This place is great. I never like going to the dentist but this place is pain free and everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly. It was a good experience.

I have been going to this dental office for the past four years. I am very pleased with the service.

This office had a very upbeat, friendly, and pleasant atmosphere from the front desk to the dental chair. They were willing to answer all my questions and were very knowledgeable.My issue is with the price of cleaning. I was charged for a full mouth of cleaning..I only have bottom teeth and upper denture. I find this unfair pricing...I have no dental insurance and I am paying for cleaning teeth that I dont have...It takes even half the time as it would a full mouth. I have never gone to a dentist that charged me full price for half a mouth of teeth...I think I will have to return to my former dentist. I think I should be refunded half of what I was charged for cleaning.

The hygienist was very friendly, personable, and informative. She did a thorough job of cleaning my teeth. I was also in and out of the dentists office in a timely fashion. The dentist took time to ask me questions and listen to any concerns I had.

I just moved back to the area and chipped my tooth. Glenmont Dental was able to take me in very quickly even as a new patient. The facility itself looks great. Everything from the procedure to billing was clearly explained. Overall, probably the best dentist I’ve been to.

Dr. Zuberi Yaseen, Samantha and Laura provided me with excellent patient care. They listened to my concerns and were super friendly!

The worst customer service ever!!I spoke with a woman named Michelle, she’s very rude and didnt want to understand what I’m trying to say. She didnt even want to hear me at all.

Updated for new provider!Glenmont Dental provided a seamless transition from Dr. Conte to Dr. Asma Zuberi Yaseen. The staff is still the same friendly, engaging staff and Dr. Zuberi Yaseen fits in like a glove. After a lot of dental work (thank you Dr. Conte!I still have a bit of dental anxiety and Dr. Zuberi Yaseen is so gentle and wonderful and explains everything she is doing thoroughly. Shes funny, efficient, and so very good at what she does! Dr. Zuberi is an extreme outlier amongst dentists. I get the feeling that as a new graduate she is terrified of being sued. It is in her interest to suggest loads and loads of expensive treatment that provide no benefit to the patient.They called me repeatedly at 7:40 AM. My appointment was 11:30, to which I was five minutes early, but they called twice to see why I wasnt there even at 11:10. I finished all paperwork before 11:30.I came for a cleaning and an exam, they refused to do the cleaning. The charge for the oral exam was $120 - WAY more than every other dentist Ive been to. They pushed X-rays on me even though I had them last year. Patients are allowed to decline testing and treatment. Every other dentist Ive been to has worked with me but Dr. Zuberi wanted me to come back three times for something basic Ive done in one visit everywhere else.Even just 15 minutes after starting, the hygienist stated that all my time was up and refused to do the cleaning.Read the Yelp reviews. Avoid this at all costs.

My 1 year appointment went very well. The staff and Dr. were quick and efficient again. Ive never had a dentist be so thorough with a cleaning exam. Very impressed with the overall experience and I highly recommend Glenmont Dental.

Had my 6 month cleaning and as always, Samantha was wonderful. And the new Dr Z is so sweet and gentle. Really nice addition to the practice. The entire staff is always a joy and lots of laughter in the office. 🙂

Ive never had such an intricate, honest, informative visit until now! My husband often complains about the dentist but was incredibly happy with his visit as well.

I am consistently pleased with Dr. Conte, his assistant, the dental hygienist, the receptionist and Lori and Tracy who do billing. They are a great team and after going to a few different offices In the area, I have found the practice that I will continue with.

My initial feeling regarding the practice was extremely positive. I have been going there about two years. In fact, I was so positive on the practice that I brought my girlfriend there as well and she spent several thousand dollars on dental work. The staff are wonderful, friendly and very professional. My interaction with them has been nothing but positive. Thank you to the staff of Glenmont dental. The issues lie with Michael. He can be very good and engaging and kind and thorough. Sadly, he is not consistent and tends toward moodiness and what I would say is a defensive and aggressive demeanor. He does not handle dissatisfaction or problems with work done at all. I have had issues with all the work I’ve had done and had to walk very gently along and try to get the problems corrected because of the way he gets his hackles up if you show any signs of dissatisfaction. The final issue with the practice came when my girlfriend got her denture work and we were doing the final fitting. There were obviously problems with the product and when she mentioned the issues she was having his immediate response was defensiveness and I quote, he said in raised tone and with irritation, ”Well you approved the final fit before we sent it out”. Needless to say that did not go over well with me especially in light of the history that I have had with this gentleman. Other people may put up with his temperamental way of doing business and hubris but I cannot any longer and I’m sure he’s happy with this decision of mine. You can treat me badly and with aggression but you do not do that to the people I love. He crossed the line with my girlfriend and left her feeling very badly. I would suggest unless you enjoy a doctor with inconsistent bedside manner and an inability to put his patients‘ interests before his ego that you choose a different dentist.

