Food was good, and the service was great!

great food, great atmosphere, great staff.. Logan, Michael and Elizabeth are great! Fast food, hot food and wonderful service. Oh and ice cream is fantastic. 👀💯

So hubby took us to eat on Sunday morning/afternoon. We decided on Hardees. I just want to give props to the only 2 ladies working. The cook and the CSR, I wish I had gotten their names. It was hot in the dining area but the CSR mood was friendly, pleasant and she had a smile on her face. She Apologized profusely to us customers bout the wait. The poor girl was running herself ragged that she got dizzy. Hubby asked her to slow down that we all understood. She didnt need to faint on the job. He stood up there for awhile , just telling her to breathe. Great job ladies

If I could give 0 stars I would!! This Hardees has to be one of the worst restaurants in Warsaw. My husband and I waited for an hour for the manager. Just so we could ask one question. The guy taking our order walked away right in the middle to get the manager and never came back. We paid for 2 combos and and didnt get them. $20 for nothing. STAY AWAY!!

So when we went to hardees nobody was working inside and we saw a lady and she was working at the drive through and when we went there the machines were broken so we pulled up to the window and when we did that we waited 10 minutes or more because the lady wasnt there anymore so we pulled up and she was there the inside of this hardees looked very dirty and we waited a very long time for our food which the food tasted decent but the last time I went here the place was clean and the food was tasty I give this three stars.

Drive thru speaker broke so I pulled up to the window as the sign instructed. Watched a car pull away in front of me while a car was behind me. I look in the window to find no one behind the counter. Had to physically knock on the window and a lady eventually came out chewing something . She opens the window with a mean "can I help you?" I say yes I want just a ham and cheese sandwich. She angrily pokes my order in, I get my food and drive away. Pretty sure the car that pulled off got no service and the car behind me got more bad service.

Good food , but store is very run down . Drive thru speaker hasnt worked in months . Very old oil used in deep fryer . Going down hill very fast !

Short staffed but they do the best they can under the circumstances. Food is very good

The place is a mess it stinks theirs mold in the soda machines food is disgusting and tastes like freezer burned food makes me sick every time I eat there employees are all disgusting and needs to be replaced this place needs to be shut down

General manager is senile. Assistant manager seemed high off herion. Food was undercooked. Bathrooms was filthy. High unsatisfied and dont recommend. Now I gotta go be seen for diseases.

I understand being short staffed. But, to hand out orders after the order that I made is not cool. To get orders out faster, more experienced employees should help out.

Food was fresh but it took a really long time and drive threw is messed up from previous fire.

It was lunchtime and although nobody was inside the lobby it took nearly 20 minutes to get 2 value meals. The food was great, hot and decently priced but we didnt have time to finish it because we had a doctor appointment and it took so long to get our food!

There were employees being a nuisance in front of a dining room full of customers, arguing and being loud from behind counter to someone sitting down in dining area, Manager was not doing anything about it.

Waited at front cashier for 3 minutes and was not even acknowledged by anyone working there. Walked out and went to Wendys instead...

I love the Frisco burgers so thats why the 4 stars. Just like any other fast food place. They aint so fast anymore! 25 minutes good 2 meals.

The store is super dirty and the food the last two time Ive gotten was missing ingredients or whole items of the order and when we try to have a fixed were retreating very rudely. Staff is too under paid to care about anything. The store is on its way out.

Rude, unprofessional staff, bad food, dirty outside and in. They close and open at random times and the parking lot has crater sized potholes and the drivethru speaker doesnt even work. I dont know how they are still open after all these years. The owner should be ashamed.

Went through the drive thru which didnt work. Proceeded to wait 25 minutes to even order (I was blocked in). I witnessed an employee screaming and yelling. What appeared to be a manager sit out side and chain smoke. Then she went inside and pretended to do paper work while glancing over at us about every 20 second. Ignoring us then the same employee that was screaming finally took out order. We ordered fries and were told they were out but the had hash rounds. Id really rate this experience 0/5 stars if I could.

