Harmonious Car Rental in Zhenjiang Shi

Poor customer experience.Non-sense invoicing and Kms counting.Poor response time.

I rented a car and since I was arriving late in the evening, the personnel dropped the key at the parking office. So far so good.I did not notice that the tank was only half full (or even lesswhen I picked up the car. Eventually when I did I called the staff at the agency who forced me to fill up the tank as they had no proof that the tank was only half full. When I eventually showed the kms driven to the staff agency they clearly realised that there was a mistake. But instead of refunding me the extra 50 euros charged, I was told that I will be given a discount the next time I book but I had to call them to warn them of this..All in all, terrible customer experience and still hopeful Ill book a car with them. I do not recommend this company at all. Ive never had any such issues with Avis or Hertz.Cherry on the cake, I was asked to provide my customer satisfaction over a phone survey and I was told Ill be called back for thr refund. Its been nearly a month now and Im still waiting for a call back.

Very helpful and friendly! We wanted rent a car at another company, but that was closed. So we went to Enterpise, and that was a good choice!

I suggest going elsewhere. In case of any problems they are unwilling to find any sort of solution and their customer service is appalling. Took a month to get a refund for a car we did not receive (and we had to work hard for that refundand didnt even get an apology for the troubles.
