Overall, one of the worst experiences I have had. Our rooms were not the correct rooms. Staff changed our booking without asking, then downgraded our rooms without compensation. We spent over 7 hours on several front desk trips trying to rectify the issue with staff that obviously does not communicate with each other. Our rooms had stained towels, broken equipment, and the non-smoking room had a bag over the smoke alarm to mask smoking from the previous guest. When asking to extend one night the manager and check in agent first questioned if I could afford it because "it was really expensive", the laughed and joked under their breath when they overhead my girlfriend was flying in to ask to marry me. This was a manager joking about a customer with a staff member he was hitting on when we walked up. Completely unprofessional. The bell hops lost a package they later found, and the only response was "oh well". Another two hours out of my day to push to find the lost package. Our vehicles had been broken into several times at this location. This is apparently a known fact with the valet staff. We were promised valet parking because of prior issues which never happened. The only compensation was a two-night discounted resort fee. We emailed the corporate email with our concerns after the fact, zero response. My advice, spend the extra money and stay somewhere else. Definitely not worth the couple hundred saved when youve had thousands of dollars in damage to your vehicles, and rude/disorganized staff.

Rooms are very pretty on the surface. Recently "renovated"... But once you start to focus and pay attention, its not all too great. A budget property that isnt really maintained. Ice machine on our floor was broken and didnt seem like it had worked for months. Heat spots in the hallways, AC in the room was barely blowing air even with the highest setting. I peeked in the vent and saw the filter hadnt been changed since BEFORE the pandemic started in 2019. Room was dusty and some plugs are loose.Most of my family stayed in multiple rooms and had the same issues if not worse. In one of them it smelled very musty and in another one it smelled like sewage.One of my family members holds Diamond Plus status. We were trying to get a hold of a host to order limo service and we kept getting hung up on. We werent sure if it was the connection or what because we were being very nice. Host wasnt all that nice though. We tried booking for the time he said was available and said he will call us back because theyre having issues with the computer. Well hours pass and he said the time isnt available and wouldnt be available until 4 hours later. Something tells me he forgot and left us in a reminder notebook somewhere and tried again when he remembered. Didnt go above and beyond at all. For holding Diamond Plus wed expect some sort of customer service.Needless to say we had a horrible experience here with just the rooms alone. We all agreed to never come back.Oh and doorless showers??? Weird.

I love Harrahs. I went with my mom to see the Dave and Michael the saxophone and trumpet guys! They are awesome!! I recommend going to see them anytime on a Tuesday and Thursday and sometime over weekend but not sure of dates. Go listen to them play, liven up the crowd and grab a drink. If you love music you will love them.

The Donny Osmond show was excellent. Staff are very helpful and friendly. However, they are short staffed. Registration or checkout staff were non-existent and you were required to use the machines. I was there 4 days and not once was able to get drink service at the machines. There is no place where you can sit down for a moment, unless you are in a restaurant, at a machine or gaming table.We had requested a room with a view of the strip, but were located on the opposite side of the hotel. We requested an accessible room. There were no bars in the shower and barely room for the scooter inside the door. No room to move the scooter beyond that point. Electric outlets were under the tables, not easily accessible. There were outlets in the side of the night stand, but plugs were so loose your cords fall out. Lighting on makeup mirror didnt work.

Casino is ok, clean, lots of gaming options. Resort itself has limited food options. Pool area is nice, but limited space and chairs available (without renting). Hotel room we were in was semi clean and great views of the MGM volcano show. Hotel hallways outside of the elevators had a distinct odor of urine. Probably could use a good carpet cleaning.

Clean and hotel was fine but the customer service is lack luster. In my multiple interactions online and on site felt like either they have no ability to help or dont care.Was quoted the wrong price when I had to change my room and after 3 times calling into support and once in person was promised to have management review and get back to me still zero replies. Had other interactions on site not worth typing out just know plenty of other great hotels I can pick from on my next visit.

