Scott Larson is a slum lord . I have left several reviews on this guy . Never rent from him . He is the worst ever.He says he’ll get things done if something breaks down, it takes weeks or months for him to get to it. And if you read my other reviews about my brother, Jon or Jonathan how many kicked out after he gave him the rent relief, and he lived in that apartment over 6To 7 yrs my brother ran into some bad luck had to move out quickly he was sick had been on life-support could barely get around trying to work. I just want everyone to know and Scott to know that it took a toll on my brother and my brother died September 26, 2022. Thank Scott for the support, and having my Brothers back. One more thing he an I were never late on rent mybe one or two times over 8yrs.

Getting into the property was quick and easy, however getting things taken care of takes weeks and a few reminders that work needs to be done. Leaky faucet, fallen tree, holey window screens took far longer than should have to be fixed, repaired or cleaned up. So email, text and call. Sending photos also seems to help.
