Harrys Baguette Shop in Wrexham

As usual, the food was fresh and tasted great. Prices are very decent and the people in the shop are friendly. Will go back there definitely. 5 stars.

Drinks was wrong waited over an hour

If I could give 0 stars I would of, we ordered two breakfasts and some doughnuts. The food was awful the eggs were burnt, the tomatoes were missing, the sausage was hard and the bacon undercooked, this used to be a lovely place for food but the food lately has been shocking. I ordered a large breakfast and it wouldn’t of fed a toddler. What a rip off, we definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

Would not reccommend this restaurant at all, horrible customer service, the driver arrived smelling like alcohol clearly hungover which I certainly didnt expect especially while driving and operating a car none the less. And the food arrived in terrible condition, the steak was chewy and inedible and cold. As a restaurant that literally describes itself as a baguette shop you would certainly expect a better quality of baguette. Unacceptable, if I could leave 0 stars I would.

Lovely baguettes good variety of fillings lovely doughnuts and dips well worth a visit

£4.90 for a cheap mass produced roll with some tuna in! No variety of bread to choose from eg granery or malted. Used to be a nice friendly place. Will NOT be coming here again!

Their jacket potatoes are lovely

I go there for their famous turkey baguettes, which is pretty good as long as you get turkey slices and a pot of gravy for dipping.Where they let me down (a while ago), was the customer service. Very little interaction with the customer, but just amoungst colleagues; when the food was packed, they just put down the box on the counter, without normally bagging it, like they normally do for every other customer Ive seen and then when I ask for a bag, I get one flung onto my container, quite different to the normal service where they bag your food for you.Im happy with self-service, but this isnt a place I expect it. Whilst I bag my own food, the staff member then just goes about their business, with a couple of glares and stares back.I would say it was very off-putting and if it wasnt for the good and value, I would find it difficult to recommend, based on how this person treated me.Like many people, Im more than happy to discuss the issues with the business and if they reach out to me, I will certainly work to ensure that this is a one-off incident, as theyre an integral part of the community and I hope they continue to remain - with just a couple of tweaks...

Me and my grandmother we ordered and it took hour and a half to arrive we dont live far after calls of asking when food would come we had bad customer service and hanged up the call. After the food finally had come the food was awful the cheese and onion sandwich was toasted due to being with boiling food the chicken nuggets were plain and horrible the chips were mushy and in my gravy there was lumps first time trying Harrys and it let me down not ordering again!

I have been visiting this sandwich shop since it opened. Which on my recent visit, the staffs polo shirts said 2001. Always had great food from here and welcomed with friendly faces.

Amazing baguettes from harries. The breakfast baguette is a favourite with my family and the chicken and bacon mayo. The staff are friendly and welcoming and on times I am able to order food to be delivered which is massively convenient for our busy life. The food taste superb and is really reasonably priced compared to many other local baguette shops or cafes.

Try the Southern Hunter baguette!
