I got a haircut from Natasha this morning. She was amazing! She made sure to understand what I wanted and made sure she was delivering. She took her time and you can tell she really enjoys her work. Thank you so much Natasha!

Im not from Cincinnati so I called to ask how the parking was downtown at this place if there was parking beside street parking and the guy was snaughty and said well yeah theres parking you have to pay for it but set it in a snotty tone OK yeah I am not going to go there and get my haircut.

There was no wait time when I got there. The lady cut my hair perfectly. I dont remember her name but she was very friendly and I think she did a great job. What more can I say.

I think they do a decent job when it comes to hairstyling. I particularly like the environment. But there is always space for improvement despite being up-to-date. Fashion world has no limits and cab be very expensive too, but still Great Clips is brand that is well worth a try for a simple haircut.

Staff is very friendly and listen well. Generally Ive not had a long wait but there is always an exception.

It was a couple months ago I walked into Great clips requesting to have my bangs cut.(At the time my hair was not uneven split ends yes but not uneven all over)She end up getting carried away I had to stop her cutting my hair.It was okay when I left because it was still wet. By the time I got home my hair was dry..I looked in the mirror and omggg my hair is so many lengths,she cut my bangs half my head😖.My hair is still currently butchered ! P.s I have 3A type hair

I took my daughter who’s African American to get her first hair trim and deep conditioning.Soon as I got there the stylist kept talking about the prices it would cost , Like I couldn’t read the big price board. I came into a business to get services, I know nothing is free in life . Her hair was wet when she left and the whole purpose of us going was to get ends trimmed and deep conditioned . It was very very rushed . Who cut someone hair while it’s wet and wild? ( a dog maybeAnd leave a client (child hair wet before you can see your result as a stylist. SHE DID.well when we got home after it dried it looked the same. besides a few shorter parts now it’s really uneven , what a waste of time and money ... I would NOT recommend ...

Ive been wearing my hair in a short natural cut for years now and always get it cut at Great Clips.I have always been pleased with their service and get many compliments on my hair.Even though different stylist cut my hair, it always turns out great. They have my preferences in their computer and they verify it with me to ensure I will get the best results.Convenient, fast and great deals.

Love this place. The ladies here are really nice and seam to love there jobs. I think they really care about the costumers that come there. I would never want to change the lady that has cut my hair, i truly hope she never leaves this job. Thank you Great Clips for having the best employees that can be found.

The staff listened to what the kids wanted for their hair and reassured them if they got nervous. They also had protocols to ensure as much safety as possible. The wait wasnt long, and they kept us informed. Good experience all around.

It was great , the stylist nice polite, they greet you when you come inside the shop. Its clean . the stylist helped me with my hair . i recommend people to come here you will be happy. They also color your hair. I be back soon.

This is a very good location for great clips. Cheap cuts, etc. I am much closer to the University of Cincinnati location, but this one has consistently given great haircuts no matter the hair cutter.

Ive known my hairdresser for a while now to the point of going where she is. Jessika is very knowledgeable and professional when it comes to hair styling which is what I need. I have medium length curly hair and I feel its difficult to cut and she does a great job.

This was a week ago. The lady messed up my hair. She used the #2 brush on top when I told her to do it on side. Who starts off a haircut from top anyways?She tried to fix it but my hair still looks horrible. Makes me look almost bald. And the worst part, she wasnt even sorry. She tried to blame it on me.

Loved my haircut, did you know they keep information in there computer on how you got your haircut, the time before, so their wont be any mistakes, take for instance me, I take a haircut with a # two guard, which turns my haircut perfect everytime, and plus I get the Seniors discount which is 13 dollars instead of 15 dollars.

I have a whole lot of experience with Great Clips as a company and then ......I found this one and it completely changed my life!! The Gm Betsy, and the Manager Daminion go above and beyond to help both the guest and their employees! Never in my 23 years of haircutting have I found a better group of leaders. I hope everyone stops in to meet Daminion and I too will be there (thanks to them)!!! Great clips downtown on court street is hands down the best Great clips around!!!
