Great customer support working me through a warranty issues. Lauren was most helpful to do so. As for Harvey, not much more can be said when the company lives up to what they stand for in backing their products. Three window sashes leaking internally. The warranty labels supplied any info the company needed so I’m getting replacements with no hassle and minimal down time. Really appreciate Harvey living up to their warranty motto!
After a broken seal appeared on my bathroom window, I contacted Harvey and a customer rep named Lauren was extremely helpful in getting a replacement out to my home within a very short time period with minimal effort on my part. Great to know they stood by their product.
BEWARE false advertising- u- factor Rating on windows advertised was not correct/met and therefore we cannot get the Tax credit. Advertised U-Factor of Tribute Triple Pane windows = .17 and .18. Windows we received are .22 and .24 and do not meet CT rebate threshold of .20. Upon our request to fix this, they said ask your installer. (He did not advertise or make the windows- you did
I couldnt be more pleased with the customer service I received from Harvey windows. When my 16 year old window was not staying open nor closing entirely, I contacted Harvey via their website and got an immediate response from Rebecca. Additionally, she called me to walk me thru diagnosing the problem and was patient and kind and she determined that I needed new balances. She had them shipped very quickly along with instructions on how to replace them and that too care of the problem. Very grateful!

We had a slider door seal fail. The first rep I spoke with sent the wrong door. I called back and spoke with Lauren, who was extremely helpful. She identified the problem with the first replacement door and made the necessary corrections and has gone out of her way to rectify the problem. I only wish I spoke with her the first time. Lauren is outstanding.
Harvey Windows really did a good job of keeping customers happy. One of those windows in my house had a broken seal after almost 10 years and they were installed by the previous owner. Harvey Windows honored the warranty for free regardless when I contacted them and the customer service staff I spoke with had been nice and helpful. Unfortunately first orders they made for me were either incorrect built or damaged in the transit by UPS. In my third attempt to contact Harvey, Lauren Barnard helped me make the order right and also arranged a customer pick-up from the factory as I preferred. The factory was actually quite clean and I was assisted by the floor manager to get my replacement window. Honestly I had frustration with the logistics but I can tell their staff is trying hard to make up for that and it worked out quite smooth in the end.
One of my 20+ year old Harvey windows needed to be replaced because the seal was broken and the window was cloudy. I contacted Harvey windows and Lauren, an extremely knowledgeable Harvey Window representative, helped guide me through the entire process of ordering a new window. She even sent a video to help with the installation! When the new window arrived, it was literally a snap to install! I needed to replace a window broken by a bird strike. Lauren and her staff at Harvey windows provided excellent service getting the exact replacement to me prior to their own estimated delivery date. Excellent customer service & super easy to use website! I have 2 sets of patio doors that were installed 3 years ago. I live near the ocean and the rollers on the screens all rusted. I went on the website to order new ones and it was easy to input all the info from the label on the doors - the website showed you exactly how to do it. I filled out the form and within a short period of time I received an email from Betty explaing that the parts were covered under warranty! I was surprised and pleased. She let me know that all I have to pay was shipping and sent me quote so that I could call in and give my credit card info. Her email was very professional and had a friendly vibe to it.I called the 800# and spoke with Lauren. She was knowledgable, efficient, professional and very freindly.All companies should emulate their customer service representatives to be like Harveys!!!!!

After the winter, I looked at my patio slider and thought it was dirty and needed cleaning. To my surprise, it was fogging in between the panes. I went to our local Harvey Industries only to find they were sold to another company. I was told that I might have to change to a whole new slider since the sizes have changed. I was given a number to call to see if the door I was replacing was still under warranty. I called and dealt with the most knowledgeable and professional people I have worked with in a long time. Dennis and Lauren handled my situation immediately to my satisfaction. Dennis told me my door was still under warranty at 50% and made all the arrangements for me to get a new panel for the door. That’s where Lauren came in. She reviewed the material Dennis put together and scheduled the delivery and took care of the payment. This was the easiest transaction ever because of these two individuals. I was extremely happy with the service I received from the Harvey Industries representatives.
