Golden sands desert camp , bikaner in Bīkāner

Really it’s a amazing place..The sand dunes here are even higher than those in SUM of Jaisalmer.We enjoyed cultural old dance,camp fire,camel riding,jeep safari & much more.Ovrall a good experience..

we visited this camp and Tents are very good and very clean and huge bathrooms. The folk dance was very entertaining. The staff is well mannered & attend all the guest quite fast.This camp provides full package including Camel Ride, Folk Dance cultural program, Rajasthani special dinner, golden Sand Dunes Bikaner visit.we enjoyed a lot.

Me and my son were in Bikaner for a chess tournament. We went for an early morning visit to Golden sands desert camp riding our rented bike. The camp is located just off the Jaipur highway, approximately 20 km from Bikaner City. If you are new to the place, dont expect far stretched desert out there. There are couple of beautiful sand dunes in otherwise green surroundings. One of these dunes is managed by Golden sands desert camp. We had wonderful experience visiting this camp early in the morning. Enjoyed a 40 minutes Camel Safari, clean air, beautiful surroundings, warm hospitality and delicious breakfast all at a nominal cost. Highly recommended.

Wonderful experience and good hospitality. Their setting is awesome, the tents comfortable and their musicians (we paid for that seperatelyheld us spellbound. We had an age range of 6-80 and everyone loved it. I went to the kitchen too and their cleanliness there is also impeccable. Will recommend highly.

A place must on itinerary in Bikaner. Enjoy the jeep safari, kalbelia dance and dinner with snacks. Jeep safari at sunset ideal else moonlight has its own charm. Young budding team to make your trip a memorable one

Had my trip on Christmas 2021. Here are the latest reviews with the family trip.Facility - ok ok , no geyser as compared to other camps nearby.Location - not enough sand dunes for proper experience.Food - Good but not managed properly.Overall experience not good as un reserved guests were entertained more and no proper management for booked guests.

It was really awesome experience to stay in beautiful tent in the desert. The hospitality of all the staff members and owner, also experiencing of authentic Rajasthani food and jeep safari was really unforgettable. If you want to witness the actual Rajasthan then you come here and stay

The place was wonderful. The staff was courteous and helpful. Had been there just after diwali, kids and parents all had wonderful experience with camel safari, Jeep Safari, beautiful vista and awesome food. The tents are beautifully done and are spacious. The place is relatively new in the area and would definitely pick up. Only thing is hot water supply- water is provided in buckets as per the requirement but this gets cumbersome for the staff.Overall experience was too good and would definitely visit again.

A perfect blend of fun activities and a relaxing holiday. Loved being there. I have been there twice now and it had made quite a few changes since then. The weather was beautiful and the peace and quiet unmatched. The food was very tasty and the huts were cosy. Staff there was very helpful as well. Its a must visit place. And I cant wait to visit again.

Are the reviews just for property ambience and stay experience.. I guess No.. There is a lot a guest experiences from the booking process to check out..So, Probably first time I have been posting a review of any property without even staying in it. We did a booking for Nov21 but just before our visit we had to cancel the trip due to family emergency.We have been cordinating Mr. Shailendra (I assume he is the co-owner of this propertyand he has been so helpful, prompt and kind that not only he responded to all our queries but also assisted in cancellation of booking by going extra miles. Wonder how the guest service would have been if we were able to visit.But will re-plan our trip soon and look forward for our stay in Golden stay. Already fascinated by the location and property photos on Instagram.

We were here for one night and absolutely loved our stay.The tent we stayed in was very comfortable, clean and spacious and clean with all necessary amenities. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was memorable and comfortable. It included camel safari was a nice experience, as was the cultural program in the evening, involving Rajasthani music and dance.From the starter to the dessert the quality and tastes of everything was outstanding.The staff were very hospitable and ensured we were comfortable. The owner was also very generous and helpful.

The place is really amazing. Anyone can do any kind of party and function. Appropriate for friends and family as well. The camel ride is really awesome. But the most important is food which is once in a lifetime kind of experience. In my opinion this place is worth visiting.

One of the best desert camps in bikaner. Their hospitality was remarkable. These tents are actual cloth tents unlike a few others in the place made of concrete so it gives you the authentic tent stay feel. They also have sand dunes all around so you feel as if you are staying inside the desert. They also have special arrangements if requested to make your evenings more special with beautiful decoration. They provide camp safari(about 30 minand jeep safari inside the desert.

Stayed with family for 2 nights . And I must say every evening was made wonderful by staff there specially owner Mr Shailerdra who was taking personal interest in guests hospitality. A must visit place in Bikaner. Planning for another visit soon .. Keep up the good work Shailerdra.. excellent

Cheated on us after fixing the amount of package. At the end of the day he asked for more money. Whole experience was good but the owner Mr. Shailendr disappointed us badly at the end.I wanted to add something more to the experience. In the mid night I got an message from Mr. Shailendr with transaction slip showing some money was added to it. In other messages he added that, he was busy in hospital due some serious emergency condition which created the whole misunderstanding regarding our bill. He refunded back the extra money.So finally I am so happy and thankfull to people of Bikaner for such Royal gesture.I wish we will come back soon.

Crazy experience..Your host Shailender is a generous and humblest one ever.You name it and he will arrange it for you..Food was amazing, must try the chicken curry and rajasthani gatte ki sabzi.Also, try the folk music at pretty affordable price.

Best place for birthdays, bachelor parties, new year and anniversary parties.Dont miss this, Theres some really exotic and yet intoxicating about the desert view. When you go through, dont rush - take your time to absorb the breeze and let the sand seep through fingers.They also provide jeep safari and camel rides as well.
