Excellent service from Steve as always, he is the standard by which you should instill in all your field technicians, he discusses issues we face along with suggestions on how to combat those issues, very thorough cleaning up spider webs as well as pesticide applications. I highly recommend him for the "employee of the year award"!!!!! And I highly recommend Green Pest Management to handle all your pest needs!!!

We were referred to Green Pest Management by a neighbor who was very pleased with their results. When Phil came to our appointment I was impressed by his willingness to listen (uncommon these days), and his familiarity with the problem we were having and how to solve it quickly. He listened to our issues, described the course of action he felt was the best approach, explained where he was going to place traps and why he was putting them there, and described the expected results. Within 24 hours we were mouse free, and he comes back to monitor the condition of the traps and adjust the placement of the traps.We are very pleased with the results Phil achieved, and would recommend him and Green Pest Management.

I specifically told them that I wanted POWDER, not liquid, for our treatment. And they used liquid anyway, it has stained our car and our windows! They trick you into a year subscription.. DO NOT FALL FOR IT!!!! Not worth it!! They don’t even use a ladder to get up in the eaves on my second story.

Going DOOR to door to sell. Were told by 7 different neighbors that this is a private community and theres no solicitation. They refuse to leave. They used what we told them at our doors on the next neighbor to make it sound like we use them. Sleazy salesman tactics. We eventually called the cops on them. The entire area has been complaining about them doing this horrible horrible service.

I signed up for Green Pest through the door to door salesman Makell (who’s great!). Greg was my assigned exterminator (who came same day!). He was extremely friendly and personable! You can also tell that he’s VERY knowledgeable. He explained everything thoroughly so I understood exactly what he was going to do! 10/10 recommend Makell & Greg! Those guys deserves a raise!

A salesperson, Joe, came to my door yesterday (ignoring the No Soliciting sign in our communitysaying he was in the area because the owners in the townhouse next door use their service, and that we had bugs in our shared wallHe gave a strong sales pitch, so I gave him my contact info and said I would decide later. I contacted my next door neighbor and they said they did not ever use this service. I then heard that Joe told my other neighbors that I was requesting service because I had bugs throughout my home, which is also untrue.I cant speak to the quality of their services, but Joe is a deeply unethical salesperson who will lie to you (and about youto scare you into signing a ridiculous binding contract. Be extremely cautious.

He was right on time. He listened to what I had to say and explained what he planned on doing. We had an ant problem but havent seen a one since. I got the one year plan that fit my budget, and made me feel secure.

We have used GPM for our pest management for close to two years now. They continually do an outstanding job!

They keep charging me money despite me not living there anymore. They dont respond to your cancelation requests. They love stealing your money. Plenty of other good pest control services out there. Beware of them

Joe at Green Pest did a great job of making the ants in our kitchen window disappear. He explained that the bait would draw the ants in for the first 24 hours and then they should not be present. True statement, they are gone now. He treated the outside deck area and the perimeter of the house to stop future problems. Nikki in customer service quickly responded to my request for a quotation and was able to send a Technician within 2 days. Steve called prior to arriving and asked if he could come a little earlier, I advised him that I was OK with an earlier arrival. He showed up and introduced himself and we discussed our needs for the service. I brought him around the exterior pointing out problem areas as well as inside the house and garage with spider issues. He explained what he would be doing, saw we had 2 cats and assured me that the insecticides he would be using are safe for both pets and humans as well as if we needed a revisit upon seeing any bug critters inside after a couple of weeks to not hesitate to call and he will be back to treat the interior free of charge. I was extremely pleased at his degree of professionalism as well as knowledge and compassion of our needs. Steve is the standard by which all technicians for your company should measure-up to and recommend him for "A Job Extremely Well Done" I request he be my permanent technician and am willing to wait if he is occupied until he is available to render his services to us. I highly recommend Green Pest Management to all who need prompt, thorough pest elimination. Its only been 24 hours since our first application and I already see marked results.