I am late in adding my review. I worked with Lauren Barnard at Harvey on the replacement of a few window sashes that have "fogged" and are under warranty for replacement. Lauren was absolutely phenomenal in working with me and getting replacement window sashes ordered. She was courteous and prompt in her e-mail communication and as well as over the phone. She put an accurate quote together and has even obtained approval from her supervisor to have the sashes sent to one of their distribution centers from where I can pick them up, thereby saving a substantial amount in delivery charges. All in all, it has been an exceptional experience in working with Lauren so far. Harvey should be proud of this Customer Experience Specialist! I called for replacement terminal blocks/pivot blocks for two of my Harvey Double hung units. I spoke with Lauren when I called and she was most helpful and knowledgeable to direct me the specific part from the sticker at the top of the unit. When the parts came to me delivered in three days I couldnt believe it. She also offered to add the jamb stretcher tool which is necessary to add the replacement parts.I was impressed by the assistance as well as the hasty delivery. and of course I would.like to say I have 23 year old vinyl window units and they are wonderfulWindows. My contractor showed us pictures of a door we liked from Harvey. When he finally received the door 2 months later, the door looked nothing like the picture he had taken right from their computer. I mean not even close to his picture or the picture on the sales print out. I feel like it a bait and switch, though they claim it is the right door. Never by a door from Harvey by just looking at a picture. Very deceptve.
I spoke with Rebecca who was very helpful and provided me with tutorials to fix my sliding glass door quickly.It was a really easy fix with the directions she sent. She knows Harvey products! We saved a money by not having a service tech come to the house. We also did not have to wait 6 weeks to get the job done.
I recently contacted Harvey regarding a missing part that a contractor failed to provide during a project. It was a crucial (albeit smallpart, and when I spoke with Lauren, she completely understood the situation, and took care of it with the utmost care and professionalism. Even though it was a minor issue, she displayed customer service that was beyond amazing.I already had high regard for Harvey, but this experience really added to that opinion. I experienced an issue with an entrance door back in October of 21. Harvey looked into the issue and notified the manufacturer. Due to covid, they let me know that the manufacturer would be addressing service issues early in 22. Well, in February Harvey advised that a new door was ordered and would be arriving in approximately 10 weeks. In March they once again notified me that that the new door had a late March eta. Around April 1st i was advised that the door could be picked up at the Berlin branch and I was to advise them when I had finished painting the door. I let them know around 4/10 that the door was painted and ready for the Harvey tea to come by to re-install. Two days later I received a call from Harvey and an install date was set up for the following week. The tech showed up on time and professionally installed the door. WOW, great customer communication throughout all the steps in getting the new door installed. I found Harvey CS very professional throughout this 7 month ordeal. Thank you Harvey CS department!
Absolutely OUTSTANDING customer service from the staff at Harvey. We had an issue with several of our 15 year old windows and the Customer Service Rep (Laurendid everything possible to address and resolve the issue immediately. It has, without a doubt, been the best customer service experience I have ever had. Lauren was professional, attentive, engaging, and personable, while demonstrating an eagerness to stand behind the Harvey name and address any issues we had. I can say without hesitation that any future window needs/upgrades/purchases we have will be ONLY with Harvey.
I dreaded the call to deal with two older window sashes that had failed. I finally made that call, and I was so pleasantly surprised. Within just a few minutes, I found out that not only were the windows still covered under part of a warranty, but that it was such a simple process. I was treated respectfully and with "can do", "no problem" attitudes. Such a pleasant experience and in less than 15 minutes, a two-year problem that had been hanging over my head, resolved. I called Harvey warranty services this afternoon searching for parts for a Harvey slider. I spoke to Customer Specialist Lauren Barnard who was extremely helpful. The slider is 17 years old but Lauren was able to locate and arrange delivery of the parts. She was very cheerful on the phone and reminded me of the service Harvey was known for in their earlier days. Her service restored some faith in Harvey that I have lost over that least few years.
Rachel and Louise were awesome to communicate with regarding my replacement sliding door panel. They let me know the standard procedures and what to expect next. Always a great experience when dealing with the Harvey Service Department.
Lauren Barnard, Tier I Customer Experience Specialist | MFG, did an excellent job fixing a long-standing warranty issue no one else could take care of, she was very easy to work with, very professional, and got the job done in a timely fashion, would deal with her again any time. Harvey products are a great quality, durable products, we have many of their items in our home.

Woke up Sunday morning to a mysteriously cracked kitchen window. Did a little research, realized that it was probably a stress crack, which can happen with widely fluctuating temperatures like weve had. Went to Harvey website and was easily able to locate a form to inquire about warranty. I was contacted by a rep on Monday morning, provided some additional info and pictures via email and by noon on Tuesday my warranty replacement window sash was ordered to be shipped to me. Appreciate a company that stands by its product and a rep who was friendly and efficient.

