Nice staff and they’re helping me become more mobile. I would recommend them to anyone who needs physical therapy.

All of the staff here are very friendly and attentive. My back pain is improving each visit. The office is clean and I’m glad to be taken care of here. ☺️

I have had to go to Golden bear multiple times for different reasons the latest was when I had my hip replaced and my nerve got nicked and I wasn’t able to use it since going there I’ve got some movement back and they have been awesome to work with and make sure that I’m safe all the time and I so appreciate the people that work at Golden Bear.

when I first stopped in with my order from my Doctor, I was greeted by a very attentive person behind the counter, she set me up for my first appointment for consultation, when I returned for that appointment, there was no one at the counter... so I thought, after standing at counter for about 10-15 minutes, I noticed a young lady, on her phone, tucked up real tight to her desk, where she was no longer visible, when I spied her she looked up at me like I was an interruption, and was quite rude in her interaction... kids... anyway, got my consultation... my first appointment was set for 8/15/22... great so can we do every Tuesday - Thursday for the next 6 -8 weeks.... "our first appointment is Oct. 10th ...... then we will see what opens up, i can put you on a wait list" so much for rehabilitation after back surgery ........................ not really happy with the company, and other than the one receptionist. all the people that work there , seem to be there to help with what ails you. very friendly...

This, place has attentive, and friendly staff! They get the job done with out making it feel like a chore!

Started my PT here and they were doing a great job. However, they didnt give me my full number of visits prescribed and then had no more openings. Therefore, they scheduled me 3 weeks out to continue and told me they would squeeze me in by phone in the interim. That never hapened. PT is important after back surgery and I really wish they hadnt taken me as a new patient when they dont have the staff to operate at capacity.

I had knee replacement surgery. After one month of in home therapy, I was referred to Golden Bear by a coworker. The staff is unbelievably friendly. But at the same time they want to make sure you’re putting in the RIGHT work . I would refer anyone that asked for a reference. Golden Bear keep up the great job 👏

From the moment I walked into GBPT I was liking the vibe. Clean, up to date equipment and most of all... caring staff!

Came to Golden Bear a few weeks ago with a torn rotator cuff. Although not completely healed I feel the physical therapist have done a great job in my healing process. I would recommend anyone with any medical elements or injuries give them an honest try.

I recently fractured my pelvis in multiple places. I have been going to PT for several weeks and my therapist specializes in pelvic issues, and she has helped me so much. The therapy has really helped build strength in my weaker leg and my mobility has improved tremendously. She has given me exercises to do on the days I don’t have PT and also great advice on what to do and not do activity wise. I definitely think my recovery is progressing much faster with PT.

Having such a traumatic medical condition they make you feel like youre at home. I do aqua therapy and those ladies are amazing! I enjoy every session and hope to be walking strong again soon.

The staff is very professional; I’ve enjoyed working with them all, especially the two women I’m working with now. I have improved my balance and my upper body strength.

Its modern, clean, well staffed and has a pleasant vibe. Im glad Im going to this facility because I believe they have the best to offer in every way . By that I mean if a person gets better or falls behind, they have the people and environment to work on whatever that person needs to get on track. Im happy that I have hope now..

Golden Bear is the best place to get physical therapy. The staff there are great and friendly. My rehabilitation process was wonderful and I made a lot of progress in my recovery. I truly recommend Golden Bear they are the truth 👌🏾👍🏾🙌🏾

This place is so fantastic. All of the staff are friendly, courteous and very professional. THIS is how all medical staff need to be trained!!! The ladies in the front are fantastic and very cordial. John is such a blessing with his calm demeanor and vast knowledge of therapeutic recovery information and guidance. The therapists are all so helpful and make this difficult time of recovery such a positive and serene experience. I must especially thank Matt and his "magic" hands, the time he has devoted to me nearly brought tears to my eyes as it was such a relief to my aching arm. I am an employee for an I.P.A. and stand by this review and will ABSOLUTELY recommend Golden Bear Physical Therapy to anyone and everyone. They are BAR NONE!!!

