Tyler, the service manager is AMAZING!!! Took our daughters car in to be fixed (a different Mitsubishi dealer messed things up). Tyler took the time to figure everything out, kept us up to date on what was going on. Overall he was friendly on the phone, and got my daughters car back ontheroad, with everything working properly!

The Southtowne Mitsubishi team provided fantastic customer service in my car purchase today. Johnny and Jesse are professional, friendly and customer oriented. Junior and Ephraim is so good in what they do, 5 stars for them is not enough!I filed for bankruptcy but aside from me having a bankruptcy on my record, I was in another complicated situation and as promised they got me the car I wanted! I was struggling big time to get approved! I’ve been to many dealerships and these guys got it done for me. I would say I’d never ever get a car if it wasn’t for them!If you’re someone like me, go to these guys they definitely know what they’re doing, very knowledgeable! We came to South Town Mitsubishi to determine whether installing aftermarket components would effectively cancel any of our warranties. For the price of installing Mitsubishi upgrade parts we could trade in our 2021 Outlander Sport ES and leave with a new 2023 Eclipse Cross with all the bells and whistles. We liked how Will and Dave made us comfortable and up front.

Kevin Hale is a great guy. Didn’t stress me out with the pushy tactics car salesman are known for. He answered all my questions and ensured my car was ready when I was done with the paperwork. I would highly recommend working with him.

I had a bad experience with low book sales but I was able to have a much better one with these guys. I went to several different dealerships and though several of them offered to buy my car these guys gave me the most value for my trade. Pace was great with Communication and keeping me in the loop with quick response and Kevin also helped me to get an even better trade amount when I came in again and then Dave was able to find a great rate, better than what I had found trying to get approved on my own. I would highly recommend taking a look at what they have to offer. Thanks guys!

Stay away from this dealership! They like to complain and taking ownership of their mistakes and responsibilities! The vehicle I bought from them had the collision light on 20 minutes after I drove it off their lot. I contacted management and salesman 20 minutes after I drove it off the lot and they still charge me for the repair. They will help out some but not take full responsibility. If they went through the vehicles like they say they do. The four tires wouldnt have had four different PSI in the them. The collision light came on every time I drove it.... In the 2 weeks I was waiting for them to decide if they were going to take responsibility. Buyers beware!!

I just bought a car from here today! I was so lucky to have Pace as my salesman. He was on top of everything, knew how to help me where I was confused, and always kept me up to date on everything at the dealership and through the process. Was looking forever to find a Tesla Model Y. Stopped by and started working with Pace, absolutely loved the no pressure on our purchase. Pace stayed late past 10:30PM just to show up the car. This is the definition of a SHADY dealership. My girlfriend put $10k yes, $10k down on a car here. They refused to send us her documents for weeks and when I called to deal with them they wouldn’t return calls for WEEKS. GM’s always saying they will look into it with nothing. Not to mention who ever inspected that vehicle should be fired as we immediately. We had to put new front pads and rotors ($1200 of course they wouldn’t help payon after the first time taking it down a hill. This is a 2018 Audi Q7. It’s not some beater and it wasn’t cheap. When you pay $65k for a car and put $10k down on it you want to be treated with dignity and respect. I’ve worked with every dealer in the valley because I buy new cars all the time. I would never recommend this dealer to my worst enemy. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. THEY WILL SCAM YOU. AND THEN THEY WONT DO ANYTHING TO REMEDY IT AND TELL YOU ITS YOUR FAULT FOR BUYING A CAR THROUGH THEM. Best of luck!

I had such a great experience here. Jesson was amazing! He went above and beyond to answer all my questions and pick me up when I didn’t have a ride. He made sure I was comfortable and stayed in my budget. Junior made me a custom warranty and made financing my car super easy. I will definitely be coming back for services and to say hello.