i am the maintenance director for 28 properties in VT. We use Harvey windows and door products, and couldnt be happier. I recently had their service team replace two glass slider panels that were recently smashed. The techs were pro0ffesional and timely. I was concerned about the cold weather and having a apartment exposed during the work. Both techs werevery quick and considerate to the tenant. In one case their was a issue with a heaved sill plate, they corrected the issue and finished the install,the doors work beautifully. Also would like to give the office staff a shoutout. Warranty replacement of two sashes, out of some 20 installed in 2010/2011.In summary; these days with the pandemic souring many customers and trades people alike, our ordering sashes warranty replacement through your cust. Exp. Specialists was great. Scott Nalen did a great job ordering the replacement sashes and made arrangements for us to pick up at your Londonderry plant.Lauren Barnard did an outstanding job assisting us in the status of the job, finding the completed sashes and detailed pick up location. Plus a follow up with the order number when arrived at plant for pickup.Lastly but not least the two guys at the plant helping us with the pick up were very helpful.We left the plant with 2 replacement sashes, a mutual wish for happy holidays and satisfaction of knowing we did the right thing in using Harvey windows.Final; the customer is very happy having all the windows in great shape.
I recently had an assortment of panes from 9 Harvey Slimline insulated windows becoming frosty after 16 years of the 20 year associated warranty period. I contacted Harvey Corp and their representative was cordial, professional, and receptive to my situation. The representative offered to replace the windows after providing photos of the ID tag on each affected pane. I also provided photos of each pane in the event Harvey wanted to visually verify the frosty appearance of the panes. I was only requested to pay for shipping, a small fraction of the value of new panes. The panes arrived intermittently as they became ready. I kept the representative aware of their arrival,, and asked occasional questions. I had multiple interactions with the Harvey rep, and always found her knowledgeable and willing to assist. That Harvey Corp.was so willing to stand behind their warranty, make the process efficient and straightforward, and have such helpful representatives interface with the client, made this an unexpectedly pleasurable experience. I might add that I also have a large Harvey sliding door leading to my porch. The construction, performance, and appearance of this sliding door continually reminds me of the quality of Harvey products. I most heartily recommend Harvey Corp. as a company that provides quality products, stands behind their warranties, and provides a pleasurable interactive experience.
I just completed installation of a number of window sashes that were replaced by Harvey on a warrantee basis due to seal failure. The process was a bit of a fiasco early-on. Four of seven replacement sashes came in with the wrong specifications i.e. they didnt fit. My subsequent call to Harvey was fielded by Lauren Barnard, Customer Experience Specialist. Lauren proceeded to efficiently sort out the issues and facilitate the reorder of the correct sashes. She was very attentive and responsive in working through the all important details. Her communication skills and knowledge of the product virtually eliminated the possibility that further errors could occur in the final reorder. On top of all of this, Lauren was able to work with a manufacturing expediter to get the new sashes in my hands in a very impressive short period of time. Her demeanor through this process gave me confidence that the effort would prove successful- and it was in all respects. Kudos go out to both Lauren and to Harvey.

The technician Paul that came to our home twice, the initial visit and installation of the glass, we found him very personable and knowledgeable. I sent a review to the BBB. They apparently want to have me create an account, which I have to need to do. My review for Lauren and Scott, is very simple! They were both great! I spoke with Lauren initially, then she got me in touch with Scott. Both understood the situation, and took care of it. I have since received the replacement sashes, and the problem was solved. I would not hesitate to recommend Harvey products to anyone! They live up to their commitment to customer care. Kudos to both Lauren and Scott. I have 18 Harvey windows in my home, and the only one that had a problem was taken care with a couple of phone calls. I had a fantastic experience when I contacted Harvey Windows and spoke with Lauren Barnard. She was friendly, polite, very helpful and very patient with me when I was having difficulty finding the number on the window that would tell her which window I had. She promptly sent an email with the details of the order and a link to watch a you tube video to replace the parts myself. I must say it was a pleasant conversation and if I ever need help again I hope Lauren will be there to assist me. Great job!!
