Rick quickly got me up and moving around. The stretches and exercises I still use to keep me flexible. The shoes inserts that were made are great quality and work very well!

This was the best physical therapy experience Ive ever had. One month with Dr Gahman and I can use my knee like a normal person again. I appreciated the personal attention and the ability to work with my odd work schedule. Everyone was super friendly in the office as well. Thank you for everything!

This will be my third body part in the last fifteen years that Ive needed physical therapy for and I cant be more pleased from the results after working with Rick. While taking your pain into consideration he will stretch , ice,heat ....whatever your injury is he will make your experience painless as possible while feeling improvement with every visit.... Dr. Gahman has helped me out a ton after significantly hurting my shoulder at the gym. The treatments and exercises he had me do made my shoulder recover quickly. The staff is very friendly also.

Dr Rich and his staff are terrific. I was looking for a small personal experience to help, coach, and encourage me with the rehab of two new knees. I found that and more! I feel the progress I made over three months was what many will tell you to expect after six months. Rich knows his stuff! He started me on an exercise routine and gradually and patiently made it more challenging as he watched me progress. Thank you Rich!

This has been my best experience ever with head neck and jaw pain therapy! Richard is exceptional!! The whole facility and staff make it very conducive to a relaxing environment. Richard is very skilled and taught me many exercises and my pain level is now a 0-1. The therapy he provided was in a very relaxing professional atmosphere and I looked forward to going to every session. I highly recommend Hands On PT!

Dr. Gahman really helped me last year. I was having neck/scap/trap/shoulder/lat pain on the left side. Dr. Gahman did his initial assessment and determined that PT was not going to help at that point. He immediately referred me to a pain specialist because I couldn’t sleep more than 1-2 hours at a time and only in a recliner. I had an MRI done and they found a disc herniation between C5 & C6. Later I ended up getting an epidural in my neck and I was able to avoid surgery after months of rest, stretching, and PT. I really appreciate his quick action and can’t thank him enough. He could have put me through months of PT but instead directed me to someone in his professional network right away. Not being able to sleep completely horizontal or workout for months, and constantly being in pain is horrible, but because of his actions I got the right care as soon as possible, and after 6 months from the injury I was able to workout without pain. I can’t thank him enough. No surgery and back to a normal active life within 6 months after such a severe injury.

Dr. Gahman and his staff were extremely knowledgeable and friendly when it came to my care. He got me back on my feet after my snowboarding accident at Killington Mountain.

The staff is friendly and helpful...always greeted with a smile. The therapist defines the business name with personal care, attention to details, and excellent professional therapy.Physical therapy that works to put me back into my best life again... excellent!!

Excellent staff, I had Dr Gahman who Id recommend to anyone. Ive been to other physical therepy offices but this is Berks Counties premier facility in my opinion. Very knowledgeable and thorough about treatment being used. Check them out, they offer mamy services beyond just whats offered in the office.
