Great service from Hatis, all equipment was properly sterilised, her method had minimal pain and the salon was well air conditioned for this hot day. I look forward to trying the other services here!

Amazing service! I had a shellac pedicure done by Abbie and I think it’s one of the best I’ve ever had! She was so polite and thorough and Farah the receptionist was sweet and helpful too. I’ll definitely be coming back here regularly & I highly recommend 💕

I had had a beautiful blowdry last month and all staff was super friendly so decided to try other services. Worst waxing ever! Terrible job done: patches of hair left untouched, wax left everywhere, and I got seriously burnt. Ive been waxing for over 10 years and that was my worst experience by far, that lady has no clue of what shes doing

I have been going to this salon for almost a year. The staff are polite and friendly. I have had my hair coloured and blow dried there several times and been very happy.The big problem is scissor happy Martin who does not listen or care about what you want.I made it very clear to him when we first met that I was growing my hair.So what did he do? He cut well over 3 inches off the length and it took months to grow back.Since then I have not let him cut it, up until a week ago when I asked him to layer the top as it was a bit heavy. He has taken so much off it looks like an 80s mullet. Awful! I will never go back to Hairworks again because of this.My advice is if you dont want anything drastic done and just want a trim do not go to Martin. I am furious with him and for his lack of respect for my wishes.

I had my haircut with Metin today. I was looking for a trim to tidy up the wispy hair ends, so we discussed the desired length of hair thrice before starting the haircut.Despite that I came back with half the length of hair I had gone in with. What was worse - I think Metin realised what he had done so as soon as he finished the haircut he hastily rushed me out of the salon, which felt very odd at the time as I didnt have sufficient time to assess (the damage).I was expecting better based on the reviews, but as you can imagine a bit disappointed with the end result.

Known them for years... so lovely and do an amazing cut n blow dry. My step daughter had her hair dyed aswell and she was over the moon. Amazing . I dont go anywhere else there brilliant xxxx

Where do I begin? Mr Metin has been perming, cutting and washing my hair effortlessly with absolute precision. He is an honest kind man who delivers the best if not the greatest haircut experience a customer can undergo. His lovely assistant Mehtap is such a gentle and caring individual who welcomes you with a warm smile and asks how you are? and general question about the customers life building amazing rapport with the customer. I’ve had the luxury of getting my brows done by Mehtap as well. I would definitely urge and reckoned to whom ever read this review to seriously check these guys out. Always a regular there and will continue to go there as they always deliver an amazing experience. ❤️

I had haircut by a man Mr Martin? I was waiting half an hour then within half an hour my haircut was finished... This man used thinning scissors without asking (and I have thin hairI was left with few pieces hair left on each side of my head, he was chopping like crazy Edward Scissorhands but Edward was very good!!! Everything felt out of shape, undone and without any finish... how I can let him to do this??? I have no idea!!! I was crying all day and next day went for a rescue to a different salon to try make everything even again... it will take ma a year to grow my hair back to the way it was before... !!! Dear Mr never use thinning scissors before you ask the client!!! I hate thinning scissors!!! I still can’t believe it!!! Nightmare! 😭😭😭! I hate hairdressers!!! Honestly will never cut my hair again!!!

I stopped in here after reading the online reviews.I was very happy with the service provided. I opted for a brow shape/thread & tint.Trained myself I usually do these treatments at home but fancied relaxing for a change.I was welcomed gracefully and proceeded to use the washroom which was clean, fresh and brightly lit. (Small step down which the staff made me aware of as I walk with a stick)Then I was invited into the private treatment room. The bed was clean, covered in couch roll and the room well lit. I was consulted regarding the shape and shade I wished to have. The beautician and I had a friendly chat and she also left me peacefully whilst waiting for my development times.The gentleman at the reception was cheerful and polite on my way out also.Ill definitely return as its good value for a great service.😊

It was my first time here and Ada put me totally at ease.I was made to feel so welcome and she was considerate, patient and with a very caring approach. Im quite particular and she took her time and in stages to get it exactly right.I am thrilled with my new cut and wouldnt hesitate to recommend her and the salon. I think she did an exceptional job, all round.Pleased to say Ive found myself a fantastic new hairdesser!Thank you Ada :)

I always go thereIt feels like a familyThey are all professionals and the work they do is really good.Martin does my colour, blow dry and cut.I absolutely love his work.Would try mani- pedi as the lady does a very good job.I tried facial which made me 10 years younger with Roya.Highly recommend.

I came in for a wavy and bouncy blow dry - I showed several images of what I wanted which in essence was a simple wavy blow dry. What I left with was flat straight hair, with so much hairspray used that my hair was just turned to crisp. The hairdresser tried to do a good job but was clearly lacking any form of experience and didnt know how to curl hair in the slightest or which barrel brush to use. Unfortunate as I immediately went home and had to wash to copious amount of product out and restyle myself.

I Walked in to ask for the price of a trim. I found it very confusing that there were three different prices, trim with no wash. Trim and wash but no blowdry. Lastly wash trim and Blowdry. In any professional salon unless you ask otherwise, your hair is always blowdried as part of the service. I asked if my hair was also going to be blowdried and the two ladies that were there laughed at me. Laughed as if what I had said was shocking. They were very rude as I then said why are you laughing and told them I normally go to a walk in hair dressers that do all three services at a better price. She then told me to go to them instead and not come to her salon. Very rude people who do not know how to accommodate or please new customers. No wonder when ever I walk past they are always soo soo empty. This was on a Saturday mid day!

THE BEST HAIRDRESSERS EVER!!!! I moved places many times. Now I live in Maidenhead. Hair Works is the place I will return to, no matter how far I live. The staff is very kind, Mr Martin has got a great imagination. After a lovely professional touch my hair never looked better!

Really Bad Experience EverUnfortunately was the worst experience I never had... I shown a couple of pics to the hairdresser how I wanted my hair... Instead of looking as Natalie Portman, I looked like a yellow post-it. He told me he would do highlight & colour to lift correctly the colours but finally he did highlight and oxidant. That destroyed and burned my healthy hair and scalp what I didnt touch for 3 years... This saloon was recommended by Wahanda. Im really disappointed by my naivety to trust these.The saloon doesnt look good, towels used, the hairdresser wasnt professional enough to make people comfortable.

I had a cut and blow dry at a very reasonable price, £32. The owner is very sweet and professional. Overall, I recommend this salon. It was great to have such good service and not have to pay a small fortune for it.

The staff were polite and friendly. I am very happy with my pedicure and the treatment was very relaxing. I was even treated to a cup of tea and a chocolate biscuit! Would definitely return and recommend to others.

I started going ot Hairworks a number of years ago and have always found them welcoming and friendly. As a 40+ man I havent got a lot of hair so my visits are blissfully quick and they are perfect for my requirements. For those needing nails done or tanning then this is also now available and of course Ladies are welcome. Prices are good too. This is a family run hairdresser and i urge you to take a look if you are in Hammersmith.
