Did good work on my fangs.

I saw RDH Hanna and Dr. Kendal today for a deep cleaning that required numbing. RDH Hanna made the experience as comfortable as can be, and though I have crazy levels of anxiety dealing with dental work of any kind, I feel better knowing Dr. Kendal and RDH are taking care of me. Answering my questions with care and knowledge has made me feel like they want the best for me and my health.update: I have had two visits now for dental carry getting fillings put in and shaped. Today with my lower jaw still numb, I must say Thank you to Brendan and Dr. Kendal for fixing my teeth. I do not have the words to express my gratitude in their sharing of knowledge and making me comfortable with the process. I am glad I did not have to see the Brother for professional work, but after hearing about the process I would love to learn and see how he works. If he is anything like Dr. Kendal and crew I know it is a great experience.

Totally frustrated!! Appointment card read 8:00 am 6/13/22...but they say "we dont have you down"!! What?? Id give 0 stars if I could right now!!

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWWW! One. Of. The. Best. Dental. Experiences. Ever! Dr. Haverkamp and Kerry WERE AMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMAZING!! The first part of the procedure took several hours but it DEFINITELY DID NOT feel like it. I was smiling and laughing most of the time I was there. Their "chairside" manner was FABULOUS!! ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! If I could have given them 10 STARS, I would have. I would recommend them to anyone looking for FANTASTIC dental work.

scheduled dental appt 3 weeks out - took time off... to have them CANCEL the day before the appt - Why-- "sorry we left the books open for a mandatory staff meeting"... NOT PROFESSIONAL, NOT HELPFUL

Front office ladies, dental assistants and Dr. Holt are all awesome!

There is no one that makes you feel more comfortable in a dental chair than Dr. Igawa! She is so great at keeping not only myself informed of my dental health, but also taking the time with each of my 3 boys to explain/show them what she is doing and why. Thanks to her pleasant and positive manner it is never an issue talking my family of 5 in for cleanings and upkeep....we all LOVE her and all of the staff at Heartland!

Was able to get me in same day. Dr. Looked at the tooth gave me a gameplan and how to keep it under control until I could get it pulled! Very happy.

They are always friendly. I have seen three different hygienist and would recommend all three. They are extremely proactive when they see an issue and take care of it before its a problem

The dental care is excellent and fast enough I was able to prank my wife by pretending I ran out of my appointment. Highly recommend!

Extremely professional, they understand dental insurance and provide us with the best dental care based on what our dental insurance plan covers. Highly recommended.

Insisting on money upfront for procedures that I knew were covered. The dentist didn’t even know my name. I came in for a broken crown and it never made it in my treatment plan. It seems as if no one talks to each other there. My dentist was way too fast and was also seeing another patient at the same time . I think they forgot or overbooked?? No dentist showed me my treatment plan. I just wanted my crown fixed and all of a sudden I need two cleanings and fillings to be re-done. They wouldn’t even talk about the original reason why I came. I later realized it was because it was the least profitable procedure for them..... *sigh* they used to be really good. It’s not a bad place if your needing a cleaning but it’s anyone’s guess if you really need help with more professional care.

Honest Dentists!A neighboring clinic at Legends said I needed 2 fillings. I went for a second opinion at Heartland Dental Group and was told that was not necessary!! From my experience is seems some other providers who take Concordia (militaryinsurance have to increase they procedures they do in order to cover their costs. At Heartland I get an honest dentist and pay a little out of pocket. So worth it!!

I visited my : Doctor (Dentist: Greg Grimaldi at Heartland in leavenworth, ks. Very caring professional and GOD sent dentist ! I would differently refer the world to him ,he really cares about people his family and his clients! Along with his assistants !!! Plus hes very gentle and understanding !! He remove my hanging tooth this year, while i was both in tears and pain!!! Reassuring me as, both a Nervous and scare patient ! I would differently refer any and everyone to him!! .ms. I am highly recommending Heartland Dental in Leavenworth. I mainly dealt with Dr. Haun and his wonderful assistant, Dr. Haas and Raquel. Everyone in the office is especially friendly and helpful. The office atmosphere is always warm and the staff make you feel as if you are family. My excellent rating comes from just finishing 8 appointments in a row to get up to date and I am so pleased. I had major work done and not one bit of pain!!

Heartland Dental Group has such a welcoming atmosphere. The entire team from the front desk to the doctors are extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend this practice.

They are always so nice and friendly. The dental work they do is gentle and theyre super understanding. They get you in and out in a great timely matter. Lisa scott and the front desk are wonderful and so welcoming!

