Grand Square in Chennai

Mall located near velachery Railway station. It has PVR more than 5 screens , screening All indian movies , and a good place for family and friends. shops like Croma , Kevinators, gift shops , children play area , BBQ and so many shops. Ambience is nice. bike and car parking available.

Good shopping mall, major attraction for us is D Mart. Other than D Mart lot of branded shops and eateries are available here. Good place to shop and dine. PVR cinemas will provide best entertainment via movies

Good place to hang out. Try to avoid DMart during weekends. If you want to purchase from DMart and avoid long queues then prefer weekdays. Also carry your parking slip - the first 2 hrs is free if you do your shopping in DMart.

Mall is a decent one. Size of the mall is not very large. It has D-Mart which is good. It also has a book stall and other accessories shop on the ground floor. Prices are reasonable and good. It has PVR theatre on the third floor. It also has SkyJumper Trampoline park.

Parking charges are very high even for two wheeler. The only reason why we visit this place is because of DMART. Although parking fee is waived off for shopping 500 re plus in DMART. same can be done for movie watchers. Atleast half rate concession should be given for move watchers

Bike Parking fees 40/= per hour. Even though Govt giving news paper statement these kind of malls dont stop their business tricks.

I went to see ps1 in Inox ,this mall is so comfortable , steps are easy to climb if there is no lift .not congested too .

A quaint little mall in Velachery. Main draws being D-Mart, Croma. Barbecue Nation and PVR Cinemas. Parking is decent.

Good place to visit and purchase things. I have watched a movie in PVR Cinemas in this mall, its a great theatrical experience. Popcorn was top notch.

I was seeing when it was undergoing construction. Initially it doesnt have many shops and PVR multiplex however gradually occupied by famous outlets like Croma, D Mart, etc. Its much smaller than many other malls like Phoenix mall however gradually increasing the footfall due to D Mart.

its a good place to get all household things like from groceries (we have Dmart), dress, electronics. Like we can purchase stuffs in meanwhile can send the kids to play zone then have a watch a movie n finally can have good food.

Small mall to explore and good ambience.. Trampoline here is not worth to go, its only for children

Good mall clean and neat ambience. One more highlight on this mall is its near to vijayanagar bus stand. PVR cinemas also located in Top floor of the mall and D- Mart shopping floor at Ground Floor.

Parking for 2 wheelers very expensive. (40rs per hour). Mall is half closed so this cost for parking cannot be justified. Ample parking space available outside so better to park outside.

This is a small mall with main attractions towards PVR, DMart and Barbeque Nation. The parking lot is poorly maintained, it is full of dust and cramped. Their valet parking needs improvement.

PVR Velachery has my been go-to place for 7+ years now and this mall is devoid of any fun apart from it. Yet to try the trampoline park. The bathrooms are decent but are located only in alternative floors. The escalator doesnt work sometimes.

Second hand books price starting from 95rs. Near DMART popcorn is cheap and tasty. Skyjumper - if you have kid below 3 age they wont allow bcoz of safety. Second floor kids play is worth

This place has an amazing juice shop called the Orange Glass inside the mall compound. For less than 100 rs you can get such tall glasses of freshly squeezed juices an absolute but here. Just beside this place are a lot of quick eats from momos, to chaat to rolls you ll find a stall for everything here. The chaat shop next to the juice place serves yummy chaat items. Next attraction is the stalls inside the mall selling lovely cotton skirts, pallazos and shorts which can be used as a casual wear. You will also find a lot more stalls selling accessories and cute stationary items for a decent price. This mall doesnt have a food court but you do have some eateries inside like Meat and Eat but to try something nice please check out the shops i mentioned above. The fourth floor in the mall has a trampoline park called Skyjumper, which is a must visit for a group of grown ups or even a fun place for kids. You can also check the place out on Instagram by the same name to have an idea of the place.

Cant buy anything inside the mall as it is costly and dmart is available there to buy groceries. Also the parking will be 40 rs for bike in this mall. Only for pvr screen and dmart middle class people can visit here.

Nice place to hang out. Shopping, kids play area, movie theatre, food stalls and parking facility....Books are available... Old and New ...But not so spacious due to which looks crowded

Such a unsafe place.U will have 9s gang in entrance block ur vehicle & they dont get satisfy with what we give they grab ur wallet & pulled out vehicle key & theft all our money & valuable things.They do mesmerizing were u wont be in a position to react. Such an unsafe place. They will curse if we dont pay money.

Good place for shopping, collection & entertainment with friends. Cinema -Suggestions please make a path for exit vehicles to carry shopping 🛍️ materials. No space to carry out the things. In case of pick-up instead of parking on the ground floor.

Visited D-Mart. Suitable for bulk buying. Go for toiletries, cleaning items and decoration things. Not good for food and snacks. Most of the products are fake. I bought biscuits from leading brands which tasted bitter. Spices had bugs.

Good place for shopping. They have Dmart, old books available for half price, Max etc,.This place is surrounded by lots of restaurants like McD, Dominos, KFC, SEA SHELL, Tosai, Barbeque, Meat and Eat, fast foods and much more.. This is a good place for foodies.I did a lot of shopping and tried a variety of food here like Vada pav, Tosai, MC.d, Momos..It was raining heavily when returning back. Its better to stay in McD or inside the grand square itself while its raining.