Place ordered, then found out that that they didnt have what I ordered. Switched order. Made wrong ugg. Had to remake it. And the family that was there before we got our order in was still waiting for there sandwiches 3 of them for over 30 minutes. I dont plan on going back to that place at all this next year. Worst service ever.

Set in line for 25 minutes ordered took another 10 minutes then get home and no hashbrowns. How would you feel its not worth the 20 minutes drive back to get them.. atheist there saving food an making money..thus is at warsaw Indiana

Arrived to breakfast at the warsaw Indiana location. The cashier that took our order spent the entire time picking at her hair, adjusting her bra, and picking at her pants. The cooks in back were so loud, I couldnt hear the cashier. They had 30 minutes left for breakfast and ran out of biscuits and the cook yelled out that he wasnt making anymore because he decided. We ate inside and the entire time, the staff was yelling at each item at a very high volume. Food was substandard. They just need to close.

If I could give them a zero, I would. We were the only customers and after 20 minutes, we still had not gotten our food. That would be understandable if they had been short handed, but that was not the case. The worst part was the cashier. She cussed repeatedly and very loudly. When I said something to her about it, she denied it. Never, ever going back.

Drive thru mic was broke so we had our order takin at the window. Then realized 15 minutes into waiting for our order they are having a meeting with their crew...

Ive been here a few times, and it feels like every time it gets less clean. Stopped by today to get lunch and was grossed out by how dirty the place was. There was a sewage smell coming from the bathrooms, the floors desperately needed mopped, the ice machine was broken, the soda machine was sticky, and there were flys buzzing around the register. When I asked for some ketchup packets, the cashier said she needed to wash them off first, at which point I declined them and left. If thats what a customer can see, its disturbing to think of what we cant.In addition to ho unclean the place was, they got my order wrong, took longer than expected, and the fries were lukewarm. Really have to wonder which of management staff think any of this is acceptable.

Absolutely avoid at all costs. I will go hungry as apposed to eating here. Service is slow and unorganized. I understand workershortage but this is ridiculous. Push this place down and make it a parking lot.

Due to shortage on employees causing many issues im afraid i can only give 2 stars to this hardees. I went there super excited to take my gf because she had never eaten there and i hadnt had it since in california where it is carls jr. Well we get there there was only 2 employees both of which were standing outside smoking when we pulled up. We had to pull all the way back around to the front and ask if they were open because noone answered at the speaker. Then when we pull back up to the speaker they ask us to come to the window to order so we get to the window and they were sold out of like everything they had no chicken so anything chicken was out of the question then no onion rings so no western bacon, and no milk shakes. finally got our order of food that wasnt even what we wanted to begin with and get this they didnt even make the burger i had ordered. Only reason there even getting 2 stars is im cutting them some slack due to the employee shortage because covid

Stopped by on lunch break, got 2 sandwiches, fries and a shake.. well the ice cream machine was down and the fries were cold(fries on my order and coworkers order)The sandwich which was a club was good, except the tomato I asked not to get was on there. Coworker got a different sandwich which was ok. The birds across the driveway loved the fries and my unwanted tomato so not all love was lost.Hopefully just an off day, normally love hardees!! Hopefully better luck next time

The service sucks. I played and finished a game on my phone while waiting for the 3 cars in front of me to move. The customer in front of me had the same idea as I did...we both left st the same time. I went across the parking lot...ordered...while eating, i watched the first of the 3 cars was finally move. If I can help it...first AND last visit.

Really good food and great price with coupon.They do need more help as I had to wait 10 minutes this morning for my order.

We waited in line after we ordered our food for over 20 minutes. Only 2 cars ahead of us and still no one moved a inch. Lady was rude that took our order. Smh Worst fast food I ever been too.

They were out of Ice and the Soda was Warm. There were also a ton of flies flying around inside the dining area and the floor benches and tables were "sticky" the food was 2/5 stars at best its better than McDonalds but I could be better.

Horrible food. Drive through service was awful. Took almost 20 minutes to get our food. Unacceptable. Wont be stopping here again. Ever. Not even if every other restaurant in the area is closed. Id eat gas station sushi first. Yes... Its that bad.

