The end result of their spray tan booth is 5 stars, their employees training and communication skills are a 1. They dont listen/cant hear your questions, (its very loud in the reception area from the fansthey dont fully explain things and your post treatment instructions are rambled off quickly. A few pieces of laminated information sheets and a menu would solve this.I enjoyed the red light booth for the first time. Not because the staff knew the benefits and shared with me but because Id done my own research.From 3 to 5 starsUpdate: wish I had gotten the name of the person that worked there tonight (November 1st).She was very knowledgeable and the most helpful clerk Ive met there yet! Thank you!

Amazingly clean salon. Love the cacoon and hydra machines. So relaxing. The spray tan booth is great wonderful color and finish. The staff is friendly and helpful.
I’ve sprayed tan for 8 + years weekly. I was going to another chain tanning salon and paying $50+ more a month for half of the services offered at Glo. Making the switch was the BEST decision and I should have done it years ago. The staff is extremely friendly, everything is very clean, can’t beat the price and the spray tans are 10/10. Also, the tanning beds are very nice. Highly recommended!!!

While looking for a new place to tan, I came across this place. Stopped in during the lunch rush, so they were busy. However, Karsyn the employee was very friendly and took her time to explain their products and services to me. She was very helpful. If you live near the area stop by!

Went to this spa on my trip to Texas because I needed a spa day (just men can treat themselves it was highly recommended by two of my friends and as soon as I walked in, I could see why! The cleanliness and professionalism was A-1! I usually opt out on face cleansing but I said what the heck go for it and loved it. The only bad thing is that now no other spa feels right :( Definitely recommend this place!
Terrible experience. I paid for 1 month, employee said it was only for one month. Then i was charged for 2 months. For multiple days now, they are closed during the day with no notice. 0/10, avoid this place at all costs

I never get spray on tans but had a pool party to attend, this place was awesome! i got the “medium” and think it’s perfect!I also got the $10 sealer or whatever so I could shower in an hour. After my shower (no soapI thought I “washed” it off cause I still looked pale! But hours later I was glowing! It’s perfect! $45 we’ll spent! I went at 1:30 on Saturday Aug 7th, I don’t know the young girls name :( but she was awesome! Very knowledgeable, personable, and kind!
I wish I could remember the name of the young lady who helped me but unfortunately I cannot. Because she was just delightful and knowledgeable. I never get the top package because I easily tan and dont really need all the bells and whistles. So I thought anyways lol, but she is the first person in my 40 years on this earth who was able to explain the benefits of the package for my skin. Especially since I suffer from from psoriasis. I actually got the top package and feel good about my decision. She wasnt pushy, or trying to convince me. She just stated the facts simply and straight forward and not sales like but just knowing the facts and having the knowledge of the products offered. Thank you do much for your help. You are great at your job and have figured out the best selling tip I give my employees. When you know the product your selling and believe in the product your selling then there is no need for gimmicks or pitches. You just give the facts and let it speak for itself and by the ability of us being able to see just how much you love your products. Thank you thank you thank you. Cant say it enough. Hands down best tanning salon (though I feel it should be called skin care salonIve ever been to!

I went into the Saginaw Glo location last night, 05/18/2021 around 8:00pm and what seemed sweet, quickly went sour. The lady at the front desk (never got her name unfortunatelyshowed me around, and signed me up for a membership because they do not offer single sessions, she said. Membership was $60, little steep for the base tan purposes I intended to use it for, but I agreed because I needed the service quickly. She proceeded to not only sell, but HARASS me to buy a $240 tanning lotion pack. When I did not show it much interest, she asked me to take my mask off to smell it and feel it. Absolutely unacceptable. When I made it clear I had no intention of purchasing the lotion, her entire demeanor changed. I have never seen such a sudden shift in someones attitude like I did with her. It went from compliments to rolling her eyes when I did not know which bed I wanted to select. Shoved their iPad so hard towards me for a signature that it almost fell off the counter. I stared at her in disbelief and advised her that I will just come back another time she replied "k well it already charged your card," which it did...TWICE. Although, I had not yet signed for it. Place looked nice, very unfortunate that a die hard salesman had to ruin it for me.
I was pleasantly surprised to find out the salon I tanned at prior to Covid was bought by Glo. There are so many different salon treatments and tanning options at a reasonable price. Karsyn was very polite and I would definitely recommend Glo!