I can’t say enough about this office. From the moment you walk in the smiles of Aprille and Liz even behind those masks are so friendly and welcoming. John has been an amazing piece to my recovery. He is so knowledgeable and passionate about his job. Sam and Ramiro have been so fun to work with. They have such a positive personality and are so attentive to all the patients. This place has a good feel and you leave there wanting to go back. I feel very blessed to have been able to work with all of them and I am very thankful for where John has gotten me in my recovery. Dr. Jessica Heary has been fantastic. I came in with limited motion in my left shoulder and I have much more range of motion after therapy. They are all very caring & professional.

My Husband had a traumatic left arm injury in 2018. After 2 years of being deposed, court rooms, lawyers, workmans comp adjusters, etc THE FIRST EASY part of his journey to recovery was due to the Staff @ Golden Bear. They not only get to know you on a personal level but they also find time to even incorporate small talk during activities. I would 100% recommend anyone with any PT/OT needs to give them a call.

Facility is clean, well equipped, easy to move through. Staff is friendly, dedicated, respectful, and forms a team that obviously wants to work together instead of having to work together. Your specific needs are carefully reviewed and assessed during your first visit with a treatment plan developed that will get you were you need or want to go. Understand that a large part of physical therapy depends on the patient. If your condition allows for improvement the staff will do everything they can to achieve your goals. However, you have to actively participate and work at it, which means there will be times you will experience some discomfort. I had a total knee replacement just over 1 month ago. With their dedicated help and my desire my knee is now at about 90% of full functionality. It could not have achieved this level of recovery this fast without their help. With several weeks of therapy left to go I have no doubt of a full recovery.

Los Banos Facility: Attentive care. Patients are scheduled to prevent over crowding, allowing time to be seen by the PT each visit and your tech to directly work with you. Treatment is progressed gradually to help you reach your goals at a steady pace. Friendly & professional staff. The place is clean & well organized. I have received care at other PT facilities and this place is by far the absolute best. Other places, I would often walk out in much more pain than when I walked in. Here, they work with me, observe, re-eval, and assure I am doing the treatments properly for optimal results. I can definitely feel the workout, and its tough, but in a good way. Very happy with their care and highly recommend them.

Golden Bear physical therapists are always friendly and do a great job. They are very helpful with any questions I have. The reception staff are friendly and helpful as well. I feel I am in good hands.

I would only use Golden Bear. In 1999 I shattered my left ankle. 19 screws and 4 plates later, Bobby Ismael had a task,.....help me to walk again. Today because of him and his termination to make me better I walk without a limp. Over the years I’ve gone there for other issues. They are always professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing physical therapy.

Golden Bear was an excellent tool for my son who tore his hamstring a few years ago playing baseball! He kept re injuring it over and over again until Golden Bear was able to help him strengthen his leg back into full capacity! His leg is fully healed and he is back to where he started! My daughter is also a patient of Golden Bear and has an ACL injury from volleyball! She is currently going through rehab and is getting stronger everyday and hoping to get back into Basketball soon. They teach the ways to correctly stretch muscles the right way. Some of them we do not even realize we use daily. The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable! They are willing to help and assist in every capacity! Have not seen an office that is as efficient and productive as Golden Bear! Highly recommend!!!

The staff at Golden Bear are outstanding. They really go out of their way to connect with each one of their patients. They seem genuinely concerned with helping you to obtain the best outcome for your particular injury. The PT Elisia is awesome, very encouraging and helpful!

Great group of employees! From the super friendly and helpful receptionist, to the PT assistants who are not only knowledgeable, but attentive and open to constant communication to maximize the treatment. The PTs are incredibly friendly, and immediately strive to work with the clients in order to design a program that works to their best interests (clients). They all work well together with the same goal: the rehabilitation and betterment of those clients trusting themselves to Golden Bear PT.

Their therapist Celeste at this facility is very friendly and really motivates to do more than whats expected of me! She shows you the correct way to do the exercise an insure the correct muscleis being worked, by hands on technique. The facility is very clean ,staff is friendly and maintained in a professional manner. I look forward to my appointments!

This Center I attended has been around for many years. The attention by the therapist inunderstanding my physical problem, analyzing whats needed in setting up the Therapy program, and consistently listening to, and discussing, with me, the progress of the program was excellent. I never felt pushed in pursuing therapy beyond that which we felt was beneficial.

