Spoiler Alert...we highly recommend this company!My Husband and I were suddenly faced with an unforseen disaster, in the quaint older home we had loved and rented for several years. We had to relocate to a hotel and soon found out we would no longer be going back to live in our home of many years. Unfortunately, my Husband had just recently had a hernia surgery and was recovering and I had a procedure as well and was not feeling my best, (waiting on a surgery myself), so we knew we couldnt pull this gigantic move that had to be done in 10 days off by ourselves. Well, although we could not see Gods plan, he always has one and we stumbled upon Grace Moving Company and they changed our lives. 4 Angels were sent to us on the first 2 days of the packing and loading and 3 of them were sent back on the 3rd day with a bonus Angel we had not yet met. Seriously, these guys took care of us as if we were their dearest and closest family. They offered words of encouragement and were so professional in how they packed and how quick and strong they were. I had some really special pieces and they assured me they would be wrapped securely and would make it safely to their destination. We laughed and joked but they wouldnt let me lift a finger except to point out what I wanted packed and where I wanted it moved to. We adopted them all into our family and hearts. They were truly heaven sent and they went above and beyond any expectations that we had. This company came through in one of the toughest times of our lives and made everything feel okay, just as they said they would.A big shout out to our A Team: David P., David N., Angel (literally), Jeff, and our newest Angel, Sean. We had Vincent and Juan out today to move us from one location to another.First of all, they were on time, introduced themselves, were very polite & very careful with our belongings. The crew (4showed up on time and we walked through the Townhouse to see what I needed to move. Once we talked a little and signed some paperwork, they were off and running. They packed everything up, loaded their truck and drove to my new house. They asked me where I wanted everything and they made sure I was happy. They even finished faster then what was quoted so my bill was less than I expected so I gave the boys a nice tip. Great company and I would definitely use them again.

The four guys they sent were very efficient they were very professional! I highly recommend this company especially the four guys that help me! They were friendly caring and we all had a good time getting all my stuff into this apartment.

Sally was quite attentive and so was another young lady calling me throughout the week of my move. The movers and the Packers did a fabulous job. They were professional respectful and did everything on a timely matter including arriving to my location. I also needed help with my refrigerated items and Sally was able to come at me. Wonderful experience with Grace Moving! It has been top notch from start to finish, professional, excellent communication with estimator, Clay, office staff and movers, Pete and Baltimore. Our items were handled with care and movers were easygoing and very nice. Highly recommend Grace Moving, they take pride in their work and it shows!

The movers Robert and Angel were the best however the final interaction with office staff was more than a bit felt like I was being bullied and then an unexpected in person meeting with the field manager, I guess that was the intimidator🤔Whatever type of shady business that you were trying to pull off , Grace Moving Company, you should be ashamed of yourself. I give the company a negative 5 stars. I would never recommend it anyone. You’d be better off going to Home Depot and hiring a few day laborers !!! Go ahead and try them don’t say that I didn’t warn you . They play bait and switch. I only play games on family game night. for your information- keep your ape in a cage. I know a few as well . I’m so done with fake mis representing business people or maybe it was a plain case of discrimination, I’m black and also fighting cancer. I should have expected to be F-ked. Don’t waste your money. Grace Moving provided excellent service for our recent move from Escalon California to Glendale Arizona. Our driver Sean was personable, reliable, courteous and overall good guy. The assistant loaders/unloaders at both ends of the move were very good too. We would highly recommend Grace Moving and especially Sean for all of your moving needs.

I had this company move my father twice now. I would recommend them highly to anyone and everyone. Both times they checked in before to confirm our appointment, something other places did not do. The crew even showed up early and waited patiently when I wasn’t quite there yet. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were courteous to our neighbors and thoughtful about how they parked and loaded/unloaded. Things were very well packed and secured in the truck and into/out of our storage unit. They were professional and friendly. They even assembled the bed for us and took away all the trash from having wrapped everything safely. Anything we hadn’t packed yet was carefully and thoughtfully wrapped or packed in a way that kept it safe and also easy to unpack later. They were willing to stick around and help arrange and set up anything we needed. Out of everything being moved twice, only one bookcase was lightly damage, but it was cheap particle board anyway and easily fixed/replaced. Absolutely call them if you need movers. Can’t say enough good things about my experience with grace moving.

Oct. 2021 they moved us from Sonora to GraniteBay. I cant even list all the problems we had. Biggest was the breaking of my imcombant bike being broken in half!! Numerous + items missing. Numerous scratches in my furniture. Items broken like legs and doors off of furniture. Weve used them before with good results.What happened to them? I wrote to BBB and rated them. Customer beware. Be surprised if this gets printed!!!