Easily accessible located in Velachery - Tambaram route and in weekdays there is not much crowd.

Nice mall to visit and to spend time in shops like D-Mart, Max is there for shopping, Haldiram store for snacks, Turkey icecream available. Big trampoline is at the top floor, PVR is inside the mall. Parking fee is little bit less when compared to other malls.

Very good place to hang out and have fun. It has many shops to visit and many good restaurants to eat. Initially i thought there wont be any shops inside the mall, but there are many shops here. There is Dmart on the ground and 1st floor, in which we can buy anything at cheaper prices.

Not as packed as other malls. Trampoline area is great. Mostly go for PVR. Only thing we need to run from the sales reps in the ground floor 😂😂

The best shopping mall near Velachery. This is a good place to visit and buy things. Cinemas and barbecue nations were usually the main attractions. D Mart was one of the main shops where people used to go. In this shop, there are many offers to choose from. They have a lot of shops for shopping, a food court, and exhibitions. The washrooms are well maintained. Parking space is good. It is one of the best places to spend time.

D-Mart is available in g-floor, its completely rush on weekends.4. Use to come this mall for D-Mart purchase only.5. Parking is available in ground floor, get the token and scan in D-Mart while moving in and out, on purchase of above 500rs parking is free.6. After purchase, if we rome in mall then the parking is chargeable based on the hours spent.7. Pop-corn near D-Mart is really good, but its crowded, the price is also less from 10,20.8. Maily the rush is for INOX.9. Over all an good place to send time.

Theater and service are clean and hygiene.Parking cost is too high. Cool drinks cost is too high at least they should meet the quality for that cost. Both quality and quantity is too low

A huge grand mall. Nice 4k Dolby Atmos PVR cinemas inside. But the cost of food inside the theater is too much cost. A Normal coffee are offered as 150rs.

Gone to watch a movie in PVR, its a bit costly. The mall is just an average one. Dont expect a porch mall, its for average people also. Its good to go in weekends if you dont have any other options.

Giving this 1 star just because of the Parking lot maintanence. They have pretty ordinary parking area for which they cost 40rs per hour for 2 wheeler. We used the mall for 8 hours for Barbecue followed by movie for which they charged 360. This is fairly high for two wheeler despite the fact that we use the services like dine in and movie. Request the mall to revise the charges so that we can use the services more.

Small mall with less option of shopping and parking is little expensive always their is no food court and restaurants have just few entertainment only even once you walking the high price charging will make to walk out of the mall and will avoiding coming back ,this mall recently git life because of .. D mart and PVR cinemas .. rather people will walking to croma in main entrance and walk back...still got Trampoline and sky park in 4 floor will make some attention

Average mall.. no proper maintenance .. the full mall has only few restrooms in the 1st floor.. parking per hour is 50.. for car .which is far more compared to other malls.No food court in the mall.. outside there are a few shops

PVR is the best place to watch a movie. Free for baggage but they charge for parking in Grand Mall

Nothing major here in this mall. The mall crowded as Dmart has been opened here. And also I use to go there for my son to drive the toy car which they will charge 100 Rs. Apart from that few outlets like max and dumbbell or opened here. On weekends we can see some activities will be conducted by some private organizations for their advertising purposes.

Nice mall. You can use G-mart for house hold shopping. Also PVR is best to watch movies and since it is located in busy main road, its safe for night shows

This mall has some good food outlets like Chai Kings and Barbeque Nation. The parking is pretty sufficient here. You will see this mall is very busy at weekends with many people coming to watch movies at cinemas on the top floor. There is also a kids play area inside the mall with many games.

A neighbourhood Mall for an impromptu hangout. A couple of good eats. You cannot go on a shopping spree here but you can find some good stuff from the few shops this mall hosts. There is also a second hand book store which has quite a few collection of books - adult and young adult fictions, kids books, picture books, history books.. in Tamil and English. If you need to burn a couple of hours and you live close by this could be the place to go and just.... hang!

Small mall but well maintained. Lifts, escalators and restrooms are very well maintained. PVR theatres add feather to the cap. D-Mart is also a good mid range shopping option.A full fledged food court would make it complete.

It was not a busy mall in the city. Shops are still under renovation or new construction. Not many shops are there for various outlets. Major shops available are DMart, croma and the PVR. One of the main attraction is the big trampoline field. Small local vendors are there in the ground floor. So it might not be good to spend lot of time with family. Only specific shopping can be done. Toilets are not in good shape looking age old. Same for the lifts. No food court inside it. Outside mall you can have small outlets for eating and a MacDonald next to it. Parking is charged Rs.50 hourly.

Small Mall in this vicinity and good place to kill time. No need to walk much and you wont get tired roaming here and there. Eaterys are there but cost is bit high. Theatre is advantage, if you have time, can visit there.

We recently came for this Sky diving in Grand mall with our kids and it was an obsolute Fun time for them. They have lots of shops to do shopping, food court and exhibitions happens there during weekends. A decent mall to hangout during weekends with your family.

Quite a medium sized mall well maintained neat and clean.. We visited skyjumper Trampoline park in grand mall... Per hour 600 rupess and some socks with grip charged around 85 rupess.. Kids will enjoy maximum in this park.Full physical exercise... Main places in this mall are Dmart, chroma,max, BBQ and PVR.
