Very pathetic dr asha hans someone recomended me about her in first she was very polite & frendly but aftr few days she started to ask me to go for ivf and made me to go through unneccessarry tests and therapy. After apending thousands of rupees on a name of treatment. When all of my reports were ok she got panic and started misbehaving with me. Asked me to get all my previous reports and called me on 15th july 22 at 10 am as she wanted to go through reports and have a discussion with another Dr. So i reached there on rime and she made me wait for more than 2 hours & after requesting her she came & misbehaved for no reason and after asking her to go through my reports she threw them away and asked me to wait another 2 hours. This is how she behaves and when asked her why did you call me if you dont have a time then she started yelling me that i have another paitent to check either wait ok r leave. Its so called cheritable as you have to pay for every single visit even if you are going on a same day in always force to make payment in cash instead of upi or credit or debit card.Dont waste your time and and money.

This is charitable hospital because here patients have to do charity before leaving the hospital.during delivery after paying the bill of 51k nurse came with list of various medical items which patient need to buy and give to the nurse. This charity is compulsory otherwise staff dont let u go. Hospital never tell u about this charity at starting day, nurse tell u this at very last day.hospital disclose this at end.this is called cheating. I was patient since from starting but staff deliberately hide this from patient n disclose at the end dayTHhHHhhHh

Horrible services. Doctors and staff is extremely rude. Doctors are unprofessional, don’t come on time, they keep you waiting for hours. I took appointment for Dr Rohit Jain, he was supposed to reach at 3.30 but we had to wait till 5 and the Doctor Hardly gave us 2 minutes consultation time after charging 500 rupees.Not suggested

Hi,My wife is expecting and visited to your hospital. Initially when we visited we found it better but later on we started getting confused with the procedures and other things.I have few queries which I would really appreciate if anyone from the management of the owner replies to.My Queries are like:1.) On the website the doctors (Gynecologistare different wherein you won’t find anyone out of them in the hospital.2.) At the time of appointment when asked for Dr. Asha Hans, It’s being said that yes she is available & book the appointment on her name. Wherein when we visit the hospital she is never available and some other doctor meets you.3.) When you go for the first time they charge the consultancy fee which is Rs. 300/- that looks fine. However, When you make the file for that patient you again charge Rs 500/-.4.) On every visit you do the sugar, weight, BP and Hemoglobin test for which you charge Rs. 500/-. And if we have the test done already you ask for Rs. 300/- as the consultancy fee.5.) If every time we have to pay the consultancy fee then why then why did you charge for the file making. And if this is the case, I could have taken the appointment everytime and see the doctor as it’s better to pay 300 instead of paying 500 when that file is actually useless nothing is there is that file only the same reports details are mentioned which we are showing them seperatly.6.) And, if the doctor is calling you every alternative day, you do the test again and ask for Rs. 500/- why that is so?7.) Moreover to this, for ultra sound your charges are much higher than the other hospital wherein your hospital is the charitable hospital.8.) In-fact, if we compare other charges also, they are comparatively higher than the other hospitals where in it should be lesser as it’s a charitable hospital.Don’t you think that just adding the name “Charitable” in the hospital name is just a source of making people fool?People will start losing trust in you as I lost it.We only met Dr. Asha Hans at my first visit after that they book the appointment with her but she is never available. We meet some other doctor. Were not saying that the other doctor is not good but my concern is when Were taking appointment with Dr. Asha Hans and paying for that why they don’t tell the truth.I’ll be waiting for a response.

It is the worst hospital in whole Delhi even worse than Government hospitals . My wife has severe backpain. I had taken appointment of 2 pm of Dr. Jatin Hans on 1/1/22. I waited till 4 pm but nobody cared about it. Meantime I saw one accidental case came nobody cared. Finally the injured persons relative took him to another hospital . When I asked staff that I had been waiting from 2 hours when will the doctor see my wife no satisfactory answer came moreover staff is so irresponsible. Finally I had to cancel my appointment. Dont believe in fake reviews. I strongly recommend please dont go to this hospital.

Dr Asha is best gynaecologist. My wife treatment is going here and we have visited here multiple times, she’s very experienced and always take care of her patients and make sure that there’s no chances of risk in pregnancy. I am visting this hospital for my dental concerns, this review is for Dr.Neha Hans who has been helping me with all dental problems. Its been years that I am visting her all my dental concerns and she handles with utmost expertise and patience. Cleanliness, hygiene is maintained at best. Must visit her for any dental problem.

Dr. Asha hans is very soft spoken and experienced doctor but the staff there is not very friendly. They have a poor management. You have to wait for your number for 2-3 hours even after that staff doesnt respond to you in a good way except the nurse molly.