Joe is absolutely the most amazing technician. As I have several allergic reactions to multiple critters, Joe makes a very important part of his visit to ensure my health and wellbeing is being met. I wish my medical physicians paid more attention to my allergies as this would alleviate some of the permanent markings that remain after a few spider bites. Guys, if you are looking for a better pest management services. I would request looking for something better than Green Pest Management.Few reasons for this review:1. Not at all professional - If you call them for any issues, they will listen to you for sure but will never act / never act on time.Not responsive at all: I have recently even called them for cancellation, they responded saying someone from their team would call me for cancellation but until the actual service technician came to my house for the next scheduled service no one called. I had to actually call and cancel the service.2. Cancellation charges- If you cancel your services they would charge to additional $150 without performing any services / rectification, even though its their fault. They will surely lure you into their free of charge rectification but even after that if you are not satisfied you will be still charged $150 irrespective of their product issues.Believe me, whatever they do probably you can do most of it yourself with available options in Home depot / lowes. If you want better professional services, i would suggest look somewhere else.

We have a major ant problem. The tech, Phil, came out and listened to our concerns and answered all our questions. I was very pleased with his professionalism and work ethic! I recommend Green Pest Management!

My house is close to woods and we get a lot of spiders and mud wasps, having this service has been extremely beneficial for the safety and comfort of our family & guests.They are local, responsive if we have an issue between treatments, professional and friendly.I have several friends and two other family members who use them too. They are awesome!

This company is awesome and very receptive to all our requests. We had an issue with wasps I am bees this summer and they came out right away and took care of it. We were very satisfied and signed up for their yearly program. Bill is an outstanding technician and the office staff are rock stars. We highly recommend their services in this company!

We originally signed up due to mice on the property and have been so pleased with the service since. They prevent and reduce insects from entering, ants, spiders, etc. It has been years now and no more mice. Very happy. My favorite part is that if we ever have anything come up in between services like needing an extra bait box or if we find a wasp next starting they come out in between services and it is included in our plan. We have only had to do that a few times, but it is so convenient. The techs are usually friendly, polite, on time and ring the doorbell before they start to let me know they are here. Having said that, we did have one tech that did not let us know he was here before starting service and was more interested in snooping in our windows and trash can enclosure than doing the work. Green pest handled the situation well, and we will continue with the company because overall we have been very pleased with the service, the technicians and the results.

Green pest Management is such a wonderful company to work with. They come out and do quarterly treatments for me. All of the technicians have been wonderful and are very knowledgeable and thorough. They take time to answer your questions and are happy to help with whatever issues you are experiencing. Shannon who works in the office is incredibly accommodating and goes out of her way to help. Routine service is always well done. They are prompt to respond to special issues when they arise. For example they quickly responded to our problem with cicada killers infesting our entire lawn. And the problem was quickly resolved.

My family has used the Green Pest Service for several years now and have been very pleased. Normally, we only have the outside service done, but I do occasionally have them perform internal service at least 1-2 times / year. On this occasion the technician could not have been more professional and friendly. He performed the service in a timely fashion and seemed to be thorough. Overall, he was exceptionally professional and customer friendly.

Green Pest Mgmt are always on time and very professional and courteous. They come when scheduled I have had three different employees and all have been courteous, professional sprayed where I wanted and then did additional outside spraying with organic materials bc we live near wetlands. I recommend them for anyone who wants a good value for pest control.

Had an infestation of carpenter bees in my cedar fence. I had tried all kinds of sprays and foams with little success. Within 3 days of the first treatment I never saw them again! Very happy with the results!

We have been using Green Pest Managements quarterly residential services for close to a year. They are always responsive, straightforward, and on time. When weve had some break through issues like ants, they were happy to come inside and treat for the issue at no extra cost. Also, the reps that we have met have always been very friendly, nice people, who want to make sure were satisfied before they leave.As an added bonus, they have a robust client portal where you can manage your account and see exactly what chemicals were used.If we ever require additional pest issues, Green Pest Management will be the one we call!

