Grays of Chatham offer a variety of used but relatively new cars that are in excellent condition. Andy was brilliant with helping me sort out the best finance options for me, and sorted everything to do with the car before I actually purchased it. Would recommend this place to anyone!

A very easy and smooth purchase. A sensible deal was struck over the phone, then the car was delivered and my part exchange was driven back to their garage. They don’t normally do that but I live about 40 miles from the garage so for an old bloke like me that kind of deal is necessary. The car was exactly as described, and came with fresh MoT, and tax sorted out. To do such a deal requires trust on both sides and I found Grays to be completely trustworthy and good to deal with.

I went to so many car garages to look for a car,The workers was so friendly and helped straight away , They helped me with the choice of cars ,Andy is such a Top man ,and the Boss was a Top man for giving me a good deal off my old car , I would defo come back in future to look for a upgrade.

Sister in law bought a car from these cowboys last day of warranty and they argued the claim ? Don’t believe a word they say . Charge top money for cars and their warranty and after sales care is non existent. Avoid at ALL costs . You have been warnedMy sister in law rung on the Saturday and was told the RAC man might have one ??? Was never told to bring it up ? Only after getting it fixed Monday you refused to pay . You need to be realistic we live 50 miles away how would we get a car back to you ? She is a NHS worker and needs the car ? Was you going to collect it free of charge and lend her a car ???? No so your warranty isn’t any good if you live miles away maybe explain it better or don’t bother adding it especially when we rang up ? Do staff training ay

Came up all the way from South East London to check out the cars here and was not disappointed. The customer service Andy gave was top-notch and took time to give us great advice on the car and answer our (manyquestions. The cars we looked at had great specifications and low mileage. Car comes with a 3 month warranty and 12 month breakdown cover. Come here for great value and friendly service.

Purchased a fantastic car from Grays of Chatham in August last year. I had a lot of questions regarding the purchase of the car which I feel were answers honestly and sounds advice given. This is not the same experience I had with several other car dealers where I felt pressured into making a purchase.

Purchased a fantastic low mileage Mondeo Titanium X Estate at a good price. Dave the salesman was great, down to earth and honest with none of the usual salesman spill. Got the asking price on my car as a part X after they had road tested it. My new car was presented well upon pick up with some particular attention to detail I requested taken care of by the valet man. Would buy again and definitely recommend.Thanks

Impressed with the no pressure car sales. I bought the car I wanted which was MOTd collected a few days later. Drove home 40 miles. Following day battery was flat. Grays advised to jump start as it could have been me. I agreed. Two days later battery was flat again. Grays came out to me and changed battery, no quibble or fuss. Great service. Fully recommend.

We recently purchased a car from Grays, Save our salesman was fantastic we didn’t feel pressurised or get any of the usual ‘salesman’ chat:He approached us and we expalined we were just looking and he happily left us to wander round and when we wanted to look inside some cars he unlocked them but again let us look in peace. We eventually decided to test drive a car and he as friendly and chatty about family etc in car rather than giving us a hard sell like other garages.We got an extremely good part exchange deal and he really did negotiate with the owner of the garage to get us a fantastic deal. Car was MOT and serviced the day we put deposit down and ready to collect 2 days later. Paperwork was all ready and was the quickest and most efficient part exchange I’ve ever done!Overall I can’t recommend David enough he is a credit to the business and I truly believe he is one of the unique car sales People that want to genuinely help you as a customer!

Just got a Hyundai i30 from grays for myself and my wife got a Kia Rio, both cars are excellent they gave us great deals, David the sales guy was brilliant and couldnt do enough for us both, I would highly recommend grays if you need a used car, you wont be disappointed.

Salesman was professional, but the owner was totally unrealistic..... Offered 1800 for a car we buy any car offered 2150. Unfair part exchange prices. Didnt seem interested. Wouldnt recommend if you want a fair deal. An honest deal is one thing but t dry in to rip you of is what you get from this dealer

THEY CAN BE TRUSTED WITH THE LITTLE THINGS. I went to Grays with a small problem (sidelight bulb not working). I arrived without an appointment a quarter of an hour before they officially opened. Despite this they were able to fit me in that morning, and did the job about an hour. It is at times like this that customers are a bit at the mercy of the car dealers. You have no idea what they will charge or how long they will take and feel obliged to pay whatever bill they present you with. In other words it is their choice to either show great customer service or to rip you off. Fortunately with Grays the bill was only £2 for the bulb and £10 for the labour + VAT, so they chose the former.