There is no other moving company Id want to use. Ive used moving companies in the past including a cross country move and this has been the best experience Ive had. From start to final drop off this company has been supremely professional. The 4 man crew arrived exactly on time and took the most utmost care and efficiency in moving my stuff. These guys went far above throughout to ensure the move was smooth and my furniture was not only reassembled but everything went back into the rooms that they belonged. They even helped arrange my livingroom and dining room and still got the job done almost 3hrs ahead of schedule.This is one of the most honest and reliable companies you will find. A truly graceful move here.

Great company. They were the only company that sent out an estimator to personally walk through my home and prepare an estimate on the spot. The three men to come out and move me were kind, courteous and professional. Cornelius was an expert organizer and kept the team going. Thank you for a move that was smooth and finished early. After the death of my husband I decided to sell my house and travel a few months before settling somewhere closer to my children who live in other states. I decided to store my things in a POD and then have them shipped to my location later but needed help loading the PODS. Grace Moving was AMAZING in helping me pack, wrap furniture, and load my POD. Even when I had to change dates they were so accommodating. Mostly I appreciated their honesty and grace - the name fits them perfectly.

Grace Moving company moved my dad. I was super impressed with their Customer service. The guys took extra care with a lot of his antique items. I was impressed by the way they pad wrapped and plastic wrapped everything. None of my items were damaged and the guys worked so hard. We were highly impressed when Lura called to check in on the job. This customer service was more than we were expecting. I will def be using Grace Moving company again for future moves.

My mom just moved from Modesto to Grass Valley. This company was completely accommodating in our special requests including coordinating two drop off locations. Caleb, Donovan and Anthony were assigned to her move. They were delightful. Who would expect the moving guys to be so enthusiastic? It is hard work moving furniture etc, and they worked all day with wonderful attitudes ... light hearted and smiles. They even happily switched furniture to different rooms when she changed her mind ... so appreciated!!

Michael and Clinton helped moved my elderly moms furniture and items from an assisted living place into storage and into my home. They took excellent care to wrap up and box her 50” flat screen tv, and several of her oil paintings. They moved her furniture and fragile boxes with care and professionalism. They were both top notch and very pleasant. The office personnel were also very helpful in organizing the move. I would highly recommend their services!!!

Great experience working with Grace Moving Company. Relocated for work from Santa Cruz to Modesto and had very short timeline to move houses. I called Sally on a Wednesday and she was able to scheduled a three man crew for the job on Sunday, which is an amazingly short response time. Employees were very knowledgeable, patient, careful, and quick in both loading and unloading. Given the travel time needed and amount of stuff to transport, the staff remained in good spirits and helpful all the way through from the first box to the last box nearly 12 hours later, and while waving from the truck as they drove away. I hadnt ever used a moving company prior, but will hire Grace Moving Company again for any of my moving needs in the future. I cant recommend them highly enough. Moving is a pain, but this company made it much, much easier.

Hired Grace moving company to move the Habitat for Humanity ReStore in Sonora to its new location. They were extremely professional and got the job done even when they had to cancel 1 day because of a crazy snow store (biggest of last decade). The owner came out and said hi and from start to finish they were a breeze to work with.

Grace moving was excellent. They movers who helped move all my furniture from a 3 bedroom two bath apartment to another hone just a mile or so down the road did a tremendous job. They went above and beyond the call of duty. If i was totally rich i would give grace moving company each million bucks. But as way things are being on fixed income grace moving helped me out a lot. I would diffinatelly use this company again in the near future. Thank you for all your help.

I had a great experience with this company! I felt that they really bent over backwards to accomadate me. I called needing movers asap for the next day. The receptionist was very kind and helpful, and scheduled them to come out the next day. The two guys who came out were very respectful, and were extra careful with moving the furniture. I would highly recommend them.

Take your money elsewhere! I had a horrible first experience using a moving company thanks to Grace Moving. The crew was unable to obtain access on to the military base where I live due to un clean background checks. My goods were handled by multiple different people throughout the course of the 3 days all while being unsupervised by the Driver. I Had crew members standing on my dishpack as a ladder, smoking in my garage, and leaving trash all around. My beds were loaded onto a dirty uhaul truck with no pads or plastic on them. Multiple items were not inventoried and I was told "not to worry" about my expensive electronics not being on the log. I was given inaccurate information on time frames and my goods were transferred in a hotel parking lot late at night where I could not supervise. The move took far longer than i had scheduled and delayed me from moving to my next home. I will say that the driver himself was very friendly and did what he could out of a bad situation but with far more bad than good i can definitely say I will not use Grace Moving again.

We had an amazing move with the crew Grace Moving Company sent out to move my mom.Richard was the lead mover & he was incredible. He was polite, efficient & funny. He and the rest of the crew worked hard from start to finish & helped us solve some deliemas we had.Juan & Vincent were the other 2 movers and they were polite & pleasant. If any of us were doing something they were quick to say "here, let me help you with that"....A sweet lady from the office even called us during the loading process to make sure everything was going smoothly.Grace Moving Company has a lot to be proud of in regards to the employees we interacted with.
