patient for 20 years ,never had problem ,i made appointment saturday for monday ,they booked me for tuesday ,not happy with the new receptions ,the old group was much better ,the doctors are good, maybe time find a new doctor

I just booked an appointment at this clinic. They took down my details as a new patient and asked me to come at 10:30 am on 29/07. I drove to this clinic and they told me that you are a new patient and we are fully booked. Ridiculous customer service. They dont know what they are doing

I really appreciate Dr. Albert Ho for his skill, wisdom, thoroughness, and taking time to explain things clearly. Running a bit late is the sign of a good doctor who cares 😉 Definitely going to go back.

All staff/drs are amazing from the front desk to the nurses to the pharmacy staff all are kind and caring.

Would not recommend Dr Linda Liu. Horrible experience - didn’t listen and completely rude. Very judgemental and harsh, left the clinic feeling worse than when I came in.

I had Dr Sam today as I have just fallen pregnant and needed to book in ultra sound appointments. We went there excited about what was to come. Our appointment was at 3.15 and we didnt get seen till 3.45 as they were running late. She brought us in and when I told her the news she said oh its an unplanned pregnancy and tried to rush us through the appointment not listening to what we had to say I said I had some bloating and light cramping which she said was abdominal pain made me lie down and dug her fingers in so hard to my lower abdomen and sent me to the hospital saying I may have an ectopic pregnancy at 4 weeks. She gave no actual referral for blood tests or scans and clearly wanted us out asap as the clinic was meant to close at 4. I left to go to the hospital in tears. Dandenong hospital was amazing they saw me straight away and after listening told me they dont think there is anything to be worried about but referred me for bloods and an ultrasound as the ultrasound was not open at the time and recommended a new gp they mentioned ectopic pregnancys happen around 6 weeks and checked for abdominal pain aswell which they confirmed it was just light cramping. They were shocked she didnt give us a referral either. It made a happy experience so daunting I highly recommend going elsewhere.

It has always been the families and friends favourite place to visit when we dont feel well. The staff and the Medical staff are always helpful and go out if their way to assist us if we need extra hand.

DO NOT BOOK Dr Linda Liu. Told my wife to book with another doctor because her time is up and wasnt keen on hearing on the problem. She is right, dont book with her.

Had my first Pfizer vaccine shot here, the medical staff were very thorough making sure I understood all possible side effects from both shots, and what effect I need to go to hospital if they appear, the doctors made sure all patients getting the vaccination were comfortable and took all the appropriate action for people who have fainted from past needles, or other conditions. Honestly exceptional work from the staff.

I went this place few times long time ago but too long waiting period so I stopped going.And then I decided to go again but when I read reviews change my mind.(that mean reviews important)On reviews people mostly complain about service and waiting period.So that means after I stopped going this place nothing change.If they cannot make basic appointment system or their reception system and people waiting too long how they can fix our problem?Last 6 years I went to dentist and doctors also overseas many times and never wait even a minute plus I went in earlier then my appointment time.Overseas you wait only if you go without appointment.If a doctor giving us appointment time 10.30 we have to be in 10.30 not 11.30.If we going to see doctor 11.30 why they dont give appointment 11.30?Why giving 10.30 and make us waiting one hour? If as a clinic you cant even fix this basic problem how you going to fix patients problems. How many patience going just one clinic a day and all of them waiting 1 hour.

Good practice. I’d try to stick to one doctor that you like if you can find one. The reception staff vary, some are fantastic and really try to help, whilst other couldn’t care less. Aside from that all the services a good... I’ve used the pathology, optometrist and pharmacy. It’s good that it is all under one roof!

I cannot recommend this practice l made an appt for physio l came on time and checked into reception. They had called another lady in saying l didnt come in, my appt was already 18 mins late and they sent her in first. When l asked reception why l was asked if l had checked in, in a manner that was suggesting l was to blame, then l was lied to and told she had an appt before mine which was not so as the patient had told me she was called in

The doctors and nurses are lovely and attentive. Very knowledgeable and patient. Not long wait times - most doctors are punctual. Reception staff seem lazy and socialise more than they like to help but thankfully I am not there to see them.

Went to family practice as I had a serious burn And they gave me ice it ended up ripping my skin off not happy at all

these are not good people or good doctors. there fake and push u out the door so fast. Dr cassells is a a disgrace and should hold her head in shame. Lack of duty of care.

This review is about the reception and I dont have any complaints about the GPs I visit. I am visiting HFP for years and the receptionists were friendly. But it has been changed recently as I had not so plesent experiences with some of the receptionists recently. As an instant the staff on the phone lacked basic customer service skills and then hung up on me without letting me to ask about COVID protocol. I was very dissapointed and not sure if I should continue visiting HFP.

My partner has MS and we both trust the doctors, who take the time to focus on you.We recommend to all.

Great receptionists that will do their best to accomodate you. The doctors and facilities on site will cover most health needs. You always leave feeling cared for.

I have a great DOCTOR who listens,to all my medical issues and always reassures me on health topics i ask .Dr Toai Phan Is a great medical professional.

