Recently moving all services online, the process is seamless with just a few email exchanges and uploading documents in a timely manner. Ive worked with Chris Hall and his team for over a decade and they have always been extremely professional in their dealings and advice. We recently went through some significant internal company restructuring and they gave great counsel throughout (and continue to do so). In fact, the more complex the matter the more you appreciate what they do (quiet nod to Venetta and Grace here :-)). In reading some earlier "less star" reviews my POV is that if you want to discuss fees then just ask" .. and as for audit insurance .... then this too is optional . . . and you cant blame your accountant for the fact that the ATO may indeed audit you. Thats life. Its like saying Im scared about life insurance or getting a proper will made because it makes me think of my own mortality. Keep up the good work HCG !

Hall Consulting is a highly professional company with advanced expertise, suited to high end business people. Their fees, in my opinion, reflect their superb and thorough knowledge and delivery of services. Quality can cost a little more. Highly recommend Hall’s team. Staffs there are very professional and friendly. Some of them also can speak Mandarin and Cantonese. The way they explain the tax matters are so easy to understand. Also the advice from them always give you forward thinking to prevent the issues in advance.

Sadly this company took my overly trusting girlfriend for over $8k per year in fees until I luckily saw a $680 monthly bill on her desk. She now uses my accountant who charges $120 per qtr for lodging BAS and $550 for yearly businss tax return. They also had her paying "Audit Insurance" whilst constantly putting her in a state of fear that shed be audited. Shame on you Hall Consulting.
