A very pleasant experience. Walked in the door. The salesman was helpful and courteous. Showed us what we were looking for then left us to think it over. Was there when we needed him. We bought a recliner and a box springs and mattress and were out the door in no time. We will recommend Havertys to our friends.

Chris was excellent in helping me find the right living room sofa and loveseat. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The selection and quality of the products is outstanding.

Tim was absolutely amazing. We visited several stores to find the best fabric for our new sectional. No one thought to even show us customization options. Tim took the time to find a durable fabric option and went above and beyond.

Our sales guy was super nice and was so helpful in helping me pick out and find what I needed very patient and has a good ear takes in what you are asking for and makes great suggestions! Need more sales people like him thanks

Tim Majors was very nice, informative and easy to work with! Not at all the pushy experience I was expecting. We really enjoyed our sofa shopping experience. The price was better than expected.

Chad and another salesperson spent a lot of time with us going over color schemes, alternative furniture, and going back and forth with a few different ideas. Good folks! They do their job really well!

This should be five stars. The sales woman was great. The delivery and product delivery went well. We purchased the Guardsman Protection Plan due to a large sectional with two powered recliners. I even just recently purchased a single recliner to match the sectional Regis. Sadly the motors stopped working on the powered recliners on the sectional. One stopped while moving into position. I called Guardsman to respond to fix the recliners and was directed to complete an online request. The unintelligible foreign accent should of been my first clue that this is not a reputable warranty company. The fact that Havertys promotes the company as their warranty is alarming. Online reviews and the BBB reviews are poor for Guardsman. I completed the online warranty request and received one automated e-mail response that my request was received. Almost a week has gone by with no contact. Called them and all they could tell me was that they received it. Meanwhile I have two broken down Regis recliners. I recommend Havertys start covering their own furniture or use a reputable warranty company. I spent way too much money on “quality” furniture for it to break down within two years. The right thing to do is for Havertys to replace the recliners. Sadly companies just don’t do the right thing anymore.

Edited to add: Since our first purchase with Havertys, they made everything right. Cut us a check to repair the damage and provided the right desk, which has worked great! Weve since returned for several purchases and the entire process has been amazing, start to finish. It seems like maybe we just got unlucky with the delivery guys the first time around. Looking forward to replacing our dining table soon!The staff in the store were very friendly. However, they attempted to deliver damaged furniture and tried to convince my wife to accept it, which she refused. Delivery was rescheduled for two days later so I arranged to be home. They arrived almost 2 hours after the delivery window. When bringing furniture into the home they left a large scrape/gouge in my wall. The furniture did not go together correctly, so they put it together in a shamble and I was told they were going to leave it and someone would either repair it or take it away and bring a new one. So I now have a desk I cant use while I wait for a replacement. I will never again do business with this company.

Chris was great to work with on the purchase. He followed up with us after the delivery to be sure it went well and that we were happy with our purchase. The guys that delivered were friendly, efficient, and respectful of property.

The team at the Orange Park store is always professional and friendly. Chris is fantastic. Have made several purchases with him and each time feels very personalized. I have bought from other furniture stores in the past... but Havertys quality truly excels. The prices may be higher, but you are getting more than you pay for. Havertys is my go-to for any future home furnishing need.

Chad was extremely helpful in designing and selecting the perfect living room sectional for the size of the room and also the active lifestyle with multiple pets and family that we have. He was beyond friendly and answered all of our questions with a smile on his face. Havertys was our first and final stop for furniture shopping!

The only complaint I have about Havertys in over 25 years is that after spending over $9000 on a bedroom set, I couldn’t get a veterans discount because I couldn’t come in. They wouldn’t accept a copy of My husband and I’s identification cards and DD 214‘s. My husband spent 30 years active service in the Navy and I spent 26 years active service in the Navy. This is the first and only time I have ever been offended by Havertys! The reason I couldn’t come in with my husband is because he has Parkinson’s and he is unable to walk long distances such as from my car through a store. I am also disabled and unable to walk very far. I can’t leave leave him alone at home because someone has to be with him at all times. In the past I purchased a full dining room set with seating for 10 and a king size bedroom set, Now I just purchased a queen size bedroom set. So I have spent my fair share of money with Havertys! I appreciate the quality of your merchandise, that is why I buy my furniture from you. So my recommendation in the future, don’t require Disable veterans spending such a large amount of money with you to come in and present an identification card, if they can provide documentation over the Internet! Tim was great. He greeting me as I entered. When I told him what I wanted he allowed me to look around. He didnt pressure me to purchase anything. After I finished looking around at what I came in there for I said thank you and he greeted me as I was leaving. I saw something else I was interested in and call him back to assist me. Then I made my purchase.

