My son has been dealing with this law firm..for 3 months now for workmans comp..they just filed for his claim..after 3 months really? I talked to 4 different people..it should have been filed from the beginning..and he should have had a pay within 28 days! I told my son to fire this law firm!

Although its been several years, I used Attorney Heller to file for disability. Their office did everything for me. All I can say is they are so so efficient and never missed a beat time wise or what needed to be done for my case. My disability was approved within 6 months. I call him " Mr. Wonderful!" Now I have additional information I may be entitled to. I will go straight to him for help instead of wasting time on something I dont know anything about.

I submitted a request for contact 2 months ago. I have received almost daily advertisements from the firm but NO ONE has ever called me to speak about my claim. I finally called and spoke to one of their attorneys who states that an employee alleges to have spoken to me over a month ago. NO ONE has ever called me and some of the details that "Frank" wrote are not even remotely accurate. I then spoke to the Managing Partner to express my concerns and he simply said Frank does a good job for us and refused to discuss this issue any further. The attention to detail in this firm is concerning. They also state on their website that they handle VA Benefits claims as well. The attorney that I spoke to said they do not and have not for years. The managing partner again stated that their employee just doesnt handle that business line, yet the attorney was adamant that they do not handle VA appeals or have any attorneys certified with the VA. It is that attention to detail that wins cases but this firms attention to detail is highly suspect as are the activities of its employees, but they refuse to acknowledge that.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with them. They worked right along side us helping us every step of the way till my husband was finally approved for disability. Jody was especially amazing at helping us and we are thankful for her help. I felt like she was fighting right along side us.

I retained Attorney Moro for a couple of things and he was always understanding and professional as well as result oriented . These attorneys are the best around for Social Security Disability claims! They work hard to make sure you get results and guide you through the process. My husbands claim was approved in less than 1 year from the time we hired them and thats pretty quick for most Disability claims that have been denied at first. They dont ask for any money up front, you only have to pay them when your claim is finally approved and it can be taken right out of your back pay from SSI. In 2019 I was injured on the job. Not knowing anything about what happens next or what I’m suppose to do, a friend of mine suggested seeing a workers comp attorney. That’s when I found Joe Moro. Not very helpful in my experience with this law firm. My disability was denied for the first time (which I know is commonbut instead of appealing the denial, this law firm drop my case all together. Im unhappy because they promised (through contractto fight for me but gave up after one time. I wouldnt have been so disappointed had they not assured me that they were there to fight for me.
