We switched from another provider and the technician Ramon came out he was super helpful and took the time to explain everything it detail. The best part was when he didn’t have an answer he told me that he would let me know and I appreciate that honesty and then when he wrapped up the service he answered the questions that he didn’t know off the top of his head. Great company and service. Thanks again Ramon!

Logan has serviced my house twice and does a phenomenal job! He really sprays around every nook and cranny. We haven’t seen bugs or spiders in our house, and the outside has dwindled down. I really appreciate the service!

Update:Logan stopped by to spray the outer perimeter. He identified some cobwebs as potential issues later, and soaked them with the solution. He was extremely detailed when spraying, focusing on basement windows and a window well. Again, he explained well what I might see in a week ior two, providing additional spider traps (as he promised last time).Since the last spray, I started to see less dead spiders, which is a relief! Again, thank you do much!---------I started to use Greenline Pest Control to take care of bug issues in my house 3 months ago, and though my initial treatment was good, I still see some bugs, so I asked Greenline for another treatment.This time, I asked Logan to come out to handle bugs (he is the one who came to educate me at the beginning but previously a different guy came due to the schedule issue). What is great about Logan this time is, I had to ask him for a request of treatment for a very short notice, he managed to schedule the treatment even on a national holiday! And again, he spent time to check out everything, gave me a lot of information - what to expect, how to treat unpleasant bugs.Thank you, Logan, for accommodating my urgent request even on a holiday! Truly appreciate it!

Logan was very friendly and explained where he was treating around my home. He asked me if I wanted spider traps for inside my home, which I have never been asked before so I thought that was very nice. Overall, great experience! Thank you!!

So I suffer from Arachnophobia really bad. The place I live in Ogden, Utah in my area fill of them. My landlord finally decided to send someone out after I a severe panic attack that I couldn’t stop on my on & cause my medical co-workers to just admit me since I work at a hospital. The technician they sent Logan, was kind, explain everything to me into detail, he sprayed inside and outside. Heck Logan even sprayed all the closets I wouldn’t usually go to much and areas I ask him to without complaints. Now he did give me a heads up since he spray every corner inside & out of the house the spiders will most likely start to come out in the open looking for a safe place. He assured me not to worry, because even if I see them they’re as good as dead anyways. Since they had to pass through and touch the sprayed barrier areas. Other than that, had a good experience with this visit with Logan. Hope all there other technicians are as nice, thorough and thoughtful. If not when they have to return for treatments hope it’s Logan again.

Logan was awesome! He was professional and helpful. We have been seeing way too many spiders and he went above what was required and walked around the yard/ play place/ house and made sure to spray everywhere. He was also very patient with my kids and discussed what was being sprayed wasn’t harmful to my kids.

We switched to greenline after working with another pest company, we are so happy with the change. There has been a noticeable change in the bugs, particularly spiders, we find in our basement. Our kids are much happier too, going out to play and not being swarmed with the mosquitoes and wasps. Brandon came today and he was very professional, personable, and listened to our concerns. I was very pleased with his work, he noticed some problem areas for us and took care to be very thorough/proactive.

Logan was very kind and listened to what we needed for him to get done. He was very thorough and let us know what to expect over the next few days and week with the spiders, which he treated for. He was very professional and did everything in a timely manner because I told him I had to leave and go pick up kids from school. I already use Greenline to spray my house quarterly for bugs and it has been very effective. But I recently noticed a lot of rodent droppings around my porch and deck areas, so I called them to see if they could come take a look.Kingdom Wanjoka met me at my house and was very professional and knowledgeable. He set bait boxes around my house and explained how they work and what to expect. I am extremely happy with Greenline and Kingdom and they are a great company to do business with.

They are pretty good at coming up to Brigham in a timely manner all the way from Ogden. The technicians are ALWAYS friendly, courteous and professional. They are respectful of the property, go through with what they did and ask any questions are if they need to pay attention to certain areas.We have two dogs and have not had ANY problems with the spray they use.We have been with them, going in three years in October and will continue to do so in the coming future. May I also add that they are very good about coming out and respraying the property like we’ve had to do because of dry conditions and them trying to find a home for the winter.

Logan came to spray today. He was awesome! He even got my 2 1/2 year old to talk to him like they were old friends. It was super cute! My sin thought he was putting out fires with his spray.

