Same as all the other one star reviews, rude staff and only go if I really have to. Good range of products, but the minute I find a comparable store im out.Also if you look really closely at the reviews, if all the people who liked the 1 star reviews actually rated this place, overall rating would be very very poor.. Just saying.

Just straight out rude, women that work there. Thought I would go in again just for the sake of one bad experience but again just rude staff. Abrupt and not clear....will not be going back to this store..Felt like I was being talked down to on both occasions!

Lovely store, great range of foods and supplements. I love that they always have a Naturopath on staff. I am thankful I could get home delivery during lock-down. Thanks to all the lovely staff...you are amazing!!!

As I dont drive around much, or catch the bus, or train, due to covid. I really needed some essential products. I looked up Go Vita as recommended, near me, & was thankful they had what I needed but to top it off, they delivered as well! I then placed my order, I certainly wasnt expecting to be contacted almost, straight away. My order was confirmed, andI was stoked, that I was able to have my order delivered (couldve been the timingwithin half an hour, including a couple of little surprises. The women who dropped it off, was lovely as well.Thank you Go Vita, you made my day. "Ill be back"! Lol

Go Vita DISCRIMINATES against the disabled and financially disadvantaged!Went about 4 weeks ago. I WAS a semi regular for a few years and spent a few hundred $$$ in there in that time.Was desperate for several supplements, drove ALL the way from Dandenong, only to find they had stopped accepting cash as LEGAL payment!They were rude and arrogant, would NOT see my financial position from my side! Pay OUR way, (cardor the highway! (Needless to say, I had to choose the latter as I had NO option!)I told them that I had come from Dandenong, and had NO way of knowing they werent accpeting cash, (which is illegal under the currency act, but I think has been waived for the next several monthsand told them I had wasted fuel for nothing!Their response was, WHAT do you want US to do about it?(Ohh let me see, a store credit perhaps for my trouble as a GOOD WILL gesture?)No, I was lectured about how they didnt want to put them selves at risk of the Co-vid vi-rus by handling cash! I said I totally understood that, but it was unfair they discriminated against those who had no OTHER method of payment! Again, totally uncaring, We are not debating it with you, blah blah, the judges decision is FINAL, & NO correspondence will be entered in to!Told numerous friends, inc others that own similar business, and they were appalled!Judging by the numerous other negative, 1 * reviews, I was NOT the only victim! They yelled and me and humiliated me in front of numerous other customers, (who ALL kept their mouths shut! (Lest they too copped a serve!))!No it seems the staff @ Govita Brewick are only interested in serving the ELITES of Berwick, not disabled Plebs!(At the time, also, City of Casey was a totally C0vid free, LOW risk area!Will NOT be back!

Cold pressed raw milk is amazing. Would definitely recommend to everyone! Simply delicious. Makes me remember milk back from my neighbours cow. As milk should be.

Have been going to Go Vita for years, their advice has always been fantastic and Ive always recommended this store to friends and family, for the second time yesterday the staff member I delt with was so rude, condecending and very impatient. I always spend. upwards of $100 each time I go in .So disappointing .I certainly wont be going back.

The service and advice I received exceeded my expectations. I was visiting for the week from Canberra and was so impressed that I have ordered in advance to collect more product when back this weekend.

I have always loved coming to the Berwick store. Such great variety of vegan options. What has let this place down greatly over the past year is the customer service of some regular staff. I dread coming in to purchase my goods now. When you ask for help they are rude and treat you like you’re an idiot. They only seem to be friendly with certain customers who are regulars I have noticed. Today when I went to purchase my goods, the lady didn’t realise an item was discounted. When she asked the other staff member, I was shocked by her annoyance and rude behaviour conducted towards her. I said it wasn’t the end of the world, but she couldn’t even look at me or the other staff member or even talk to us. This particular staff member is there often, and is always arrogant and snobbish attitude towards myself and other customers. I don’t wish to have to go to another store as I love the variety and the owner is amazing, but with staff like this being the face of Go Vita Berwick, I think I’ll be going out further to other stores to purchase my goods.

I was prepared to tolerate paying a significantly higher price (compared to what I usually pay at another health food shopfor a food item for the sake of convenience. What I wasnt prepared for was the arrogance and rudeness of the young female that served me. From reading other reviewers comments, I can attest to there being an ongoing issue with very poor customer service, in particular a gaping lack of communication skills. I will be not be entering this store again.

Bad vibes/Service and attitude every time I shop there. I love the Berwick Go vita store because it has the most variety compared to other go vita stores in the area, but dread going there because the manager (I assume she isor senior staff member has given me the worst service in regards to manners and attitude. I’m not sure if it is specifically to me because she would talk to the next customer or customer before me with a whole different dimeanor. Either way refuses to ask if I’m a member to get my discount and to be honest I just want to get out of there as fast as I can because I feel such bad energy. Someone of that age I would not expect to act that way. I never leave reviews but I felt this was needed as it is repeatedly and I never receive negative service like this anywhere else ESPECIALLY being a health food store!

We have been shopping here for years. Really like the diversity of options available, foods and supplements. The staff are so helpful , and call me straight away if I have an order come in. We will continue to shop here for years to come!!

My wife purchased some vitamins for me from the Berwick Go Vita.I did not need these vitamins, so I went to return these items for refund only 3 days after purchase.The unhelpful manager at the Berwick Go Vita refused giving me a refund, and only offered a store credit.We do not live locally to this store and do not shop in that area, so the store credit was not a convenient option for me.Also when I checked online prices against Go Vitas prices, the vitamins were 30-40% cheaper online.If you want bad customer service and overpriced vitamins shop at the Berwick Go Vita.Now I am stuck with these overpriced vitamins.

I love discovering a new health food shop with amazing variety and super helpful, knowledgeable staff on the day they have 20% off everything!!!! Hooray!!!

Friendly customer service. Easy access form car park. Ample parking. Great range healthy/organic products. Totally amazed at the variety products available within this small store. Definitely a must for those wishing to improve their health and well-being.
