Just started transferring all my prescriptions to this pharmacy. Great pharmacists here. No complaints whatsoever.

We have tried big chain pharmacies closer to our house, and ultimately drive a bit farther to get great service. We recently called with an urgent need after back surgery. Initially, the pharmacist said it would be ready after 4. We explained our need and she made it all ready within an hour, plus shopped 2 items that wed have had to go inside to get. I so wish we had the young ladys name to thank her directly. Her kindness sure made life a lot easier and will keep us making the drive. Thank you and keep up the great work!

Extremely rude nurses. Wait time is ridiculous. Even with an appointment. When you call your left on hold till phone hangs up.

Skip this H‑E‑B pharmacy and go to the Walgreens across the street. Jasmine was rude at the window. She will not acknowledge you when you pull up. She will continue to work and pretend you are not there. This can’t be H-E-B’s standard of care; Everyone experiences bad days at work, but professionalism and good customer service is not what you will receive at this location.

The staff have been half and half, a few very rude repeatedly and a few consistently kind and caring. This part is scary: I do not appreciate that I’ve been “Red Flagged!” for “pharmacy shopping?” (which I still don’t really grasp their apparently very negative definitionwhen I absolutely Have been pharmacy shopping! Yes! Yes I am!?! I’ve used the app “GoodRx” for years and pricing on prescriptions continually varies from one to another and it seems random though typically Kroger and Heb the lower on price scale. What the hell is going on and what does this ”flag” mean? And why are they trying to scare me into using only 1 pharmacy?? Hopefully someone can shed some logical light here?

Heb pharmacy is my favorite to go to. Their patient counseling is always helpful. They are fast, accurate, helpful and very friendly.

Polite staff and Pharmacists. Good quality medication even for generics.

The brisket selection here is poor never see USDA or Prime1 meats. Never see nice cut steaks... always have to drive to the Pearland parkway for our meats... wish the meat department would step it up here!

This review is about the pharmacists. I have so much respect for them! They have been kind in an area that I have usually been treated unkind and quite cruel (Walgreens! The staff is good for the most part, with an occasional off day but that doesnt take away from the truly amazing people who are the Blackhawk pharmacists.Edit add on:Liz not only took the time to check on me (she always has a kind word and a hugto see how I was, but she also gave me information about things that the Dr never even bothered to give (after 4 years of dealing with recurrences and not finding a root of the issueor didnt even know! So when the Pharmacist is exponentially more intelligent than my specialist I greatly appreciate her!

I called in to get information on past prescription and the lady on the phone was rude. She sounded like she dislikes her job and her tone said it all. I love my HEB but they need to hire people that enjoy their job and posses a positive and nice attitude.

The pharmacy department at this location great. The customer service at this location is nothing short of amazing. I showed up at the pharmacy today at 9:02pm after they had already closed. Instead of sending me on my way, the manager (Robert M.at this location took the time to help me out with out me having to ask him to do so. He took the time to reopen the register to complete my transaction. Even with the inconvenience of having to stay late, he still took the time to explain the medication to me and make sure that all my questions were answered. I will be changing all my prescriptions over to this pharmacy. You just dont find service like this anymore.