Stayed 4 nights for a conference. Room was clean. Paid extra for a deluxe room in the Mountain Tower, but the poolside “view” was disappointing at best. You get to look straight into the side of another building with a small pool between the two. There’s no fridge in the room, and the shower is also lacking a door. You also get to listen to your neighbor flushing their toilet.There was no “Do Not Disturb” card to place outside the door. The body wash was bone dry. We requested room service to not enter the room for the duration of the stay when checking in, but that went ignored. Hotel security alarms went off 3-4 times for no discernible reason.Be warned, there’s a $60 early check-in fee if arriving before 4pm.

Room was super clean. Bed was super comfy. Everything was perfect except it wasn’t. I don’t think the a/c in this room has been serviced since the place was built. Thermostat set on 65-70 and it runs non stop. Possibly might have cooled it off to 73. Had to take a cold shower to try and cool down. Won’t stay here again don’t believe.

Let me just say I loved everything about this hotel EXCEPT the shower. The room was clean, the staff was nice and when I inquired about the shower, I was promptly given a call and they sent extra towels to the room. We were in a great location and it was close to things we wanted to do. The shower had great water pressure but there was only a door on one side of the shower which caused our bathroom floor to be soaked. Im not sure who thought that was a great idea but it totally sucked. The customer service more than made up for the half shower though. I would stay here again.

Great location. Awesome dealers with fantastic personalities, enjoy their job and teach you as you go. Stayed in the king room, mountain side, strip view. Downside to the specific room we had was more views of the roof than the full strip. Loved their mattress and their pillows. Looking to see where I can get these pillows!

Great place but only turn off is when you arrive they try to upswell the rooms for additional prices. Great staff. Everything is automated including check in and check outs. When you need something your simply text to automated concierge assistant Ivy! She will simply help you find your answers. So convenient!

Very Good Priced Casino Hotel on the Strip. Have stayed in the Valley Deluxe Room a few times. Its a spacious room, with a 50" TV, comfortable bed with feather pillows, glass shower and a Toto Toilet. 2 negative things about the Harrahs; no Fridge in Room and Glass Shower has the glass only halfway (No Door). But its very clean and comfortable, its my usual place to stay for how good the rates are online through Caesars.On the topic of food...Bobby Flay Burger, Ruth Chris Steakhouse, Fulton Street Food Hall all very good.Nightlife, Carnival Court has live bands covering 70s and 80s music, good drink prices too. The Piano Bar also gets busy nightly with a live pianist..Overall a good affordable choice on the strip. Will be back...

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay here. Rooms were clean and all the staff was friendly. Casino is well laid out and easy to navigate. Food options are decent but with plenty of other options within walking distance.Only two “complaints” would be lack of check in staff, I just feel like that’s the hotels opening statement and without the human touch it’s just not there. Second being the lack of true late night food. Other than that it’s pretty great value for location and environment.

We stayed here in Feb of 2022. By far one of the cleanest places to stay on the strip for the price. Affordable, centrally located, good atmosphere and very close to a lot of things to do. There were cheap eats right next door, fancy places just outside and good quick bites inside. Our room was super clean and room service was great. They had coffee shops on both entrances which was great and Carlos bakery AND cake vending machine! Definitely would recommend!

Affordable accommodations right in the center of the strip. The location was absolutely perfect since Harrah’s is so centrally located, you could easily go either way on the strip.Rooms were clean and very spacious. Frosted sliding doors on the bathrooms were a bit strange. Beds were comfortable.The pool was perfect for a relaxing day in the Las Vegas sun. We opted for a round luxe daybed and it was well worth the fee.Customer service agents never seemed to have the same information when I called or asked questions at the desks, so that was a bit frustrating.I am a breastfeeding mother who needed access to a fridge during my stay, they were able to make the accommodation free of charge since it was medically necessary. However, the fridge did not have a freezer and they did not have anywhere for me to refreeze ice packs for the trip home.Overall, it was a good place to stay in Vegas.

We stayed here for two nights. It’s in a good area of the strip which gives you easy access to different places. It’s a $60 fee to check in early and a daily $38 fee for the resort. The pool is nice,the drinks are pricey though. Overall it’s a good place to stay.