I have been coming to this practice for years, I did however stop because of the reception staff and it was really unfortunate because my doctor was really good. The reception staff can’t get off the phone quick enough and have absolutely no patience at all. This is confusing because once your in the clinic they are socially talking amongst each other and continue to when you check in, they hardly ever greet you first.They do not listen to your needs and communicate with each other when you’ve requested documentation or information from your doctor. After today I’ve just had enough, I called up to reschedule my appointment and asked for my doctors availability for the week and before I could choose a date the receptionist hung up on me. I’m appalled at the lack of patient care here.

Doctors here are friendly and patient. The staff is courteous and friendly too. Getting the appointment is easy generally and doesn’t have long waiting times. Not all docs are gr8 but One of my fav GP here is Dr. Maneesha Kumaranyake.

Long wait times (not unusual for any GP placebut the doctors are friendly, helpful and never rush you.

You can always get an appointment (use the HotDoc appand the staff are very friendly and courteous. Have never had a bad experience here.

So disappointed with the service received today. Came in for an appointment, was attended by a doctor then asked for a sample. Went to use the toliet was locked, knocked on the door to no answer, went to reception was told their was no working water and I could try the other one or the one near pathology and walked to both in pain to find both locked and no one in there. Went back to reception was told that none of the toliets were working and I would have to walk to KFC down the road to give my sample, my response was maybe you should put a sign on the door to advise your patients like any smart individual would do. Safe to say this service was disgusting and unprofessional from a medical clinic to give to patients non working toilets and not advising their patients. You should be disgusted in yourself as a medical clinic. If I could rate lower I would

A Review was made in Error by me. My apologies to Google and Especially to the Hallam family practice and the Doctors. Every single Doctors have been great Especially Dr Maneesha and Dr Micut that I have been seeing for years. I have no issue as the Doctors have provided the best of Care.

Good place if you have a flu or cold symptoms but avoid for anything more serious especially to do with broken bones. We weren’t there and promptly had an X-ray done of the hand which was good, then the doctor looked at the X-ray and said there is a small break and suggested a slint for the finger and to come back in a few weeks. We did so but couldn’t get the same doctor the next doctor then asked us what we would like to do with the broken finger moving forward... Aren’t they supposed to tell us that? We went to dandenong hospital a week later as it was still very sore and swollen. The doctor took one look and said it’s broken in 3 places and there is not much to do because it wasn’t treated correctly at the very start. We certainly learnt our lesson.

I have been going here since I was a child - very smart and knowledgeable doctors. Over the past years Ive seen Linda Liu, Dimalka Dias (when she was currentand now Danielle Hume. Highly recommended.

Have been going here for 10 years because its close, and there is a chemist, pathologist on site. Very handy. But..please hire better reception staff!!! I dont enjoy coming here, solely because of them, they are always abrupt and very rude. Even when I came in with a newborn (only 3 weeks oldto check his breathing, the receptionist was so rude telling me I had to rebook an appointment under the baby, (who didnt even have a medicare card yetand kept asking me who is the appointment for. So inconsiderate, so rude. All of them. I keep hoping I get attended to by a nice one, but nope, each time I come in they have attitude. Please hire new, friendly staff, it makes a huge difference to your customers.

40 odd years of loyal patronage to the principal clinician at this practice only to be left out in the cold when we needed it most! No house calls, no phone calls, no how are you going, no nothing. Last words in the surgery were to my father at diagnosis was "you have cancer - go home and be happy". Forty years patient doctor/relationship meant absolutely nothing in the end...my father died and my mum did not even receive so much as a bereavement call. Money comes before care and compassion at this practice that is for sure. Very sad, and very disappointed that such a long journey pretty much ended this way. Suffice to say, we promptly found another doctor for mum who has been nothing short of lovely!

The doctors there are second to none. They will send you for whatever test they need to make an accurate diagnosis, they are very caring and have a great bedside manner. The girls at the desk are alot of fun. I have been seeing Dr Cong Phan for over 30 years. Highly recommended 👌

Great medical centre however for a better service I suggest you stick with the one doctor who you can see regularly,.

As I am waiting here for my young kid. Who is only 9 year old. He is going through a gastro pain. Before the clinic use to take care of young kids but not anymore. Worst GP i have never seen in my life. I needed pre pregnancy test because I am planning for baby. The doctor asked lots of question and found out I have been to other clinc, so she keep asked me go back to the clinc I have been to for all these pre pregnancy and rush me out for the appointment. Unbelievable....I am speechless, wasted my time....

Its Sunday 12 pm my 4 year old boy was in a lot of pain and hasnt eaten all morning as soon as i walked in i was approached by a lady at the counter and straight away she said its by appointment only, i said its not for me its for the little boy he has fever and very tired.I told her that i was happy to wait so the Doctor can give him anti biotic.She said sorry take him to the Hospital.The experience i Had at what you call FAMILY Practice no were near what you represent the name FAMILY PRACTICE does not suit your business.
