Hardee's in Cerro Gordo County

Not a bad location at all and the food was excellent

Got to be one of the BEST HARDEES ON OUR TRIP ACROSS THE USA AND BACK TO NORTH CAROLINA .FOOD..WONDERFUL STAFF..AND CLEAN..AMERICA NEEDS MORE OF THIS.

The food is good and fresh and the workers are friendly. The bathrooms are very clean! Thank you Bruce!

They are only open 6am to 2pm. :(

Guessing this one wont be open for much longer. Food is fine, but they arent consistently open and the service is passable at best unless the manager is actually behind the counter himself.

The owner was hands on training a new employee. He greeted every person coming in and checked in during the meal.

Great Hardees, the owner really cares about his customers and the quality of the food. This is definitely one of the best!

I have never been unsatisfied with Hardees food. The fact that they continuously create and sell new burgers is nice as it means part of their menu is costantly changing. And theyre always delicious.

Cheaper than Garner for the same exact food!!!!

Not open. They are never open. The sign on the door says "drive thru only" but then they have placed a bunch of cones and barricaded off the drive thru...

My only suggestion is to have outdoor garbage available

Weird that their hours are only 6-2 but no one wants to work anymore. Overall though great customer service and polite staff. Not too bad of a wait in a full drive thru either.

Closes at 2pm and doesnt bother to update their hours on any website. Why waste peoples time coming to the restaurant when the owner could post the correct hours? Good way to make people never want to come back.

Always a great experience at this family owned franchise. Have never had a poor experience here. Owner cares about their customers and ensures that they get friendlyservice with good food and a clean atmoshphere. This location is still under limited hours due to staffing issues so unless you are going for breakfast or lunch, this wont be an option. Hopefully they are able to be open later hours soon.

The store is only a couple blocks from the Econo Lodge motel which was convenient for us....the staff was superbly friendly and fast....unknown customers came in and visited with us. Regulars, and first timers were greeted equally. The food was delicious..sure glad we came....

Corporate wont pay the workers enough, so theyre understaffed to the point of drastically reduced hours. If theyre open by some miracle, expect to wait in line.

Although its only drive through, its still amazing. The food was hot and fresh and the customer service was excellent. Definitely recommend.

Went to this store today at noon for lunch. Noticed you are only open til 2pm. I applied for a job at this location and never received a call for an interview. Thats surprising to me when it looks like you need the help! And I am more than qualified. Well anyways. I wanted to try the new hand breaded chicken sandwich. It looked amazing I was really excited to try it. I opened my box and was very disappointed! The chicken that was on my bun barely took up half the bun. For a meal that costs almost 10$ I figured I would get chicken that covers the whole bun. Like the old chicken. Overall very disappointed

Its always so fresh and its also a great place to have a nice meal and good people

They let me order lunch when breakfast was still being served and the sandwiches were on fresh buns not dried out like other places in town are. Fast and friendly people.

Confusion on my part. Ordered at the window, not the board. Then the worker misunderstood part of the order. In a short end we received what we wanted. Customer satisfied and will gladly return many times.

Got my beyond sausage biscuits no butter and omg they were so good. My order was correct biscuits fresh and hot , also my sausage was not over done like other locations I have gotten from. Customer service was just as well A+ in my book

Went to Hardees in Mason City. And I had a nice lunch. Ever since the one closed in Forest City weve missed it. Food still tastes pretty much the same as it did in Forest City. Which was a nice change.

I was given this place at 3 but Im giving it a for because Ive got some new staff than they seem a lot nicer and lot happier disturb you friendly staff is always helpful thing

I love Hardees I love their croissant sandwiches but sometimes I dont like him cuz they squish him down that used to be really big and nice and fluffy with lots of meat on them and it seems like its just barely any meat and a little cheese what happened to the economy I miss 1985

The ultimate omelette biscuit is so yummy! I brought a cinnamon raisin biscuit home for later and it was even yummier than I remember. I was not one bit disappointed. The service was exceptional!

Excellent food. Wish menu was just a tad less expensive. Also wish the drive through was a little bit faster at times but I do like that the food is made to order. Worth the wait usually.

Came in later in the evening after doing a small garden project. Food was hot and fresh. There were 4 people in our group and everything was cooked to order.Nice clean open dining area and self-serve beverage bar with lots of options.We did not order the chicken strips this time but weve had them before and they were very good. Onion rings or curly fries are always a good option at Hardees.Would recommend if you live in the area or just passing through.

I was about to order a normal burger but the lady said she cant attend to me because Im black and she was only serving breakfast.What she said didnt affect me but the fact that she gave another person the same burger, I was about to order hurt me. Dont get me wrong, I dont care about the race stuff.Her decision and stupidity about the food was like that of a child. I wonder what kind of people Hardees hire nowadays. There is a kind of professionalism (hospitality), you give someone and you keep personal issues away.I would give a 0.1 star if that was available. If you want to be attended to in a bad way, please go here. Im sure you would like it.

Food was hot and fast but had the worst service yet and the floor mats at the entrance are a hazard. Their a trip/fall hazard especially with elderly having coffee there in the mornings.

Every time I stop at the Hardees in Mason city I am treated like royalty I truly love this establishment and the way they are so prompt and always willing to make my sandwich fresh and the way I like it five stars for Hardees in Mason city Bruce you been doing something right for many years keep doing it thank you

Went thru drive thru. Really quick foe being lunch hour. Looks great.

The food is consistently good. This Hardees is a meeting place for neighborhood retirees. Drive-thru lines sometimes seem unreasonably long. Ask for the 10% senior discount if you qualify - 55 or over.