Fries were great! But....15min wait to get my food, Dr Pepper was flat, star burger was dry. Not all Hardies are managed equally, find another one.

No complaints here. I dont mind waiting for my order especially when I know 8t will be hot and freshly cooked. Again, short staffed but definitely worth the wait in my opinion. Keep up the quality service and product Hardees. McDonalds might be faster but it lacks oomph. I basically just get their fries now 👌. Hardees Sandwiches are way better!

I love their burgers! For me, the hamburger had the right amount of seasoning, and the sandwich stayed together well. The lettuce was fresh and crispy, not limp and wimpy. Next best thing to grilling your own.

I left a review 1 year ago with 4 star. I am changing my review. Went inside, took a little more than 5 minutes to be acknowledged. Ordered 2 sandwiches, chicken tenders and 3 shakes. Shakes were given to us timely but took 21 minutes to get the rest of our order. It was cold and not correct.

3 cars in drive thru, wanted 35 min only to get old fries. As i was waiting for new ones, realized my daughters burger wasnt right. By that time i just wanted my money back. They seemed put out....Ever hear of customer service ?

Seriously over 30 min in the drive through, could not leave the line cause of curb blocking the exit. drinks werent even ready till after we got to the window. 5 to 7 minutes waiting on fries so they were hot but burger was barely warm. Never ever ever go to this location if you have a timeline to meet

Severely understaffed, waiting 20+ minutes for simple order of food (a regular thickburger). Actually had a bad experience and we told employee that because since we had to wait 20+ minutes and our food that sat out on the counter while the 3 customers after us were served their food within minutes that we would not be returning.If a restaurant is understaffed close the dining room, if it is severe enough close the restaurant.

This place needs an update asap. The cashier wasnt wearing her mask over her face. Breathing all over the foods. At least the drive thru worked this time. The food used to always be really good though, but this last time our Frisco burgers were soggy and wet. It was gross.

Took my grandaughter mariyah bradley there for supper tonight in Warsaw after us shopping at TJ max and dollar tree in the plazaShe did a 1/4 number pick from Google and it was from her no to taco bell there list she dosent like much of it ..Longjohns was closed permanently which she really wanted to go there and was disappointed. Last choice was hardees on Google, mariyah got her chicken strips / grand onion rings with cherry coke and I a number 9 chicken sandwich/ grand RT beerso we went there before I drove her home back to Rochester as she has school tomorrow. My dinner eating on way home

My visit today was wonderful! The restaurant was extremely clean, the staff was very friendly and courteous even asked how my day was going.. the food was made fresh and was extremely delicious. Thank you for a great lunch!

The food is really good and has brought me back for breakfast for many years. The service, on the other hand, is a -3. I’m saddened they cannot find people with better customer service skills. With so many other food choices, I can’t in good conscience continue to support the type of service I’ve received the last 2 visits. The female drive through attendant is terribly rude and must not realize or care how her tone of voice and comments effect business. This morning I just left rather than complete the transaction with someone treating me like that. 😪

Only giving it 3 stars because of 3 things. 1. The guy who took our order was nice, courteous and cute. 2. The flavor of the fries were good albeit cold as ice. 3. The burger was hot amd fresh. The rest of the experience was worth 1, 1 and a half at best. They were all out of diet drinks which shouldve been told to the customers before ordering a combo meal. And it felt like someone went to turn on the AC and got the heat stuck on instead...on high.

Food was delicious, the computers crashed while we were waiting on our food and we had to wait maybe 8 minutes for our food but because of our wait they gave us our money back and extra food. Everything was fresh and pretty quick overall. Definitely one of the best Hardees Ive been to in the area and will return.

Eating low carb cant get much easier. Their 1/3 # bacon cheeseburger with no bun comes wrapped in lettuce and paper so its easy to eat. Its never been dry and extremely filling. Its just wonderful. They wring it up "low carb" and dont bat an eye or make you feel like an inconvenience. Its really better than many sit down restraunt burgers.
