Gutta and Sharfi CPA's, P.A. in Palm Beach County

My company’s accounting was handed over to mr. Gutta’s accounting company after our trusted CPA retired about two years ago.My experience was extremely disappointing.The accountant that was assigned out account, Sheryl, is extremely slow at resolving issues and in communicating, sometimes taking weeks to respond to our request for information. Two years in a row they filed an extension to file our taxes without telling us because they couldn’t get their act together.After I terminated our contract with them in January we were astonished to find out that nothing was done to reconcile our QuickBooks online account! When I complained I was assured that things were going to be reconciled. Two months later little to none was done. I tried to complain with the owner of the company only to receive a phone call from the owner asking me not “to bother him”.I couldn’t believe my ears.This is what we get after paying for this company services for two years.