I had to do a laboratory test and surprisingly the whole stuff the reception, the lab specialist and even the doctor were acting rudely and in a very sarcastic way for asking for a specific test , the worst part was when me and my husband went to the doctor to guide us , he in a very rude way was asking sarcastic questions and at the end he gave us his back and told us to go to gayna means “ gynecologist “ . Never ever I will deal with this place .

If ur hospital has already charged 4 d medicine in bill around 10000 n every other charges in the bill and make bill of rs 50000 then on discharge day she brings the list of medicines nd other things which cost 4500. What is this.

Very bad experience .first there charges are very high .but its ok .2nd thing they are not professional .they give appointment to you and said ur work is done by dr in duty .and Dr on duty denied to perform your work and your particular dr will do this work .if you cant able to do work then why you give appointment .bhad m jao ..

The experience at the Hans Hospital was very good..Doctors and Nurses were very co-operative and caring...Special thanks to Dr. Asha Hans🙏. My wife’s First delivery was c-section but only due to Dr. Asha Hans normal delivery possible after c-section and now everything is normal..I’m So happy...😊🥳

No Humanity... Theif doctors... Please dont put life of your dear ones in danger by visiting this hospital specailly at the night time when there is any emergency... The doctor which is present there in the night doesnt know how to talk to the attendants... He is having zero knowledge/understanding about medical procedures/first aid but always sits like a boss since there are no good medical professional doctors present in the night. He considers himself to be a king doctor in the night... So please dont ever visit this place in the night !! (P.S dont know about the daytime experience since i didnt feel like going to this stupid hospital after having horrible experience in the night)

Very poor service. When I asked my call they said next is your turn and took so much time. When I again asked about my turn. One of their worker or assistant said- "Emergency agai 3-4 vo log double pay kar ke gae to kya kar sakte hai ab hm". How they make fool other people. Such a very very badest experience ever.Dr. Asha is good but their staff nd their management is really really poor.

I had severe toothache the whole night. Next day I visited Hans Hospital for my treatment. Dr Neha Hans did my RCT in a single sitting. Nd I was fine the next day nd eating everything. Thanku mam .

Worst experience ever. Doctors are not professional. And it seems like every patient has to take x-ray , like a target given to salesman. They let the patient , coming for covid testing , with the others wait together. Very careless, staff are roaming around with dirty shoes.

Doctors behavior is not friendly. He was behaving as if someone came to treat him for free.This is just a charitable name, the fees are even higher here.Dont visit for Dr Jatin Hans (orthopedicans Dr D K Singh (MD, Medicine)Do not go at all for Dr. DK Singh.

First of all reception staff is ignorant. Until unless you speak 3 4 times they dont bother. Even they get irritated if any relevant question being asked to them.Secondly the doctor. He was so ignorant of my medical issues n even didnt listen to me. I Showed him my blood n urine reports he threw them n said farzi h.Reports Prima facai showing typhoid thyroid lever infection n urine infection but he dont bother n said all are farzi coz reports were not of his hospital lab.he just took my 3-4 mints n wrote some tests n medicines n said over.. Then I asked their hospital for cost of these tests, they said 4400 for 2 test. How can a charitable hospital charge so much plus 300 visiting fee .Then immediately I visited another hospital coz my medical issue was not sorted even a bit. There I got better treatment n all my issues sorted.Such a bad culture of hospital.I felt doctor was sitting just to collect money n not keen to see patient responsibly.I dont recommend to go to this hospital to anyone

Dr Asha Hans is the angel for all the women who visit her for their personal problems. She’s vast experience with no greed for money. She never sounds complicated for any of your queries. Don’t look for fancy things there, but best result is guaranteed!

Dr P C Rustagi , ENT Surgeon is quite efficient and experienced . He was able to find the root cause of the problem in first visit and his treatment was very helpful for me. This hospital is providing treatment at much lesser cost than private hospitals

The worst experience ! This doesnt even deserve 1 star 😏#The receptionist is rude to the patients.#Doctors will prescribe you the most expensive medicine you would ever have for fever/any infections.#They will scare you first and then suggest you all the unnecessary tests which are expensive enough as compared to other labs .Its not charitable at all.They will charge you around ₹300-₹400 for a slip. And you will have to apply for a fresh slip even if you are visiting them after 3days.I have got a mild stomach infection but they suggest me to go through some urgent tests costing ₹4500. Well, I stepped out of the hospital immediately😂 and I improved a lot after taking 3days of antibiotics.