Great Caring Staff, Willing to listen to your input on the activities that they have planned for their patients. If it has any merits, they will try to adjust if possible or explain the reason for staying with their game plan. Josiah Lozano and staff at Golden Bear Physical Therapy Sports Injury Center,Inc in Valley Springs, Ca run a excellent operation with customer care and their patient"s recovery their top priorities.

Monty and his people have made my life so much better. Will be coming up on my third surgery and I wouldnt even think of going anywhere else. Personal attention, kindness and serious desire to help you be the best you can be are only a few of the outstanding qualities they have. I have been touting their abilities for years. So far not a good impression. Just the point after making our evaluation appt. I received a message indicating if I dont call back by 1pm to confirm that our appt it would be cancelled. I called and was put on hold by a very rude desk clerk. Upon arrival in the cramped parking lot and waiting room we heard potential customers being turned away, by which I assume is the same rude desk clerk, for not calling to confirm. All my years Ive known no other medical business to do such a procedure. Since we were referred here by our surgeon well give it a try but already making plans with Andersons Physical Therapy just in case. So much nicer there, the facility and staff alike, always friendly. Here, not even close. At this point I just hope the rude employee is just one out of the staff and the trainers are better. Well see soon.UPDATE: After writing my honest review above my wife completed her initial session and immediately said she was 100% satisfied with the trainer she had and was looking forward to her sessions. We now see how Golden Bear receives so many 5 Stars, its just too bad that they are hindered by a horrible desk clerk that perhaps chases away potential happy customers. I was also contacted by management, whom appeared honestly upset and blindsided how that employee was treating potential customers and left me ferling assured that the matter was going to be followed up on.So do yourself a favor, ignore the initial staffs unprofessional attitude and give Golden Bear a chance. My wife, who was more than ready to walk out, is very glad she stayed.

Lodi Physical Therapy/Golden Bear PT has really helped me get back to hiking again! After a through assessment, Liz, my physical therapist, identified the origin of my pain and charted an effective course to get me hiking again. Amy, was also instrumental in keeping me on track with my exercise routine. They are an impressive team. Make sure you ask your Dr for a physical therapist referral and make sure it’s Golden Bear!

John and his team at Golden Bear Physical Therapy are doing an excellent job helping me recover from a total knee replacement! Half way through my 8 weeks and I have already accomplished what the surgery said was a successful recovery. I still have 4 more weeks of improvement to go.

I have been referred to Golden Bear several times and have always been happy with the results. I currently am seeing them after shoulder replacement surgery and they have been great. My arm is heading for normal faster than I expected and they are all so nice and friendly. Its nice how you meet other patients and see them when you go in.

Great place to do physical therapy they are very friendly and the therapist are very helpful to help you get better. Everything is very clean and nice. I enjoy going to therapy because I know they are going to be very helpful towards me. I would recommend anyone who needs therapy to come here. I have had both the aqua therapy and regular therapy and have been very pleased with both. They have provided one on one directions and have a very good staff..The facility is run professionally and is well organized.My results from ankle surgery have been better than expected.

Staff was attentive and professional. They know their job and were able to provide feedback and suggestions to help myself with recovery outside of therapy sessions in order to be able to continue at my job which includes traveling, sitting, and standing for long periods of time.

Golden Bear Physical Therapy in Oakdale has rehabbed me through a knee replacement and an injury to my elbow. They are thoroughly professional all while being lots of fun. Steven Toy has done extra research on my elbow problem, and Johnny makes sure to challenge me in my therapy all while making me laugh. The facility is new and clean, and filled with wonderful equipment. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a physical therapist!

The success of a good Sports and Therapy center is not in the amount of equipment they have, it helps, but theres so much more. The success is in the people, the staff, the therapists. The attention, care, and devotion they exhibit to their profession and to the patient is always visible at Golden Bear. They are attentive, responding to all my needs and the reason why I have shown so much improvement in the short time I have been there. All other Therapy and Sports Centers should take notice on how their staff sees to the needs of their patients! They do it right!!
