Not a good experience. I tried to buy something used from them...asked to receive size and condition-related information which was necessary to make a sound purchasing decision, particularly from out of state. I was told I asked too many questions and was then not permitted to purchase the item...and all of this treatment apparently came from the owner, himself. Nice. If you are a consumer who likes (or are at least ok withbeing treated rudely and impatiently then, by all means, shop at Mason City HD! Youll be glad you did. I prefer patient, kind treatment, though, because I am a patient, kind person so I will always be shopping elsewhere. Customers buying goods and services are the reasons businesses exist and are able to thrive...important to treat them well and never be dismissive and/or impolite.

Great people to help you out and fantastic products. Local HOG (Harley Owners Groupchapter is a great asset for fun rides.

I cannot explain how great Trish and the whole staff was with my experience. My first Harley and they made it so easy. It really felt like I was dealing with family. And the good kind at that. Had a smile on my face all the way home. If you are looking, please consider heading to Mason City for a perfect experience.

3 for now, only because I really havent utilized their services a lot. Recently purchased a used bike and am satisfied so far. They have a great selection of used bikes and the accessory and clothing shop is well stocked. Well see, maybe down the road we can work that into a four.

I finally found a Harley dealership worth going to. Mike was AWESOME. I for the longest time swore I would NEVER buy a Harley. Today on 4/2/22 I bought my first ever Harley. A 2012 Street Glide. I love it so far. Mike answered my questions and took the time to explain what I wanted to know. Trish in Finance was amazing as well. I never thought I would get approved and she did it. Great Job Trish. Trishs attitude was totally chill. For the 1st time ever I found a Harley dealership I want to go to. Thanks guys.

What an absolutely great experience purchasing my new Freewheeler from Harley-Davidson of Mason City. Jim was super to work with and went the extra mile to answer all my questions prior to the sale. Then, Jim was meticulous in making sure I was familiar with all the nuances of the trike on the day I picked it up.When it came time to pay for the trike, the interface with Trish was outstanding and I cannot recall any other Finance Manager treating me as cordial and professionally as she did. The entire team at this dealership is obviously very customer-oriented and genuinely cared about securing my business. Naturally, I look forward to coming back here for my service work, H-D accessories and add-ons.

Masoncity harley davidson shop is a awesome place to pick for choices if your wanting to upgrade . Very friendly and was quick at getting things done once i picked out what i wanted . Drove 2 hours to get there from my hometown but well worth it .

Stopped in here for a poker chip. Like the buildings done with the brick. The lady that rang me out was nice and friendly. Looked like they have merchandise in one building, and bikes in another. One thing that sucked was the road construction that was going on.

Have a great selection of items for men, women, and kids along with household accessories to decorate. Workers are friendly they greet you when you walk in and always ask if they can help you with anything. I would stop in to shop here again.

I enjoy shopping here, it is smaller than most HD stores but they dont tag up there shirts like most other stores which is nice.

Just traded my 05 Softail for a 14 Ultra Limited. I found this bike online, and loved it. Drove 4 hours through the rain to get here, but well worth the trip. HDMC staff were amazing!! Trish was great, and got us through all of the paperwork very quickly. Jim, on the other hand, was amazing! All of the people we met that day were so helpful and friendly. They really know customer service! My only wish, is that this shop was closer to home. Will definitely be making a return trip!

Beautiful store great atmosphere staff is horrible nobody even acknowledge me until I took my apparel to the desk to pay for and they were very courteous. What do their next building where the bikes were on display man at the front desk talking on the phone would not even say hi or acknowledge me as I looked at a 2018 anniversary bike but the young lady in the corner took the time to say good afternoon to me and acknowledge my presence so I will look for my anniversary limited somewhere else. To the young lady on crutches who acknowledge my presence in the showroom thank you very very much

Very very helpful. They offer way more than just bikes. They have clothes, riding gear, and FIDGET SPINNERS. Plus they do a lot of holiday events.

I bought my first Harley from this dealer. It was a used 2009 Heritage Softail Classic. Yes used. They made me feel like I was buying a new bike. I have never been treated so good by a dealer of any type of vehicle. They made my wife son and myself feel so welcomed. EVERYONE there was so nice. They made the experience very enjoyable. They have a lifelong customer in me. If they treat a used bike buyer this good, I cant imagine how good they treat a new Harley buyer. Thank you to the whole staff.

We really felt welcomed today by Steve the owner. This was the first time we felt welcomed by him since we bought our bike 2 years ago. They treat you like family. Would recommend them to anyone thinking about buying a bike. We have a trike and they gave us a better deal than any other Harley dealer around iowa. Jim the salesman is fantabulous. He will always have time to welcome us and visit if he is not busy.
