond expert. They are all so nice and have such an amazing selection, just look on their social media. Would definitely recommend to anyone. I went on a recommendation from my brother and sister-in-law and am so glad I did!

The staff at Giorgio Conti were so welcoming and kind throughout the process of designing a new wedding ring for me. They kept us updated regularly. When they presented my husband and I with my new ring I cried tears of joy because it was way more beautiful than what I’d imagined. I was trying to find a jewelry shop to get a ring fitted. Ended up calling google for help. I took a chance, decide to go with ( GIORGIO CONTI Fine Jewelry & Timepieces ). Well, to make the story short. The ring was lost. I decided to see joe anyway. I had some jewelry needed some cleaning. He did amazing job. giving him five stars.

i needed a replacement dial for my Rolex. Joseph at at Giorgio Conti Jewelers was fantastic! My watch was sent to him, the dial was replaced, and my watch was sent back to me in 1 1/2 weeks! Communication with him was great! I will definitely use this jeweler for my future purchases and repairs!!

Super Awesome staff and they did an AMAZING JOB on my custom Barber Straight Blade pendant dripped in diamonds on the edge of the blade. Joe is amazing! He always makes sure to listen to every concern I have and accommodates accordingly. Hes sat with me for over an hour helping me design the perfect eternity bands, and another time he spent even longer to decide the perfect size and design for some bangles. I know Im always in good hands when I come to make a purchase here. Their selection is large, and if I have something in mind that they dont carry they can sometimes custom make it for me. The staff is truly honest and extremely helpful. I dont trust many jewelers, but Joe and his team are one of the few that I do trust

I walked into to so many jewelry stores trying to find the right one and it wasn’t until walking into Giorgio Conti that my search stopped. Every employee especially Joe taught us so much and took their time explaining every detail about the diamonds to us. I had very little knowledge on the diamonds and am a very indecisive person but Joe and his team did everything to make sure my fiancé and I loved our rings. Joe was very patient as I kept changing my mind but he made sure no matter what we were happy. Even while Joe was out on vacation he kept in touch with us about our rings. I brag about this place to everyone I come across. I can’t say enough how much we love our rings.

When my boyfriend (now fiance!!!and I walked into the store, we had no idea where to start, I knew I liked Cushions and thats what I was going to get! I went to Giorgio Conti for my custom engagement ring. Joe did an incredible job and the ring came out absolutely beautiful- just as I pictured! I love it so much! I went back to for my wedding band and he was able to make a ring that matched and fit my engagement ring perfectly. I could check in at different stages of the process and received my rings exactly when they were estimated to be finished.

My husband purchased a diamond and bridal set from this jeweler in November 2010. As part of an anniversary gift, we decided to change the setting but reuse the diamond. It was only then that we realized that the VS2 diamond indicated on our EGI certificate was actually an I1 ( a HUGE differenceafter a new appraisal was performed and that the diamond certificate we were given was for someone else’s diamond that was of a similar carat weight and color. When I notified them, the gemologist was rude and commented “I don’t know why you’re mad, it’s not like your husband paid for a VS2.” The appraisal they still have on file did match up to the stone in my possession. How the situation was handled showed a significant amount of disrespect. While they do carry beautiful pieces, I would hesitate buying a diamond from them without doing your research first about color and clarity of diamonds so that you’re fully aware of what you’re buying.

Had the best experience here while picking out my engagement ring! I forget the name of the woman who helped us, but we didnt feel as though we were inconveniencing her by being picky. She gladly brought out boxes and boxes (and boxes and more boxes!of rings for us to choose from and happily placed different cut diamonds in them for us!She worked with my fiance on his budget and didnt pressure us into anything...even gave us tips on how they could alter the ring to drive the price down. I ended up with a gorge ring and I am so very proud to show it off!I get so many compliments on how unique my ring is and am sending tons of business their way!

All these "good" reviews are CLEARLY FAKE and written by giorgio conti..They sound like commercials ..When you walk into the store they suck up to you until you buy a ring. Then you realize you were ripped off. It may sound like youre getting a good deal but just wait until your diamonds start falling out of your rings every couple weeks.. Very poor work, customer service and quality...They always find ways to blame you for their poor quality rings..When you go in for repairs, they are heartless and arent sucking up to you anymore..They find ways to charge you for repairs that were essentially their fault to begin with since they sold you such poorly made rings.. THEY ARE A SCAM! I wouldnt go back there even if they offered me a free ring, VERY DISRESPECTFUL PEOPLE.BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