I always enjoy the experience I get at Havertys.....the sales people know their stuff, they arent pushy or stuffy, meaning they have a sense of humor. The furniture is Excellent! So I always buy my main pieces from there. Enough said.

As a 24 year customer of Haverty;s we are always pleased to visit your stores and our salesperson was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of your furniture products.

One positive thing is that the staff is very nice. However, the delays are unacceptable. When I purchased my Sectional on Jan 1 2021 I was warned of the delays by the staff and was told the sectional would not be ready until April 4th. I agreed to this. IT IS NOW THE END OF JULY. I have no couch and they are estimating end of September. I feel as though I was miss led and lied to.**UPDATE*** Its is now October and they have delivered half of my couch. They estimate it will be in November when I get they rest of it. 11months later! Fingers crossed it wont get pushed back anymore.

Chris at Haverty’s Orange Park Jacksonville FL was outstanding. He was patient, kind, helpful and never pushy. He knows his products very well and wasable to answer all questions quickly and efficiently. Will definitely be returning to shop there as the service and products are top notch.

Went in to browse after a less than satisfactory experience at a nearby competitor. Met Jimmy Patterson who steered us towards the pieces we were looking for. Good quality and priced accordingly. Jimmy provided outstanding info and set proper expectations about orders and delivery times. We will be back!

Chris Kozac helped my mom and grandma before they even got into the store. My sweet 86 year old grandma had knee surgery about a month ago, and when he saw her getting out of the car slowly, he showed up with a wheel chair! He then pushed her around the store to find just the right chair for her.

Dionne was wonderful. She was informative, yet not pushy. As my husband and I were discussing what we needed and wanted, she gave us space to speak to each other. She has given us the best service so far while out shopping for furniture. We really appreciate her. The sales world could use more people like her. We dont like pushy, or overbearing sales people. I’m not usually one to bad mouth a company. But my frustration level has surpassed my patience. I spent a look of money on a new living room set and even bought a warranty. On of the set cushions ripped apart at the zipper made the claim and have been waiting for 6 I repeat 6 months for a replacement one. I guess you can say there is no service after the sale. Every time I call the store that I purchased the furniture from they act like I am bothering them buy asking about the cushion. I would recommend not shopping at the Blanding Blvd store for every one is super nice until the sale is over then they could care less.

No high pressure sales ! Chris was accommodating and extremely patient in helping me decide between the rectangle and round table and never tried to sway me toward the more expensive option. I left in under an hour with a decision I was comfortable with and a dining set that fit my budget!

Excellent salesman. Very knowledgeable. Prices are a little higher than the competition. Quality of the furniture is higher than most others. Delivery times were excessive. 8-9 weeks for 2 kids bedroom sets that they had on the display floor (not a special order).

The store has an excellent layout. There is a lot in the store and yet it feels spacious. Our salesman was courteous and very pleasant. He listened to our needs, and was not pushy. I will shop here again when I need something else.

We purchased a $5,000 leather sectional and less then 2years later a switch went bad waited months for a tech to come out with nothing to fix it the insurance purchased in my opinion is a scam first in told they dont have the part then by a miracle they have it but I have to pay another 100.00 to insure the piece again!! For the prices they charge good think theyd stand behind theyre furniture Ill never buy from them again!!

Tim the sales person was not only helpful but knowledgeable. He is a true salesman not just someone to show furniture. He explained the construction and a little about the manufacturer and a history of your company. Im in sales and I would put him up there with the best.

Went in to the store to purchase a living room set for our new home. Upon arriving the sales manager greeted us and was very pleasant. She showed us a few different options for a sectional and brought us to a chair in the back that had been marked down that would match the sectional that we were interested in. When we were shown the chair it had a matching pillow inside the seat. We brought the pillow to the showroom floor to see if it would match the sectional we were interested in. We opted to purchase the chair being that it was marked down and they would not be getting any more of that pattern. When I went to the store to pick up the chair it was wrapped and ready for me to bring home. Once I got home and unwrapped the chair I noticed that the pillow that was with it when we originally looked at it was no longer with the chair. I questioned the sales manager that assisted us and she "would look in to it". The next message I get from her is telling me that the pillow wasnt included in the deal (even though it was with the chair when we first looked at itand told me I must have misunderstood the situation. I didnt respond to that message and the next message that I receive from her tells me that she spoke to her manager and that if we would come in and buy the sectional (which was over $2000that she would "throw the pillow in" on that deal. So first she tells me Im mistaking a purchase and then expects for me to spend more money at that store? We wont be shopping with them again.
