Asked for a menu 3 times while ordering a delivery..No menu ...:.I told him to go back and get one .I live 1/2 mike away , he said sure .....Still waiting but they are closed .My double sausage crust was very limp .

Good food...awful hygiene

Ordered on a Friday night, took around 35 minutes to deliver. This pizza came a little cold but this was one of the best deep dishes I have ever eaten. The sauce is flawless and the cheese is very noticeable and delicious! The pizza is worth double what I paid in flavor and consistency all around.

Best thin crust around! Mondays are half price pizza. May take a little longer but worth the wait!

Home of poor customer service and under cooked pizza. Ordered a 16" Deep Dish. The pizza arrived close to the ETA. Took the pizza from the delivery guy and opened it right on the counter top. The pizza had all slid over to one side and over the edges of the deep dish crust. It was ruined. I immediately called Gregorios and the kid who answered the phone listened and apologized. He then asked is the pizza edible. I said not really and offered to send pictures. I texted 3 pictures to the # he gave me. Now this is not some B.S. complaint. I worked for 2 years at Pizza Hut as a kid AND I also delivered pizzas for some money while I was going through divorce a few years back. I delivered many deep dish pizzas and they do need more care than a thin or pan crust pizza when delivering. This pizza was either the casualty of a quick stop and got slammed or being placed on an uneven surface during delivery. Either way, it was delivered to me in that condition. The place is about 2.5 miles to my door.A few minutes after I texted the pictures I get a call from someone named Alex. Alex says he talked to his driver and the driver says he checked our pizza upon delivery and there was nothing wrong with it. Really? In the 20 seconds from pulling in our driveway and ringing our doorbell, the driver took the pizza out of the delivery bag, opened it, checked it, put it back in the delivery bag, AND walked up to our door? Lets ask the driver about the sauce that was running down his arm after he pulled the pizza out of the bag at my door? Then Alex proceeds to accuse me of wrecking the pizza after I took possession of it. I immediately stopped him mid sentence and asked how dare you accuse a customer like that? I told him they just lost a local customer and dont bother with anything more. I was furious.My wife and I tried to salvage what we could so we could have dinner. Guess what? For the same reason we havent ordered there for almost 2 years is the same issue again. The damn thing was completely under cooked! The deep dish crust was still raw and tasted like yeast in places!!! Never, never again!

My cell phone has PIZZA as a listing and Gregorios is the only pizza place listed. Their Tuesday medium 2 topping cant be beat. We always say "Thin crust, really well done!" and the boss himself will check to see that it is to our perfection.

The gentleman on the phone had excellent customer service, and great sense of humor!! Delivery was about an hour fifteen minutes, and was told that up front. The pizza was wonderful and not at all very greasy!! We had the meat madness on thin crust, the crust was perfectly done!! I will surely order again!! The cookies are huge!!

I would never recommend this place, especially considering their pizza sucks. The part that turns me off the most though is their lousy customer service and the managers bad attitude. We ordered a pizza and asked for ETA. They were well over the ETA, by at least 15-20 minutes, and with a kid in the house miserable because she was hungry we called to see what the holdup was. Evidently they did not have enough drivers because the pizza hadnt even left the store. Normally, any other place would throw in breadsticks, a free small pizza, or $3-5 dollars off for the inconvenience. The manager rudely and flatly said no and essentially indicated out business meant nothing to them. We will never order from this crap shoot dive of a pizza place again. Heres to you going out of business!!!!!

Good pizza but poor customer service. Ordered and told delivery in 45 min to an hour. After an hour and 10 minutes Im told delivery would be in approximately 15 minutes. Ridiculous. Will order from Nancys in the future. An hour and a half after ordering, the pizza finally arrived. Good bye Gregorios!

2 nights in a row I came by during publicized hours and theyre closed early. Tonight Im told "I put everything away closing at 920"...its 9:10 when I went in. Closed 20 minutes early. I think I dodged a bullet cause the pizzas he was cutting were very burnt. Its too bad i move in 3 blocks from a pizza place and they treat potential customers that way. Rosatis it is!

Best pizza in Island Lake & environs.Very reasonably priced, you dont need a co-signer to get a pizza, unlike nearby NancysPizza.

3rd time ordering pizza from here and disappointed again. for the 3rd time, it was like the delivery driver brought a "take and bake" pizza to my house. The cheese wasnt baked past melted. No browning. The pizza tastes great after I reheated it in my toaster oven and allowed the cheese to brown. I would ask to have it cooked "well done" the next time I order, and so should you.

Live in island lake and just ordered tonight. Will order again for sure. Philly sandwich and a pizza were both awesome. this is a bang for your buck place.

Deep dish is not great, all toppings and sauce and cheese slid to one side during delivery. Delivered luke warm as well. Overall bad first experience.
