I bought this necklace from them I have sensitive skin and told them I will sue if my skin develop any infection. To test it out I wear it everyday I bath with it every night and never take it off. Had it for 5 months now and just bought earring 2 months no color change. I’m coming soon for gold grill but so fair I been treated good. Let me also be clear there are plated gold on right going toward Macy it’s cheaper.MAKE SURE TO TELL THEM YOU WANT REAL GOLD NOT PLATED hope this helps

Fake 10kt gold chains. Bought one for $800.00 back in 2017 only to find out that its not real gold, but rather dipped or coated in gold. Initially the business owner wanted $1,250.00 and after negotiating, I felt that I struck a good deal for the chain. BUYER BEWARE, I am filing a BBB complaint on this business.DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS, EVEN IF THE SALES PEOPLE ARE SHOWING PROOF OF A 10KT OR 14KT STAMP. See pics that I included of the 10kt stamp on mine. The chain is cheaply made and does not weigh much. Real gold is more dense and does not necessarily shine as much.

I bought a necklace here on Black Friday and the man told me that if anything happened to it they would fix it the first time for free and then not even 2 weeks later my necklace broke and I went it and talked to a lady that was very rude and unprofessional and told me how my necklace would cost money to be fixed and she said it would be fixed in 2 days I called back in 2 days and the lady told me on the phone my necklace hasn’t even been sent in to be fixed and that they would send it in to fix it and have It fixed by next Saturday and it’s not Monday and no one ever called me so I called the store and talking to lavy who was very disrespectful with me and told me her manager wasn’t working then said she was the manager when I asked who the manager was and when I was talking to her she hung up on me. The people that work here are very unprofessional and rude I would never recommend buying jewelry here.

I bought a chain from here for a decent price and it holds up really well. They offer free jewelry cleaning, so thats definitely a plus. I always look through when I stop by because theres a lot to choose from and you just might find something.