Love this place. The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. They answer any questions you have about how each wellness service, tanning bed, spray tan and products work and which services can benefit you. If your wanting to improve and reduce fine lines and wrinkles, scars, cellulite, or hydrate your skin they have a service that can help. If your in need of a full body workout or you just want to relax and relieve some stress this is the place. The tanning beds and wellness booths have the newest technology and the prices are very affordable. I definitely recommend going for all your tanning and spa services.
The place is awesome and the sweet girl that helped me was so informative and helpful. She was so pleasant, very accommodating. The equipment they use is up to date and top of the line. I got an amazing tan and I tried an inferior heat cacun like bed that had me so relaxed. This place is worth the drive from Benbrook. Great job glow tan. Your employee represents you well.

I have been a gold member since July paying $70 per month. My first issue is that when I signed up they asked for an additional $70 in addition to the monthly fee to be used towards products...it was a non-negotiable for a new member sign up and would be kept in my account for products. A month later I was informed that they no longer keep money on peoples account so basically a rip off.Second concern is that I only use three machines...the bronzing bed, the slim capsule/wellness bed and the hydration bed. The bronzing bed is broken and they are waiting on a part still. The hydration bed stopped working mid way through a session last weekend and the slim capsule does not heat up past 128 degrees when it is supposed to go up to 170 degrees. When I brought the concerns of broken and malfunctioning equipment to management, I was told that there is nothing wrong with either the slim capsule or the hydration bed. I explained that both were not working properly last time I attempted to use them and my concerns were dismissed.Thirdly, I used a bed I have not used before this past weekend because none of the three beds I normally use were working. The tanning bed left me with a huge rash on my back and I suspect it is because it was not cleaned properly as Ive never experienced this in may past 10 years of tanning.All in all, I feel disappointed with the equipment and the service. Cannot recommend this to anyone else out there.
I have been coming here for a few months now. I usually only tan, once in awhile I use the other services offered. I have always come around 9:20ish but today I was told by the young lady they were closed at roughly 9:05 when I walked in. I asked her if the hours changed because I normally come at the same time & the hours of operation online also state 10:00pm. She stated shes been working there for two weeks as of now & not to her knowledge. She was polite & I scheduled a time for tomorrow however, I was a little disappointed. Ana (who is no longer working herehas always been SO HELPFUL and super friendly!! Definitely miss seeing Anas face in the evenings! The few times I make it in (on my off days during the weekAshley has been there & she has always been very pleasant & welcoming also.I enjoy coming here because it is close to home, nice, and feel comfortable in the atmosphere provided by the establishment. As previously stated I have been coming here for a few months, always same time frame of 9:20ish during the weekdays. My weekends are pretty busy so I usually dont make it at all.If the hours have changed or the website is incorrect it would be nice to have that updated. I have recommended friends & would like them to have a great experience. My rating definitely would change if this would please get corrected, especially since I was turned away tonight.
For the most part Ive enjoyed my experience at this spa. But tonight I went in to tan, not knowing they closed at 8 pm I went in at 7:53 and said I would like to tan. She said oh we close at 8 so I looked at my phone and said its only 7:53 her reply was "okay so what you wanna tan for 5 minutes?" I said "wow" and left. Working in an industry where your supposed to please your customers I felt completely unwelcome. And they were going to be there anyways because they were setting up for B12 shots. If you close at 7:45 then say that dont post your hours for 8. Rude and unprofessional attitude was a total turn off for me and I wont be renewing my membership once it expires.
I only use this place to tan and came in at 7:45 on a Friday. I guess they close at 8. I tan for ten minutes usually and the girl told me she couldn’t let me tan because Jacob said by the time people are out of there it would be after 8 and he said “we can’t be having that”. So basically the business closes at 7:45 not 8 pm. I told her I have never seen that before at any tanning salon. She rolled her eyes at me and I left. I have tanned that late other times no problem and all of a sudden when this one girl is working she says I can’t and blames the owner. I think she just wanted to go home early. I pay 70$ a month and I don’t even use all the other services they offer and usually tan 1-3x per week.Another time I came in someone tried to put me in a dirty bed. The bed hadn’t been wiped down and there was lotion smears on it with a dirty towel thrown over the stool. I came back out and said “I’m I think this bed is still dirty” she came back and looked and said she was so sorry she thought she had cleaned that bed. I said it was fine and she put me in a different one. I never said anything after that.It seems this place needs to get their ducks in a row. Nobody gives the same information. The rules are always changing. There are enrollment fees sometimes and other times there is not. You can freeze your membership but only one month at a time which is basically just skipping a month. This place is disorganized. If the business is open until 8pm then someone should be able to tan if you walk in at 7:45. Your business should advertise on google it closes at 7:45 if that is the case. That’s just ridiculous.
Ive been coming here for four years. Ive been through three owners, and now a new staff. I was worried about the change, but Im still extremely happy with all of it! Im only there two months a year, but they still treat me like Ive never left! !!!
I’m an amateur boxer and I decided to stop by while out of town. I have to say the hotworx stationary bike is a killer workout and great for managing weight. I recommend this place for competing athletes or anybody looking to get some work in!
I am so glad I chose to start coming to this place. I have had nothing but the best experience since Ashley signed me up. She is amazing and has always been such a delight when I call or come in. Thanks Ashley for making my experience always pleasurable after a long day at work. You are awesome girl and much appreciated by me!

