The entire staff emulated the audiologist with their professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge. It was an entirely great experience even if my examination did not contain the greatest outcome.

Will and I came in to se why his hearing was not working. The doctoc tested it and said it needed to be repaired. Whenever Will and I go to the Hearing Life office it is always a pleasant experience from the receptionist to the doctor

We recently went to HearingLife on Silverside Road in Wilmington, DE. The staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. From the moment we walked in and met Myra at the front desk to Dr. Rebecca Castro, our experience was just great. Highly recommend this office.

Caring staff for elderly patients.

Rebecca adjusted my hearing aides twice. The second time she taught me how to insert them into the ear to get the maximum amount of hearing. I am still having problems getting the darn thing to fit into the ear canal.

It was a dark and stormy afternoon, but all was not lost. Actually, one of my aids had returned from repairs and I spent some time with the staff getting updated and re-tuned for better voices and less high ends. It was a success and I can better hear people instead of insects. Great professional knowledge and care to override what was measured as needed versus what reality needed.

There is no provider at this location. The staff is very unprofessional, does not pick up the phone and does not follow thru on what they say they will do. Dont use this office!

Stopped in for a hearing test. The staff was very professional and friendly. They were very informative and gave me several options to help with my hearing loss.

Excellent hearing assessments and hearing aide service.

Do Not Recommend them at all. They required a deposit to get the aid we wanted and when it came in, it was the wrong one. We took some time getting back to them as were not sure we wanted to order another one since they could not get the one we wanted. Once I asked for a refund on my deposit it took months. Every time I would call they would act like they had no idea what I was talking about. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and do not go. The receptionist is a real piece of work.