When I went there they told me what they were doing and why and I really appreciate that! I’m really happy that they told me and why so I don’t really have to question anything, they also told me what to do in the future to help my teeth. Also they have such a nice aroma which makes me comfortable and the workers are so nice. I’m definitely going again! :)

I have been going to HDG for almost 20 years and have always been given the best treatment. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The doctors are extremely gentle and relieve a lot of anxiety that can come with going to the dentist. I would highly recommend them!

I cant say enough great things about Heartland Dental Group. First things first, I am petrified of dentists and was nervous about going somewhere new. I have needed a lot of dental procedures over the years and the thought of someone new really made me nervous. I was in horrible pain and they got me in right away. I visited with Dr. Haas who just absolutely wonderful. He listened to me, he was caring, understanding and didnt talk down to me and just made me very comfortable He explained everything in detail and his assistants Colby and Katie were equally as wonderful. I believe I have found my new dental office. Thank you all so very much.

As a military family, I have been quite a few different dentist offices, yet I have never been to a place comparable to HDG. The entire staff is so kind and compassionate. When my daughter was in kindergarten, she had severe anxiety about dental work and Dr. Lamus and his team were unbelievably patient with her and made the experience fun. Now, she looks forward to going! Also, the building is super convienantly located! I recommend Heartland to everyone I know!

Had a wonderful experience with Heartland Dental Group. Staff was very welcoming and the doctor explained everything in detail before, during, and after my procedure as well as recommendations to avoid future dental work. Can’t say enough about the staff. Will gladly go back for any dentistry needed and whole heartedly recommend.

Dr. Haun and all the staff are wonderful. Professional, caring and personable. I travel over 45 minutes to their Basehor office because of the staff.

Great dental office!!!! Staff and Doctors are friendly and treat you like you are apart of their family. Love how they have Doctors who specialize in so many areas of dentistry from general dentist, oral surgeon, orthodontist and a periodontist all who fall under the same office. There is no explaining your situation over and over if you have to see a specialist. Would recommend this practice to anyone.

My husband and I have been patients of Heartland Dental Group, Leavenworth, for around 10+ years. All of our experiences with them have been nothing but top-notch. The moment you walk in the door, you are greeted and are treated as if your one of their Family. Everyone weve been in contact with are very professional and their knowledge of their profession is admirable. We would not consider going any where else for our dental needs. In particular, Dr. Haun, Dr. Cummings, Dr. Oliver, Hygienist Deb are gentle, kind and caring, again as if were Family!

A little over 13 months ago I got several fillings done at Heartland Dental. I have since had to get them ALL redone. The work was so poorly done that it actually compromised the structural integrity of each tooth and I’ve had to get them drilled and then capped with a crown. Save yourself thousands of dollars and go to a different dentist. I wish I had because even with Tricare Dental insurance, this has been a very long, tedious, and expensive road to fix the poor work that was done there. My current dentist was shocked that the fillings were done that badly such a short time ago and off post at a dental clinic.

Beware of Heartland Dental Group. We have had mostly good experiences with them, but this last one hasnt been quite soo friendly. Long story short, they offered sealants on my son. I was ok with them as long as they were covered by insurance. They assured me that they were, and when I came back in, I had a $96 bill due?! Ok. She explained it, I paid it. Then I very calmly told her why I was frustrated with the bait/switch costing me $96 when I was very clearly led to believe that it wasnt going to cost anything. SHE REFUNDED ME MY MONEY. Said theyd take care of it. We moved, now are in the process of buying a house, and a damn collections is popping up on my record over $96!! WTH?! Ive tried calling back, they seem head strong in getting it. Ill pay it......again......but just be aware of these people, and save your receipts, and if you feel so inclined, record what is promised to you. Its a shame youd have to do that, but thats the world we live in.

Raquel is terrific! She has a unique ability to make patients comfortable, and she ensures that all your questions are answered!

A really great experience. A friend referred me here and Im glad I made the appointment. I plan to make this our family dental office.

I have gone here quite a bit in this past year, I am one of those who pretty much put it off as long and longer than I should. They have been so kind, didnt lecture me a whole bunch, worked with me. Walked me through billing and the procedures and made sure I understood everything. I see Dr.Grimaldi and I truly appreciate all he has done.

Two of my kids and I have all had our first visits here in the past week, and everyone weve encountered has been great. Wonderful experiences (as much as going to the dentist can be)!