Everyone was so pleasant and knowledgeable. I usually have horrible anxiety going to any dentist office but the confident positive aura made me feel at ease. Dr Conte has passion in his work and is not all about the dollar.

I have been at this practice since before I could walk, and have had nothing but pleasant appointments. I usually see Sam and she is very sweet, diligent, and gets the job done in a timely manner. They are very friendly and professional here, I would recommend to any friends and family looking for a dental office!

Michael Conte has one the friendliest, warmest, kindest and helpful office staff , hygienists, dental staff you will find in the capital district.Dr. Conte is also an excellent dentist. I bring my entire family here. I would highly recommend him!!!As always, I couldn’t be more pleased with everyone in this office, from the high quality of care to the way the staff makes you feel safe (especially now during this pandemicand welcomed. I am now bringing my mom to the practice and I know she will feel the same way I do !

Everyone at this dental practice is so friendly! I felt like a long-time patient even though this was only my second visit. Beyond that, the explanations given for the work I needed done, were clear. I left feeling confident and reassured of my decision to choose this practice in the future.

I’ve been needing to establish a new regular dentist, and set up an appointment with Glenmont Dental after reading all the very positive reviews. Even so, I was pretty anxious. I’m very happy to report that all the wonderful comments that came before mine held up! The reception staff who helped book my appointment and collect my information were all very warm and kind, the hygienist who did my x-rays and cleaning was also really kind, and I so appreciated that she took the time to explain everything she was doing, and educate about what she was seeing in my teeth / gums and how to improve my dental care routine. Dr. Conte was so friendly and immediately made me feel at ease. He is frank and has a sense of humor, which I really appreciate. I’m really happy I made the decision to call, and look forward to my next dental appointment (who even says that??? 😟😊)!

Initial consult was thorough and clear. Every step was explained and together we came up with a plan to get my teeth on a road to health. Literally everyone is so friendly and kind. This office creates a safe, healthy environment during the days of Covid. They have a seamless process of communicating, organizing and cleaning to ensure safety. Every other dentists office Ive been to always made me wait at least 20m to be seen despite having an appointment. not this office- I have never had to wait and everything is done in a timely manner.

Love this office and all the staff. I’ve had several dentists over the years and Dr Conte, and everyone there, puts them all to shame. As an added bonus, everyone there is always happy, in a great mood, and have personalities. It’s so rare to find these days. It goes to show what a great working and respected team they all are. I highly recommend Glenmont Dental! From the moment you call to make an appointment to leaving the office visit, you are made to feel welcome and valuable. I was searching for a new dentist after moving and right off the bat I was glad I called! The receptionist was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions as a new patient and getting my records transferred. Dr. Conte and his staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable and explain everything to help you understand. Overall I was very impressed and will be recommending to family and friends!

Dr Conte is really great. He was very honest and very knowledgeable. He gave me multiple options and explained each one in detail until we found a solution I was comfortable with cost wise and physically. Not a fan of dentists. Never have been. But dr Conte will definitely be the fam dentist going forward.🦷. His staff is amazing also. Very kind and polite. Love this office.

From the first call for appointment set-up to receiving services, all interactions and services have been very professional, informative, and welcoming! Ive been a patient here for almost 10 years now! Staff hasnt changed much and they are all amazing! They remember you for YOU! Very personable and friendly as well as professional. Never had a bad experience in the chair. Dr. C and the staff dont sugarcoat anything and are very transparent with you!

Went late last year. The office staff was wonderful. Appointments were easy to make, wait time was quick. The hygienist was great and very thorough. Dr Conte was somewhat condescending when he examined my teeth and assumed a lot of incorrect things about my dental history. He made me very uncomfortable with his accusatory attitude. I even went back twice and he remained the same way. I won’t be returning.

All of the staff are very friendly and pleasant. Going to the dentist is something I drag my feet on and dont look forward to. They made it very easy to not think twice about coming back for my 6 month check up. It was a pretty painless experience. I would definitely recommend them.
