Stay well away. This business is absolutely terrible. The service is non-existent, the phone is never answered, and I was dudded on every aspect of my transaction. They organised someone to lay my $4000 worth of flooring and when the job wasnt completed said that was my problem, nothing to do with them. I wish I had never heard of them.

Don’t bother going here you won’t get any service .Got measured for new flooring finally got a quote 3 months later went in the next day and said go ahead with $14000 job still no response after 3 months .Not sure if it was because it was a renovation as opposed to new house building.Absolutely disgusted was trying to keep business local

whatever you do, DO NOT DEAL WITH CARPET COURT GRAFTON.lazy ..are quick to take your cash them leave you waiting for months for the work to be done...entire staff have some aversion to calling customers they expect you to wait weeks/months with no information. when work finally completed its of bad quality and a substandard install....when owner shown the quality of work he then disappeared, no calls no follow ups just an incomplete floor requiring another floorer to redo properly.....will be filing small claims against them...stay clear!!!!..other floorers around use them.

Attended store booked in for quote. Never got back to the us. No message, call etc.
