I have been going to Golden Gifts for years.. They have always been beyond helpful in not only helping me purchase jewelry but also every time I need something repaired. Thank you for always being such a trusted and thoughtful business.

I was looking to replace a charm & necklace my granddaughter lost. I went to their website & found what I was looking for. I emailed Tom with questions which he answered immediately upon opening the store. Tom ordered it for me, called me when it came in...turned out my granddaughter loved it.Buying local is the way to go...Tom & his staff are great.

Worst customer service ever. Wife is very rude. Refused to help me because she was busy . No customers but me at first. Told her no rush I could wait . Then she insulted my mothers ring when all I wanted was to have it fixed. I have never been treated so poorly. Spoke to son who told me to come in any day with all my jewelry.

This was my first visit to Golden Gifts Jewelry. I did not know that we had a jewelry store in Milford. I have a piece of jewelry that had to be repaired. I was given two options to accomplish the repair. The gentlemen politely supported my decision. They were professional and reassuring. The repair was phenomenal! Their repair fee was quite reasonable. I highly recommend Golden Gifts. I will definitely make Golden Gifts my hometown jeweler.

What a Wonderful local jewelry store right in Our Home Town!My Wife has a treasured 1920s ring that needed sizing so We called around the area and the very gracious Gentleman that spoke with Her said He would be glad to help and that the cost for resizing would be only$35.00!When informed that the ring is white gold He said it might be a bit more due to the cost of gold.The store is very tastefully laid out with an excellent selection of jewelry.The woman who wrote the ring up for service said that due to the volume of work the Jeweler had, that it might be 10 days or so.We once again let Her know that the ring is white gold and We understood that it might be a bit more.Imagine Our pleased surprise as They stood by the $35.00 initial quote!We are so happy to have Golden Gifts here in Milford and will be back!!!All in all a Class Act Business!!

The bracelet I purchased was a bit too big for the recipient so I brought it back to be resized in a few short minutes. Highly recommended!

Ive been dealing them for many years and have had many custom pieces made. The design and quality always exceeds my expectations. The work is done in a timely fashion. You can tell extra care is given to the pieces that they work on. The business is run by father and son and they are always very pleasant to deal with and make for a good experience. Ill be using them for years to come and would recommend them for any jewelry needs.

I had my wedding ring sized to size 4 down from 6. My hands swell in the summer heat and also with any physical activity, which I do plenty of. So when I came to pick it up 2 days later, the ring was WAY too tight. I could barely get it on.They called me up and offered to fix it by sizing it up to a size 4.5 for me, and got it done for me immediately so I could have it on time to leave for my honeymoon.I was very grateful to them for that excellent customer service in a day and age where some businesses just dont care, they reached out to me to offer to correct the size free of charge and expedited. That deserves 5 stars in my opinion.