I’m a gold member here and I have to rave. I did half of it all today and I’m going back to do the other half tomorrow, lol. I came in feeling so bad and leaving feeling so young and refreshed. I wasn’t expecting that, I just wanted to tan lol the ladies are so friendly and helpful and I plan on spending a day here every week doing all of the services and leaving like a shiny new toy.

The staff there are fine if you are a member, but as soon as you need to cancel they dont want to help. I relocated to Florida and had to ultimately move to care for my sister. I was told the only way that I can cancel my account was to come in person. Even though I told them I am not in the state any longer. I asked if a form can be faxed or email and was told they dont have this capability. This is incredibly frustrating.
I just started a membership here. I didn’t plan to but I loved the staff. Karen is extremely nice, friendly and up front. I had initially purchased a Groupon for a free service it said it may not be honored by all locations. She told me they normally wouldn’t but she would do it. Instead I bought the membership package because she was up front. She told me about the membership cancellation policy and how it works. It’s pretty well outlined in the agreement too. Read a comment below about this. I just say if you’re going to be consistent with it go ahead. But yeah if you plan to quit next month don’t sign up.... ANYWAYS love the place.
DO NOT SIGN A MEMBERSHIP, YOU WILL NEVER GET IT CANCELLED. I have been taking with different staff members, getting calls all day and anything but a cancellation. Over a week now and they still won’t cancel my membership, I moved 5 hours away for work and they want me to drive there to come in and sign a cancellation . DO NOT GO HERE, DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP!!!!!!!
WARNING! Under new management! Lacie called me a liar when I attempted for the SECOND time to cancel my account and then told me that there would be 2 more debits from my account in addition to the one taken after I cancelled the first time. Wildly unprofessional. NEVER sign a contract with these people. Be warned.

I only purchased a one month membership because I just needed to get some color before leaving to Mexico for vacation. I had a week left from the time that my membership ended and the time I was actually leaving for my trip. The staff extended my days allowed to tan for free, which was so sweet and helpful. They have all been very nice and I would highly recommended. Any company that goes above and beyond when they dont have to is a special one.

Recently tried it out, loved it - i have been to another location- that was - well, okish - but this location was clean! i was greeted with a smile and she explained everything - much more clearly than at another location - it was just a great expierence all around
While most of the staff was friendly, and the facility was clean, one of the managers always had a scowl on her face. She was not friendly, and was there every time I went in during my free week trial. She was so unfriendly, that I did not even finish my week.I also did not get to try much of what they offer, as there is a separate fee facials, teeth, or sauna. 60$ for a 15 minute teeth whitening trial isnt much of a deal