We had our third appointment scheduled with Green Pest, and they did not follow through as we requested. Green Pest will tell you otherwise. The representative sprayed our plants with product that we had to clean off. We tried to get this issue resolved, for several weeks, unsuccessfully. We tried to get our money refunded, and the issue was pushed off. The process was arguably one of the most annoying processes I have ever dealt with, and I even spoke to the owner. They provided poor service at our residence, they provided poor customer service, and they knowingly and willingly took my money for it.

The Technician showed up, notified me of his arrival and conducted the treatments around the house. Always respectful and their products actually work. After the spray, almost 3 months later i start to notice bugs around my yard/house i always know ill see the email of an upcoming service with Greenpest.

Green Pest has been performing quarterly maintenance outside my home for several years. I highly recommend them. They are friendly and professional. The technicians are very friendly and accommodating. The few times that an issue has occurred after treatment such as a bad year for ants or wasps they respond and retreat the house quickly and for no charge. You will not be disappointed with the company.

Such wonderful service. We have been using Green Pest for years. The technicians are so great. John is so careful to avoid areas and rooms we do not want done. He is mindful of our pets and us so careful. He takes care of all pest issues as they arise through different seasons.. so effective. We never have pest issues with these guys. They do an amazing job.

I am fortunate to have Elmer service my property for pest/rodent extermination! He is the most thorough, knowledgeable, pleasant, personable and informative (to name a few accoladestechnician to ever service my home! He bought to my attention a vent issue that needs to be corrected to reduce the chances of rodents invading my attic and eliminate moisture. He should be cloned—keep up the phenomenal work Elmer!!

These guys literally knocked on my door half an hour ago because they’re in the neighborhood. I got a what seems to be a great discount for the initial and quarterly price. James was a pleasure to chat with and was super professional while being a little laid-back and cool. The tech will be here around four and I’m sure everything will be wonderful. I will update in a few months with hopefully positive results!Just a quick update , the young man who came to spray was also top notch! I’m extremely impressed with the professionalism and just the general nice attitude of the two guys that I’ve worked with.Just another update11/20/20, I’m glad I signed a contract with these guys and a few months later they still are just as courteous and respectful of my property as the first day. I have definitely seen a huge decrease in bugs and cobwebs in and around my property and will continue to use these guys for the foreseeable future

Update (60 minutes after originally posting this review): One of the owners of Green Pest reached out to me, and we had a great conversation. She apologized for the experience with no caveats or conditions, and we talked through exactly what had happened.She also made clear that ownership does not condone or endorse the way that the CSR spoke to me, as outlined below. Given this development, I changed my score from 1 star to 3 stars, as I feel that the relationship ended on much better terms; the problem with professionalism is likely a one-off, and the problem with quality may be temporary.Original review follows, though please again note that this was an experience with one individual CSR and likely does not reflect the company as a whole.Executive summary: Service was OK until this year. Canceling was more painful than canceling cable service, with customer service raising their voice and speaking to me like a child instead of a 3-year customer. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.I was with Green Pest for years and had no problems until this year. In the spring, they came out and did their quarterly service, but there were still numerous wasps and hornets around my property. I even knew where I suspected the nests to be, and when someone came out to do a re-service, I pointed that out. The re-service also didnt work.When I called to ask for another re-service after a week, I was rudely and condescendingly told that it takes time for the treatment to work and to call back in a week. I knew that was a nonsense answer since delta dust never takes more than a couple days to work, so I went and just dusted the areas myself. Voila! No more wasps and hornets.I asked to cancel in June, and they canceled my quarterly service, so I thought that all was done. Nope! I got another message today that they were coming out for quarterly service, and I asked to cancel again. I spoke with someone on the phone who was indignant at the thought I would cancel. She told me that, because it was within 30 days of service, I had no choice but to accept the service and pay the fee.This requirement is ridiculous, of course, because all Id need to do is schedule 31 days out and then cancel, but that is a separate issue. I dont think Ive been spoken to like this by a Customer Service Agent since I was a teenager. She raised her voice at me, talked over me, spoke condescendingly toward me, and had the gall to demand that I let her speak when I explained why I was unhappy with the service.At some point, she must have forgotten about the 30-day cancellation clause because she told me that she would close out my account today, with no further services or charges. Unless you are prepared for verbal combat, Id advise choosing any of the dozens of other pest control companies in the area.Update: 30 minutes after posting this review, I was contacted over email by the customer service agent who spoke to me. She offered a non-apology apology (starting with, "I am so sorry that you felt i was being loud and arrogant"and requested that I take down this review. As this is a complete and accurate description of my experience, I will not remove the review.