This company is horrible. I would recommend to anyone not to go here. I was honest from the get go of where I was credit wise and down-payment wise. If you ask questions dont go here they will go unanswered. They lie, I have physical proof of the lies. They promise big and service low. After this place I was ready to say f it I dont want a car, what a horrible experience. Worst of the worst of the lying used car sales men. Hope anyone who does go here has better experience than me.You feel really bad, you say. Yet when i told you i was no longer interested in doing business because you did not have a vehicle we wanted, you proceeded to run our credit and try and find us a car when we specifically said we were not interested. You have continued to "find carsfor us" even after 4 phone calls to you asking you to stop immediately. You are frauds and i feel bad for anyone like me who chances by you dealership

I found the perfect car here, and I was SO excited. I was under in my previous vehicle and ended up having to put $10k down, which I didn’t love but decided it was worth it for the car because it had everything I was looking for. Two weeks after purchasing I got an indicator that my brakes were bad. I tried contacting the dealership to no avail. I left messages and emailed them and never had return contact. After searching high and low for the parts I finally found somewhere to replace the front brakes for $1200. This was frustrating to have to do so soon after buying the car and already putting so much cash into it. My boyfriend was upset that they went through inspection and I wasn’t warned or anything so he called to speak with the manager, they told him they’d call back. Two more weeks passed and still we hadn’t heard anything so he called again and was told there was nothing they could have done cause we should have inspected the car ourselves. Annoying. So by now it’s been a month and a half since I got the car but still no plates or warranty paperwork have been sent to me. I called again and was told that my boyfriend was told about my plates and they are waiting for me. Again, annoying. It’s my car, call me. Everything after the initial sale has been a nightmare . I won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here.

I LOVE my new Outlander. Great experience with Will and Junior. Will was fun to work with and very considerate the entire process with letting me know what was going on with the car I was waiting on. Junior was fantastic at explaining the entire paperwork process (its easy to get lost in all of the paperwork and his explanations were so clear, simple and helpful).

I had an amazing experience buying my car. John was amazing, answered all my questions, and did everything he could to help me and we were able to get everything done in a timely manner. I would definitely come back. The rest of the staff was great as well.

Id be extra careful buying a used vehicle from here. Dont get me wrong, the salesmen all seemed very nice and easy to work with. Unfortunately it didnt seem like they were honest about the condition of the car though. We went in to test drive a used vehicle with high miles (GMC Yukonand were told that it had a minor accident that caused bumper damage, and that the suspension notification was on just because they hadnt turned it off after fixing it from the accident. We wanted to have a mechanic check it out during our test drive so we drove it over to the shop but they unfortunately were already closing. So we went to turn the car back on and it wouldnt start. We turned the key several times and nothing happened until finally we turned the key and the engine started. Then the light on the dash wouldnt indicate what gear you were in half the time so you couldnt know if you were in drive or reverse or whatever. After finally getting it started we drove it back and all the electrical started going haywire. Blinking lights, locking doors, etc. Also sometimes pushing the gas would do next to nothing. All in under a mile drive back to the dealership. They had told us that a couple of their guys had driven it earlier that day, so I highly doubt they werent aware of these major issues. Their explanation when we got back was that it was a car from auction and that they dont do repairs on those. It honestly felt like they were trying to cheat us, which is pretty low considering they know were a young couple with two babies. Id just really recommend inspecting the car thoroughly and having a mechanic check it out beforehand if youre going to get a used car from here.

John Glover and the whole team over there at Southtowne Mitsubishi are amazing.. This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased through them. My Wife and I feel very taken care of and respected and they dont try and overcharge or pressure us into anything.. John makes us feel like a friend. It is the most pleasant car buying experience and we will keep going back to John every time we want to buy. I highly recommend.

Highly recommend talking to Mo. I don’t know a lot about all the different makes and models of cars so I didn’t have a specific car in mind just a general idea. After seeing a few on the lot and not finding just the right car Mo made notes of the key features I wanted and didn’t want in a car and then searched for it. He found me a great car that checked all of the boxes on my list! Above and beyond service! Will definitely recommend.

I came into Harrison last minute in need of a new vehicle, Pace immediately assisted me and was extremely friendly and genuinely wanted to get me into the right car.
