Weve worked with Hall Signs several times over the past few years and keep coming back. Everything from initial quotes to the finished product is handled professionally. My CSR Christine is very knowledgeable and easy to deal with even, when I need big orders requoted multiple times. Ive worked with larger signs companies in the past, but, Hall Signs has become my primary supplier.

People are in positions that they are not fully capable of performing. Management terminates good employees via phone calls rather than face to face to avoid confrontation.

I would highly recommend Hall Signs to anyone looking for sign blanks! Their products are of excellent quality and priced affordably. Their customer service is exceptional. I recently had an issue with one of my orders, and Amanda went above and beyond to make it right. The signs were ordered several months ago and had been sitting in my craft room in the unopened box. I didnt need them until recently and when I opened the box a few of the sign blanks were warped/bent. I left a less than stellar review on their website and also sent them a message. I really didnt expect to get anything but an acknowledgement from them. Especially since the signs had been sitting for months in my house. I received an email back the next business day from Amanda. She went above and beyond to make the situation right. I was completely shocked when she said she was shipping me replacement blanks at no charge. It seems customer service has all been forgotten with many business today. Hall Signs and their customer service representative Amanda, proved that statement wrong! Because of Amanda, Hall Signs will remain my "go-to" for all my sign blanks!

We have ordered hundreds of sign blanks. Of all sorts of shapes and sizes with different radius corners and different hole orientations. You cant beat the quality for the price, especially these days. You can tell by how upbeat, friendly and helpful the staff is they are a great American company. I do have a favorite though that I always ask for. Thats Amanda Mundy. She is always going above and beyond to expedite not just orders but information from the suppliers or shippers or other departments within Hall Signs. Good service, friendly people but I was really disappointed in the reflective blue street sign blanks I got. Apparently they need to sharpen their shears and corner-rounders. My blanks had rough edges and were not really clean cut. I understand that some materials are more difficult to cut than others, but hard to explain to the customer.

I have a private road in Brown County and its on the map for my county. But due to terrain, my road is very hard to fine. It contacted our local DOT found that private roads are blue. Hall signs knew the exact dimensions needed and made me a road sign, and I was able the buy the post, and the hanger and the sign its self was made perfect. It is very professional. And the price was very reasonable. Im so glad I found this company.

Sycamore Knolls Neighborhood Association bought 28 street sign toppers and brackets, with the help of a city grant and generous neighborhood donors. From the first step of contacting Hall Signs, Levi Dalton and others helped me (as president of the associationchoose a design, choose a color, etc., decide which way I wanted each topper to face, send me a specific bill that included how much the city grant would cover and how much we, SKNA, would cover. With each step until the finished project, Levi helped me, worked with me, changed out some of the brackets to accommodate me, even told me I "had a screw loose," (JUST KIDDING!- number of screws error! and was every bit as happy as I was to know of the successful completion of the project. I bought two street name blades to decorate my living room. They were amazing every step of the way, even when I asked for more than one color option on the layout. The blades came exactly when they said they would, and they look amazing! I cant wait to hang them up!

My company sent over sheet to get prices for material for a job several day before deadline and they drop the ball. When I followed up with the sale person Ms. Wilson, a couple days after sending this list Ms. Wilson assured me she was working on this and will get me the quote over before the deadline. DID NOT HAPPEN! Instead, the day the quote was due Ms Wilson emailed me 26 pages of the 2016 price list from Halls catalog that had little - to no reference to us to work from and on top of that most of the items had "Call for Pricing" = Really! ?!?!Just remember Hall Signs and Ms. Wilson, Customers are the $$$ source of any business and over time you will be down to zero customers/out of business. So what ever it was Ms. Wilson that you found more important then us the customer, Keep it up and you & Hall signs will become a statistic.
