I went to get a haircut, the price list said $60 for long hair, and when my haircut was over, I was charged $80 when I paid the bill because I have long hair. I think this fee is cheating. I give this store a bad review。

27/11/21 went for CURLY PERMANENT PERM and done. First you of all good and looks good after blow dry with some applied product.29/11/21 washed in the 1st time after perm, left as is, but looks pretty much similar to before had’t done perm (1st photo)3/12/21 came again and shown a result to them. They washed my hair immediately and told me “look this is curly when it was wet, just keep like this” (2nd photois anyone can keep your hair a wet at all time?I couldn’t accept the result and asked a refund. But they refused and asked me to leave.After they washing 2 times, look the result still same after getting wet (3rd photo)They told me it is not our fault, your hair fault just leave and talk to my lawyer. They told me u are screaming and obstructing our business, even though I was so kind.How recommendable pro service???I tried to be a kind but sorry Let’s see at fair trading with your CCTV camera video.

This is a great hairdresser. I drive 35 mins from home just to get my hair cut here. Last time, my friend said it was the best haircut shes seen on me (in the 10 years that shes known me). Good value and efficient service. Finally lockdown is over so I can go out of my LGA again to get my hair cut! :)