Coleman came and took care of my home inside and out, garage and basement, wood piles with wasps, and did a great job and listened to my concerns.7/13/22 Coleman came today to follow up. As a new client, the first go-round increases activity for a while and its not unusual to see more critters for a while. We had seen new activity with wasps coming and going from pipes on our fence, and from our bird houses. He got those taken care of. Anything I ask, hell do. I appreciate that very much.8/11/22 We had called and said a few wasps were back and building more nests. Kingdom came today to follow-up with our wasp problem. Coleman had been scheduled to come, but sprained an ankle last night playing soccer, so we met a new technician. Kingdom, too, was very courteous and polite, listened to our concerns and sprayed for wasps and knocked down nests. He then asked if there was anything else he could do, and said he had noticed some ants. I told him they werent too bad, and could wait until next month. However, just before he hopped back into his truck, he grabbed some ant granules and sprinkled them around the edges of my front yard. Just a little extra and kind touch not expected! Thank you Kingdom!

My technician MARK is Amazing!Ive had 2 different guys out but I always request Mark. He is very knowledgeable about every bug I ask about and to me thats important! Plus, he is a great person!!

We’ve been having major wasp and spider problems and needed to get it fixed before my daughters birthday party. I called Monday and they sent Dillon out the next day. He knocked down the nests and cleaned all the spiderwebs, got everything sprayed and explained everything to me. He was kind and professional and we really appreciate the quick turnaround

I switched to Greenline due to the fact that they are local. I in now way needed to make the switch but I am glad I did. After two visits to my home now, the techs are very knowledgeable and informative about the service they give. Kingdom was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and considerate of our personal space and belongings when performing our interior service. He was very apologetic for not being to spray the exterior of the home due to his sprayer breaking on the previous home. In no way did I feel inconvenienced. I look forward to having him at our home again. Logan stopped by a week later to perform the exterior service and again, we experienced a similar service. These guys are awesome!

We’ve enjoyed Greenline. We haven’t had any pest issues whatsoever. I really like that they will come to spray if you do see any pest activity, although we haven’t had to call them yet! Logan did a great job explaining where he sprayed for spiders and where he knocked down some hornets nests. He sprayed where he could see other hornets going in and out that but couldn’t see a nest. I appreciate his thoroughness where we have dogs that are always around the back yard. We also enjoy spending time in our yard without bugs😊

Logan came today and he went above and beyond. He came inside for us, even though it was only scheduled as an outside spray. He left us with extra stuff to deal with the ants we got a few days ago.My toddler followed him around and he was so sweet with her! We already saw earwigs crawling away from the house when he was leaving!Highly recommend them to everyone.

Dillon came out to our house for his first time but the second spray we’ve had and he was so amazing! He was careful not to spray furniture, curtains, plants and reassured the safety of my kids and dogs with the chemicals. He’s done the job long enough that he’s efficient, thorough and knows what to look for and tools to use. He has an obvious routine and doesn’t hesitate to inform and go the extra step so you feel good about the services. We bought a house that has long since been taken care of and they are helping to get the bugs and pests under control. They have some new guys that need a little bit of grace and confidence while they continue getting comfortable. But I feel happy with all the services rendered thus far.

The technician, Steven, came out to do an initial inspection and quote for us. He was very friendly and helpful. He provided a lot of good information and helped us feel at ease about our current situation and how pest control works. As first time homeowners, it was really nice to have such wonderful information provided.

Coleman went above and beyond when it came to spraying our 100 year old house. He treated several spots inside the house that we decided last minute we wanted sprayed. He explained things to me and was very friendly. Our dogs barked non stop and I felt so bad but Coleman was very understanding!

Logan came out today and performed general maintenance of spray for insects. He was very friendly, professional and helpful. He took time to discuss ant issues and other pests at length. I appreciated his willingness to share helpful knowledge and details of what to look for and do if an issue should arise. I highly recommend him and this service.

Coleman came out for our initial visit. He was really nice and got things done. He was able to get rid of wasp nests and addressed the areas we’ve had black widow problems.He did tell me there could be an uptick in activity after nests were knocked down, which makes sense to me (bugs don’t have their home, so they fly around). I’m looking forward to less bugs like wasps and spiders outside our home and will update this review once the two weeks of increased activity is over so I can address the effectiveness of everything.So far I’m impressed.

Logan did a fantastic job of finding all the hornet nests and removing them. Even the super high ones in the Timbers at the top of my roof!!!Treated for ants, which really bug me & they have nests all over. So happy with the customer service of this company. Highly recommend

Berkley was our bug sprayer that serviced us. He was very professional! He educated both my wife and I on the process, the prices, the contract and how everything they use works! He was friendly and it was a great service! We look forward to using them over the next year.

I’ve been using this service for over two years and it has always been great. Logan and King went above and beyond today. Not only did they spray my property, but they took special care around our rock wall to remove wasp nests. They gave me tips on how to prevent nests in the future. They were both super kind, helpful, and professional.
