Robert is the best hairdresser. I have been having my hair cut by Robert for over 6 years. His blow drys are incredible! He’s also so friendly and chatty which always makes it a pleasure to get my hair cut. Thank you, Robert!

I decided to try a new salon nearer to where I live, but was very apprehensive about having my hi-lites done by a "new" hairdresser as I have long hair.The salon suggested that Kat did my hair.Kat is an absolute star!! She matched my existing hi-ltes perfectly. And she listened to my concerns, putting me at ease. As a mature lady, it was a delight to be treated that way!Also, I really was impressed by all the staff at the salon, and thanks to Rachel for my styling. So happy that I now have a great salon to go to.Can highly recommend....

Inasmuch as the cut was competent, I found the attitude of the hair dresser, Victor to be very poor indeed. I can appreciate a confident person but there is a very fine line between confidence and arrogance and he crossed it.

Connor did an absolutely fantastic job cutting my toddlers hair today! I honestly couldn’t be happier. My son usually screams and kicks and I have to hold him still but Connor was so calm and gentle that it really seemed to rub off on my son and he was the calmest he has ever been whilst having a hair cut! The cut also is perfect! It made it so much more enjoyable for both of us! I will be recommending him to all the mums I know! Thank you Connor for making my day a little bit easier! Cannot recommend enough!

Botched up layers by the executive stylist when asked for a simple trim. More lengths taken off in an attempt to fix, only to make it worse. Good luck trying to reason with anyone here. Not recommend for Asian hair.Update: had my hair fixed and saved by another salon. Layers were disconnected, uneven, all over the place and fringe was chopped in chunk with no connection to the rest of the hair.

I really enjoyed my time at this salon and would definitely recommend it to someone who needs to get their hair done. The team is so nice to each other and the professionalism is up to standard. I like how Danny and zoe was working as a team and was constantly communicating with each other so they could get great results. Jade who washed my hair was so nice and gentle. Great service.

I’ve been going to HQ salon for over 18 years now and have always had exceptional service from the entire team. Rachel has always been my colourist and stylist and I wouldn’t want to use anyone else. She is amazing at what she does, a fantastic stylist and colourist and I just don’t feel that anyone else could manage my hair like she can. Rachel is always so friendly and it’s always a pleasure to see her. I’ve recommended dozens of my friends to go and see Rachel and they to haven’t looked back! Thank you for being so fabulous, can’t wait for my next visit!

Best haircuts Ive ever had. Consistently good over many years. I even come all the way from Cornwall for a cut when Im away for a while.

I had a brilliant time at HQ getting a cut and full head of highlights. Robert took great time and care in my consultation, to make sure it was exactly what I wanted, and I really love the end result! The salon is a lovely place to sit as well - very bright and airy next to the beautiful marketplace!

Everyone who works at HQ are incredibly friendly and professional. Leonora is a perfectionist and brilliant at what she does - my hair always looks really healthy coming out of HQ! Really nice inside and the Covid precautions made me feel at ease.

Had an amazing hair cut and balayage! It was my first time I visited this salon after my friend recommended it to me. Located in Kingston Market it is getting really busy but everything is running smoothly and you can see how professionals are all who work there! Friendly staff and amazin service! I came here to get my hair coloured, going from an old balayage to a darker brown colour. After seeing the colour in natural light the day after, I wasnt completely happy with it as it was a little darker than I had asked for, but the staff were very quick in booking me back in to get it redone. The colour the second time around was amazing and I am so happy with it now! Will definitely be going back :)

I have been a client for years but just had to leave another review as I visited today and apart from the wonderful atmosphere that I always appreciate they are totally embracing the Covid restrictions with a smile !! Excellent service today.Came here with my daughter as she wanted to cut her fringe in an unusual way and was served there and then,without having to wait at all.My daughter is delighted with the hairdressers work(sorry I didnt ask for her name )The receptionist was such a nice girl even offered me a drink while I was waiting.

This hair salon did an amazing job, correcting the colour that had gone very wrong at another local hairdressers.They not only improved the colour but also worked on the condition as well. My hair had been highlighted by another salon and was very brassy- yellow and orange tones and the roots were very obvious. My hair was also very, very dry.The reception staff understood my problem and booked me a colour consultation the next day. The stylist explained my options and told me the salon’s priority is always to protect the hair. I arranged an appointment for the next day.The stylist did the minimal intervention because my hair had been damaged by the previous set of highlights. She focussed on blending the roots and conditioning.The difference was amazing. All the brassy tones were gone when the root colour was washed thru my hair and my hair was much softer. It looked natural blonde and much softer. Worth every penny. I wish I had visited this salon first.

I wanted to try a new salon, so after my colleague recommended me this place, and after reading amazing reviews I decided to try it and book an appointment for balayage and a haircut. The receptionist that I spoke to on the phone and that also greeted me when I arrived was exquisitely kind and polite. My stylist, Dani, introduced himself with a big smile. We had a consultation, where he understood what I wanted straight away. He is a pleasure to talk to, very sweet and polite. He’s a very talented hairdresser, my balayage looks stunning and the blend is perfect, not to mention his impeccable customer service and attention to detail. They also offer complimentary drinks, head massage and a luxurious neck massage by one of the lovely apprentices. I left the salon feeling super relaxed and I’m very happy with my hair, I will definitely come back. Thank you Headquarters!

I discovered Headquarters about 15 years ago after a hair disaster caused by another hair salon and have been going there ever since. Victor and his attentive team provide an excellent service and always listen to customers wishes. If my favourite hair colourist Zoe has the weekend off I know I am in safe hands with any colourist from Victor’s team. I am always well looked after and enjoy the scalp and neck massages. The salon has a very friendly and inviting atmosphere which shows how much people enjoy working there. I always look forward to my appointment at HQ and catching up with Victor and his fantastic team. I simply could not go anywhere else.

I honestly could not recommend this lovely, friendly, welcoming salon enough.The level of professionalism and service is absolutely excellent. Robert has made my fine lifeless hair sparkle and full of body - he treats my hair with his fantastic highlights and haircuts.Historically, before I found Headquarters, I found having my hair done a chore and would always feel a little down after as I was always being told what fine hair I had... Now people genuinely compliment my hair. If you have not been it’s a real must and I promise you will not look back.

I really have never been to a salon where the stylist gave me exactly the haircut I wanted, and I walked out feeling happy, beautiful.and satisfied. This was the first time when that happened to me, so I really could not recommended Dani highly enough. He is an absolutely fabulous stylist, who is great at creating amazing haircuts, and is also really good at giving you a cut which doesnt just look beautiful on a Pinterest photo, but actually suits you. I had an amazing expirience with Dani and headquarters and so did my friend who recommended Dani to me.

I have been coming here for over 10 years after finally relinquishing by London hairdresser and I wouldnt go anywhere else. Victor and his team are amazing and its my one luxury that i couldnt do without. All the staff are well trained and cant do enough for you/ Always a great colour and cut. i would recommend them for any age - they did a great job cutting and colouring my step daughters hair and couldnt have been kinder or cooler!

Ive been coming here regularly for the past 4 years and absolutely love it. Robert is a wizard with a round brush, he always understands exactly what I want done, and we always have a great chat too! Having been to many different salons in my life, I can certainly say that Headquarters are above and beyond the rest in terms of service. From the minute you step in, to the moment you leave, the staff go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable.

receptionist wasnt the most polite however i had a cut and blowdry by daisy. Lovely girl, FAB cut. 5 STARSSSSS