We had a houseful of windows replaced by Harvey. The experience was extremely disappointing. The whole process took 7 months. On the first day of installation one window came out of the box broken. 2 others were built wrong, several others had broken seals and/or the e rating material was on the wrong side!When the replacement sash was delivered for the broken window, it was wrong. They delivered a top sash instead of a bottom. When the replacements for the windows with broken seals were delivered, they also had broken seals.Finally after 7 months and 5 attempts at installation, the windows are now correct.When I contacted Customer Service afterwards to discuss the situation, they took no responsibility. They blamed the contractor, who had nothing to do with the quality issues, they blamed the glass maker, which makes sense, they blamed Covid, but took no responsibility on themselves.In an attempt to make things right, they offered a gift card, which I refused. After that they told me my issues would be sent to management and someone would be contacting me. Not surprisingly, that never happened.Errors happen, but over and over and over? And then to be disingenuous and make an insulting offer. I would be very hesitant to recommend Harvey to anyone looking for new windows.
Years ago when I replaced my windows and sliders, I insisted on Harvey doors and windows. Years later, one of the seals failed on one of the slider doors. I called to order a replacement door which still had a partial warranty. The service person I spoke with was knowledgeable, professional and clearly dedicated (his knowledge of everything about their products was amazing.I ordered the door and setup a service appointment. The service tech was equally amazing. He replaced the door, rebalanced everything, fixed a couple of things the installer missed, cleaned EVERYTHING and triple tested it. It looks like a whole new slider! My trust in this company and its people was rewarded by a company that stands behind its products and delivers service with a smile. I could not be more pleased.
My sales representative Lauren was very knowledgeable and she was able to provide me with the correct, new door handle for my slider. I needed to have a sash replaced on a 16 year old window replaced. I called Harvey Windows and was connected with Lauren Barnard in the Field Service Department. What a breathe of fresh air she was. She was able to immediately assist me, located the window sash I needed and get it ordered.She was one of the most pleasant people I have had the opportunity to deal with recently. Not to sound insensitive but it was nice to be able to talk to someone who spoke English and wasnt providing me with service from Mexico City or the Philippines.Not sure if a TIer 1 Specialist is the top or the bottom of the grade but you folks need to move her up
I have been in my home for 16 years and now that I had an issue with a window I was not sure what would still be under warranty or how to go about replacing it. When I called I spoke with Lauren Barnard who provided me with all the information I needed about the warranty and what would happen next. She offered to send me a video showing how to install the window as well and when to expect delivery. She was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. She emailed immediately after our call and asked me to call if the order did not arrive when expected. Well it did and it all worked out. It was a great experience which I attribute to the great customer service I received from Lauren.
I had ordered a replacement screen for one of our Harvey custom windows. We received the screen but it had a white frame vs the bronze frame all of our other windows have. I contacted Holly LaRoche at Harvey and she quickly researched my order and found the order was entered incorrectly. She immediately placed an order for the correct color screen, expedited the shipping, and placed a separate order for the locking tabs to be sure all components matched. Having previously managed a customer service organization, I know mistakes do happen, but it is how well the company responds to fix the customer issue that is key. I was very impressed with Hollys professionalism, attention to detail and prompt response to my issue. We continue to be very pleased with our Harvey windows and with the support we received from Holly and the customer service team.

Great customer service, Holly was awesome. I had a crack in a window that was installed in 2007 and Holly identified it was a stress factor and covered under warranty. Easy identifiable via their labeling sticker. Did not have to measure. Saved me so much time and aggravation. The only bummer is it will take over a month to get my new one shipped. However the good news is it only cost me shipping $30.00 and saved the $110.00 because it was covered under warranty. Great company product ease of cleaning or taking in and out and most importantly they stand behind their product. That is why they get 5 stars from me. I’m huge on customer service and not easy to please when I work in customer service with technology and have high standards.
Very patient service Rep Holly walked me through the process of a replacement window and without any hesitation is sending me a new sash for the one that is defective. I have a home filled with Harvey windows and all are functioning beautifully for well over 15 years They certainly do stand by their product and are very gracious when you may have an issue. We had Harvey vinyl replacement windows installed in our 1800s house in 2002 and have not regretted it once since. We never needed their generous warranty, but 17 years after install we found ourselves wanting to replace a few sashes where the seals had leaked and allowed some frosting inside the glass sandwich. The customer support team could not have been more responsive and considerate. They walked us through the process and reacted immediately when FedEx lost one of the shipments.Top-notch product and product support! Highly recommended!
Harvey is a great company. Their windows and doors would be my first choice after my experiences with their products and outstanding service. The technician came today and was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. He performed his own evaluation, looked at photos and did more work than what was on the initial service order. He found issues that he questioned and took care of them to ensure the best possible result. He went above and beyond and I am very grateful.I had Harvey windows in my last home and at that time I had the same fantastic experience when a window was broken and needed to be replaced. It’s all about the service. My technician today was great!!!
