The services that I receive from Griffith medical centre is excellent. Doctors and the staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care.

Went to see a Doctor about some concerns and was told, "I think you would be better off to see another Doctor in a different Medical Centre".

Very poor patient management. Reception giving false promises to a patient, not following up patient requests with a doctor and not calling back when promised, leaving patients in the dark. 1 star is overrated.

Got charged $60 for a telephone call, all about a result I already knew. To top it off the Dr thought he’d use this call to preach about he thought I should live better, according to his beliefs. Get down off your pedestal! Greedy and opinionated, typical man. Avoid this practice if you can.

Excellent, professional and reliable service. When its a matter of your health you obviously would value these superb criteria of Griffith Medical Centre. Friendly doctors, nurses and reception staff on top of very well organised management made this place truly acceptable to the Griffith community. Highly recommended.

Very bad service, never take booked appointments on time. Always have to wait half an hour to one hour with newborn few weeks baby and they dont care.

A great practice that have staff that will go above and beyond for your care. A great range of doctors with high levels of experience who are worth the wait.

They have failed to send through two referrals on two different occasions, both were extremely vital for my health. Not mention the ridiculous wait times and the inability to get in touch with the office.

long waiting time. very unorganised. have to wait 3 hr to see doctor and recently wait 1 hour just to get covid injection. dr service is bad

Tried calling them to set up an appointment and their line was busy tried calling again and again and they never picked up... what kind of medical centre is this?

This place is a joke!! Massive massive wait times and they dont even bother to notify you in advance or even when you get there. I was a first time patient too. Never going back. Dont waste your time with them.

Waste of my time and money, doctor wasn’t listening to what I needed and didn’t get the procedure done. Reception girl was really nice.

4 bookings all at the same soEach patient has to wait in a drs room after waiting 3 hours in the waiting room.. no wonder waiting times are blown out..How is this even allowed..The reception staff are amazing .Id give them a 5..

This is the best medical centre I have been to, the reception staff is very professional courtious ,extremely helpful and very switched on , the nurses are the best, very professional caring and very thorough, the doctors are amazing , very thorough , , I would recommend Griffith medical center to everyone. ,Being a lung patient , the doctors and staff are magnificent, well done and thank youA very happy patient thank you GMCSteven b Hull 😊👍

Honestly its quicker to go to griffith base hospital then here.

Unprofessional . staff told me money will come back to me in the 24hr and up to the weekend still nothing 🙄 going back to my original doctor. This place sucks!

Very slow service. Walk in patients gets served before booked in patients. Booked an appointment prior and didnt see doctor until after 3.5 hours. Wouldnt recommend.

Fitted me in on a public holiday, was a little wait but worth it.

Terrible service Ive had three appointments and have had to wait for 4.5 hours just to be seen no wonder people go to the emergency room its quicker