Very good. Your tech did a good job: he knocked before starting the treatment; he agreed with us to keep our 2 old visiting dogs inside the house since they are sensitive to foreign chemicals; he then applied the treatment; and then he said goodbye. He is very professional. If you can, give him a raise. Thats all for now.

Contacted the company through their chat on the website. I was messaged back within 2 minutes. The scheduled a tech to come out 3 day later. Tech showed up and was very professional. We showed him where the hornets hive was and he sprayed it and knocked it down in minutes. He treated the tree as to help drive the survivors away.Highly recommended and safe environmentally green contractor.

My home was treated yesterday (8-19-20by a gentleman named Phillip, who was wonderful! He walked around my property with me, located a cicada killer hornet nest that was buried in my yard, and treated both that nest and another nest near my back slider. He gave me great information about these wasps and hornets, told me what to look out for, and also gave me advice for keeping my kids safe from stings in the yard. He was very thorough, very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company, and their services!

The techs were treating homes in my area and approached me offering their services for my home. Since I had noticed an abundance of spider activity, I agreed to have them treat my property. They were very professional and explained their services fully. I look forward to enjoying the results!!

I was very impressed with the young woman who did my house. She was very informative, friendly and polite and punctual. I liked her and felt comfortable with here there. She worked hard doing a variety of things around my house outside. Now if the ants and wasps are gone Ill be doubly impressed.My only other thought is I wish the man who signed me up and the technician were wearing masks when they came to my door. Both said their masks were in their cars which wasnt very helpful. I shouldnt have had to ask or feel awkward about asking them to put them on.

I spoke with Michael yesterday who gave me an amazing quote that is very affordable. I have been dealing with 3 different types of wasps, and he identified where all the nests were. He scheduled for someone to come out the next day because I had so many nests and they were aggressive. The scheduled window was between 8am and 10am. They came at exactly 8am they were on time. Professional, and she even found out I had hornets too!! They also used an Eco friendly spray to keep my kids and pets safe too. She handled everything even dusted the areas too so if they come back it will kill them. And they even treated my detached garage. Very friendly and professional, and cheaper than other chain companies i have called. I highly recommend them! They are also even COVID compliant too! Thank you Green Pests Management for keeping me and my family safe.

Green Pest Management has been servicing my home for more than two years and they do a through job outside and inside the home. The definitely stand behind their statement of re-servicing if you need extra spot treatments. I have called anytime and they have conveniently scheduled me in a timely manner. Anytime I see any ant/bug activity, they have taken care of the issue and I am very happy with the service.

Dane the tech was early to the appointment. Raining out so we decided for home to come back to complete the outside because if the rain. He took care of the yellow jackets nest in front of the home. Very nice person and very courteous. He has been here peviously as I have requested him. Nice company to work with.Update: Today Robert B. came to take care of those little buggers. He was very nice and courteous. I saw him do something that I had not seen done before, which doesn’t necessarily mean it was not done before, I just haven’t seen it done by this company. He took out a long duster and went and dusted the entire house outside on the gutters, roof eves and windows. I thought this was a bonus, but apparently always should be done by the technician according to Robert. Now I have two people I can ask for and recommend. Nice job Robert.

The most professional and reasonably priced treatment program! Tim & Jeremy were fantastic and I cant say how awesome the customer service was! I loved how personable they were and detailed they were in their explanations of each step they were taking to ensure the best quality job! Very satisfied with this company!

Chris did a good job, he was polite caring about tracking anything into the house on his shoes. He sprayed where I asked inside and outside was careful with the powder around the outside cause I just had new siding and all new capping on my windows and doors. He forgot to spray one place which was partially my fault because I didn’t remind him that was around the edges in my garage. But overall he does a good job and is a nice guy!
